Nice place.. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and they unloaded me with no hassle.

Fresh!!! The staff is very friendly and definitely want you to enjoy your experience with them! The food is delicious and its clearly fresh... The cooks are outstanding!

I needed rocks to fill a hole. I went to wards garden and was looking at their rocks, gravel in the back. I noticed smaller piles of dirt, rock and saw no price signs. I asked Mr. Ward, for the price. Mr. Ward said it was his trash and it was free and he would load it the trailer at no cost. I did buy some rock for the yard and he loaded the trash dirt for free. Thanks Mr. Ward.

I love the place! It has everything a garden center needs AND has an awesome pet store AND a fantastic gift shop AND a quaint little sandwich shop! The owners and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Its easy to see why this is one of Garden Citys best and longest running businesses.

We took our group of 40 kindergartners here for a field trip last week. It was awesome and they loved it. They have a cute petting zoo, nice playground, fun train ride, and an engaging life cycle of a pumpkin lesson. Plus the students took home rocks they painted and pumpkins. It was well worth $7 a child. I would definitely make plans to go again next year!

Great pet, and garden store and a great cafe attached to it. Prices are a little high but its worth it to support a mom and pops business. They also have a petting zoo with various farm animals I would recommend this location, very friendly staff. Only reason its not five stars is the high prices.

Consistently wonderful experiences here as a breakfast spot. The staff makes you feel like family. After your meal, the garden center / pet store is great to walk around and browse. A unique experience for all it has to offer. Highly recommended.

This interesting store has a nice cafe with great food offerings and delivery available, a fair selection of ice cream, pets and pet care items as well as lovely garden and patio items. I enjoy every visit and find something new and unique!

The food was good, service was good and reasonable prices. They didnt cook the burger to my liking, Medium-rare, but it was tasty. I often seems it back, but I had a short time and it wasnt bad. Is go back.

This is my review, I couldnt give it a very big review on the food that Ive just received, i had a so-called country fried steak was very disappointed thought it would be handmade but it was frozen more institutionalized type food than what Im accustomed to. Will not have the country fried steak again, I will try the breakfast, but for the atmosphere really good, service excellent. Price for the country fried steak should have been handmade at that price and it was on special dont know what the real price would be.

Very nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants and trees. This store usually has two or three puppies and/or kittens for sale, and a good selection of lizards, fish, frogs, and birds. The staff is usually friendly, but I have been there when they seem to have some issues between them that come out toward the customers.

Friendly service in the gardens and the cafe. Its great to see a shop promoting native plants, especially in a hot and dry place like SW Kansas! You can tell the owners really care about their customers satisfaction. Also, seems to be the only place open on a Sunday with fresh brewed iced tea and free WiFi!!

Had the omelet and was extremely impressed! Great home style cooking, large portions, friendly staff, clean facility. Excited to eat lunch next time. Best diner in town!!! My new place.

Store is always clean and well put together. Staff is usually very friendly. Have visited over the course of my childhood and now young adulthood. Only reason for 4 stars is the sale of the puppies. I just support animal shelter adoption.

The people there are kinda rude, they dont really acknowledge your presence. They watch you like a hawk. And they dont assist you at all. But they do have kute stuff in there.

Staff and owner is so rude. Went in different times for different pet supplies. Any time i asked if they have something they act like i killed there cat and not helpful at all, I really hate going there but its the only pet store around im so glad there is gonna be a petco in garden. I hate this place and never will come here AGAIN!!!! I think the only reason they have 5 stats is because they made fake profiles just to rate with no comment

Everything is overpriced. Avoid the cafe at all costs, their food is overcooked, they will leave you waiting for FAR too long (aka forgetting about you even when there is hardly anyone there), and the owner of the cafe is ignorant and extremely disrespectful.
