His crew handled contamination quickly and efficiently and prepared the basement for finishing and a bathroom rebuild in an incredibly fast turnaround. When I contacted Done Right Flood and Fire I originally spoke to Justin who listened to my issue which was a leak from the roof that had come inside the house. Justin took my information and I was then contacted by Andrew who scheduled an appointment to meet with me so they could check out what was going on. Justin and Andrew came out and thoroughly checked out the area in my house where the leak was. They worked so hard helping me with the insurance claim and really took care of me making sure insurance would cover the replacement and repair costs to put my house back together. Justin and Trinidad were so awesome when they came out to work on the mitigation in my house. They were so respectful of me and my house and told me about everything they were doing. They contained the area and found the water where the leak had been, removed the wet insulation, and sprayed the antimicrobial so any mold would be taken care of. They were professional, courteous, and respectful. They removed all the debris and cleaned the area before they left. Andrew took time away from his vacation to check on things with my house and made sure I was taken care of. When the drywall was scheduled I was advised Misael would be coming out to do that portion of the repair. Misaeal did such an awesome job on the wall and ceiling. He matched the texture on the ceiling exactly and showed me how what he was doing was a true art. The drywall came out perfectly and I was so happy to see the results when he was was finished. Augustin took care of painting the wall and ceiling. The paint job is awesome. The paint on the wall and ceiling were matched perfectly. I have my house put back together and it looks awesome. I couldnt be happier with the results. When you look at the area where the portion of the ceiling and wall had been removed you would never know anything happened. I have worked with Andrew and his team on 3 structural rebuild projects using his expertise in the framing field to accomplish the desired space that is achieved through my eye, a structural engineers plans and Andrews knowledge in building . Done Right actually fixed the roof at my work, Pet Haven. We had a severe roof cave in at the back of our shelter and was a danger to our cats safety. We got on the news and Dennis Dillon himself asked Done Right personally to get the job done. They gave us a high quality roof, fixed the ceiling of the room that came in, and also gave us a fan in another room when we asked. They were super polite, helpful, and fast. I believe they got everything done in less than a week. They are all very hardworking and I would be more than happy to call them with any other issues at my work or elsewhere.

I used Andrew and his team based on a referral from my designer. Overall I was very happy with the quality of work.Our final bill was about 10 to 15% higher than the bid, however that did take into account an increase in lumber prices and some additional framing changes that were done at my request, so I honestly felt like I got a fair price for the scope of work I asked for.Some of the work was subbed out but those subcontractors were equally as good to work with, unlike other situations where one person did the job but another lower-quality group actually does the work.My house remodel project was pretty difficult, in that it was basically a homemade house from 1986 with practically no compliance with code, so to have Andrew and his team tackle the job and do it to my satisfaction was a relief.I would definitely use this company again and have no hesitation recommending Andrew to others. Quality and professionalism cost money, and you get what you pay for!

I and 5 of my older friends were riding our bicycles through Hidden Springs this morning at 9:30 AM when a Done Right Flood and Fire diesel pick up truck came past us. We were in 3 different groups and everytime this truck went by a group he would slow down and then step on the gas to blow dark diesel soot onto us. This is called inking. Inhaling the particulate matter that this produces is not healthy for anyone. Just be aware of this if you ever need a restoration service. The people of this company may not be the kind of people you want to do business with.

Two story home plus 60 inch crawl space had approximately 80 thousand gallons run through the meter due to multiple fractured waterlines. Additionally, this was a Valley County residence!Done Right ( Andrew and Justin ) were amazing, this house was dry within just a few days of them responding, mold issues were tested, mitigated and resolved quickly and with extreme professionalism.I have experience with multiple other mitigation companies in Ada, Canyon and Valley Counties and I cannot even think about recommending another mitigation company to anyone!Other companies failed on multiple levels and caused additional damage which resulted from carelessness. After a storm damaged our roof and water leaked through our living room ceiling, these guys did an amazing job repairing the drywall damage. Our home was built in the 50s and the texture of the ceiling is now uncommon. They went above and beyond to make sure the area repaired matched the rest of the ceiling. We were satisfied with the initial repair, but they felt they could do better. They returned and completed the job to their high standards. We need additional work done around the home unrelated to the leak and we will be using them for any future work.

My wife and I bought a house in Feburary we noticed that the laundry room floor had a bow in it. we had an inspection when we bought the house and they never said anything about it.
