The service representative is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did not just come to provide the service and take my money. I have had issue with mice, and struggled to figure out how to keep them out of my home. In addition to exploring my home to find holes, treating suspected areas, and set traps, he explained how the mice were getting in, and tips on how to keep them out. I am very grateful because I haven’t had any issue with mice since then.

I also had him spray for mosquitos and was finally able to sit in my yard. I also introduced him to my neighbors and they loved his service.

Densle was very professional! He walked the entire perimeter and all areas of my property to see where the problem areas might be! He quickly found a few areas and told me some ideas on prevention! After that, Densle went to work spraying all areas and even placed pods in my pond to create a film so mosquitos couldn’t form there any longer! He said to give it 24 hours to be effective and it was effective!!! We had issues with rodents. They first explained why rodents aka field mice entered our home during the cold months. We had others try to resolve the problem over the years. Pied Piper took the time to thoroughly inspect our home, and found a hole in our foundation. They sealed the hole.After Pies Piper we have not experienced any more issues with rodents, two years and counting.

I have used this business on more than one occasion. I have found them to be responsive to calls for appointments. They are generally on time on the date of the appointment. If they have a delay for any reason, they will call to see if the later time works for the customer or if the visit has to be rescheduled. The extermination problem is generally resolved on one visit.

Pied piper pest control took care of my bees/wasp problems in a timely fashion. I had huge nest on either ends of the building which was out of reach. The nest is gone and so is that problem
