I always call to make sure they have available what we need for verification, email confirmation.... Great help from Steven and ladies in office! With the shortages going on I understand they are having issues fulfilling orders. I needed a lift gate pronto, and he gave me a truck(i had to wait for it to be returned, but worth it for my need-and he warned me of the time frame, i showed up early just incase). Truck had previous superficial damage to door, so he could have just said “no can do” and sent it to the shop - but he let me take it. I had an excellent experience. Thank you Steven!

I placed a reservation on 6-2 for a compact cargo van from the Garden City, Ga. location. I received a confirmation email and the van was $40.00 per day. The next morning, I called the location at 10:04 am to ensure that they received it. I was told that they didnt have any compact cargo vans and that I would have to get a larger van. I asked how much more that would be and I was told $20.00. (I knew they meant $20.00 per day). I picked up the they gave me on 6-5 and returned it on 6-7. I know that is a Sunday and they were closed but my reservation was for a 3 day rental. On 6-8 I received and email that they charged me $95.00 for a High Roof cargo van. I called the location and was told that their notes showed that they called be 2 days after the initial reservation and told me the rental rate was $95.00 per day. I told them that it was not true, and That I called them. (I hate being lied to). I told him that I still have my call log in my phone and that I never received a call from them. He refused to budge and just kept saying the rate was $95.00. I called Enterprise corporate and talked to them. The lady took my information and said that the regional office would be in touch with me. 24 hours later and Ive heard nothing. This is no way to run a business. I rented cars from Enterprise before without any problems but this is ridiculous.(Edit) After posting this review and filing a complaint with corporate, I was contacted by Stephen. After discussing the situation and explaining my side, he agreed to refund the difference so I was only pay the agreed upon $60.00 rate. I just feel this should have been handled differently, but in the end I paid what I was told. Hats off to Stephen for resolving it in the proper way.

The guys at the location were very nice, and helpful. And the small Nissan cargo van was great. Super to drive, extremely economical (gas and cost of rental), and the functionality was perfect - space, and accessibility for loading and unloading. The whole experience was first class. Thank you.

Good site employees but clearly a failed operational support system.First rental: a smaller truck than ordered with a very weak battery ( 2 breakdowns) was the Enterprise contract fulfillment that was provided.Second (attempted) rental: I was called late in the day before the scheduled rental pickup and was told absolutely no box trucks were available to rent but I could be put on a cancellation standby list with a high priority.The smaller truck in example #1 has caused the expense of a fourth truck for my personal 350 mile household moving job.This job should have been accomplished with only three trucks and 6 loading/unloading crews.Three 26 foot box trucks were supplied by Penske Truck Rental following the Enterprise debacle necessitating 8 loading/unloading crews in total.Considerable extra expenses have been incurred as moving crews were booked paid at both the origin point and the out of state destination location, four times instead of three, plus additional lodging, rental fees, and significant fuel costs.In the end the move was very successful with the last minute support and commitment of the Penske Truck Rental team.Now I know why the Penske trucks are painted gold. 👍

I want to thank Steven personally for getting me out of a huge jam.I wont go into the details but he went way over the call of duty to rescue me in my hour of need. I had an emergency while driving my pickup towing a trailer from Florida to my place up North. My truck was 25 miles away from his shop and Steve arranged for the rental to be picked up so I wouldnt have to get a virus ride from Uber or ride my bike in a storm. A real lifesaver. Maybe literally.I will choose Enterprise again because of his actions. Thanks soooooo much. I owe ya.

Was driving on US278 on 5/6/20 at 5:45pm. A person driving an Enterprise truck GA Lic # XC1705 decided that merging into another lane meant speeding up to even with my car and then pushing to the right. I was forced to swerve and hit my brakes to avoid an accident. The rear of the truck missed the front of my car by inches, even after I had taken evasive action. The truck was passing on the left on the shoulder before forcing me to take action to avoid a crash.

DO NOT USE this business!, I was charged $350 for reservation that online cost $134.37 plus I brought the truck back 1 day early. I should have been suspicious when I didnt receive a receipt when I returned the truck. Be warned about this businees

Great location and wonderful employees! I have rented from this location a couple of times they have always been so friendly and helpful. The first time I rented from them I had a reservation with U-Haul but when I showed up at my scheduled appointment time, the reservation was magically not in the system. I called Enterprise and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. They told me they had a vehicle on their lot, ready to go. I arrived about 20 minutes later and they had the truck parked out front. Every one of their staff members said hello and they all helped in the transaction. The truck was very clean and new (something I had never received in the past with other companies). It was great! I would recommend them to anyone!

I was in an auto accident with my work truck and needed to get a rental that both had a trailer brake and tow hitch. They not only were able to provide that but offered above and beyond customer service in both dealing with myself and the insurance company. Ashley has been fantastic and I highly recommend this company

They straight lied to me to get me to sign a contract so if you go to the one in garden city just know they will tell you what you want to hear and not know what they are talking about so do your own research I had to get the paperwork they where supposed to be able to take care of just for them to tell me they could not that was after paying them almost $4000 they cost me my business
