If I could give them zero I would they ate overworked and understaffed. I know people that have gone through here and the outcome was mentally disabling. They fell the need to stick there the nose In everything that is none of there business . There are a number of staff that are polite and well balanced though there are a select few who are snarky and rude. For all those who have been through here and shall ever go through this organization my heart goes out to you.

This place is a joke.Remember they do not care about you. They arent there to help you. They are there for the child however most times they do more damage than good.They overstep their authority, and overstep their boundaries.They are understaffed and over worked. I have serious concerns about how they handle issues. They have denied my family visits.They wont help you. I promise you that.I feel sorry for all the children that got to go through this place. They have no empathy, or sympathy for situations.Good luck to you if you have to go through this organization. Simply put theyre trash.

They lack communication skills between workers and with all parties involved. They change workers all the time, so much so you dont know who your support workers are. Its not about whats best for the family as a whole, only their preference. The workers that are in charge of a case lack empathy when it comes towards regeneration. We have also gone over their heads and still havent gotten anywhere in more than one occasion. They stretch you thin where you might as well quit your job to complete the tasks youre required to do. They say they can help you with resources, but they have not once given us a list of resources.

Maybe they are under staffed or over worked, whatever the case is they lack organization and care. I pray for the children who need support in life and have to go through this organization that they work with someone who puts in more effort and heart. For some children they are the only Advocate they have. Unfortunately its seem they only worry about holding up to the bare minimum.
