Champion Office Suites is a wonderful virtual office company that has not only met but exceeded all of my business needs and expectations over what will be three years in January 2017.Unlike other providers of virtual offices, Champion offers 24-hour access to its offices and conference rooms as well as storage space. For a busy litigator, mediator, and arbitrator such as myself, these features are not mere perks but essential when interacting with clients, opposing counsel, or other meeting participants. Depositions, mediation sessions, or arbitration hearings do not have to automatically end when the Champion staff leaves for the day, and the available storage space ensures that I do not have to constantly pack in and out necessary materials.Champion is also a wonderful company to deal with simply because the people who run it are wonderful people. On occasion, Ive asked Roger Kahn, Champions President, and/or members of the Champion staff (particularly Grace Saccente) to assist me with office bookings or the use of equipment on very short notice, and each time, Roger and his staff have come through with flying colors.One recent positive experience comes to mind. In November of 2016, I had a Nassau County Supreme Court justice request that a specific set of orders relevant to a complicated commercial dispute be prepared for his signature within approximately three hours after a late morning court conference. Both co-counsel and opposing counsel turned to me for assistance, given Champions geographic proximity to the courthouse. Not only was I given a conference room on the fly that comfortably accommodated five people, but Roger lent me his own laptop to use for the drafting and printing of the orders.Thanks to his quick thinking, generosity, and some technical assistance provided by Grace and the Champion office staff, the orders were successfully printed and presented such that the proverbial day was saved. The professionalism that I experienced that day was nothing short of exemplary, well beyond the call of duty, and will not be forgotten.In conclusion, I heartily and without any reservation recommend Champion Office Suites to any professional who may have need for virtual office services on Long Island. The company is simply the best of the best and a model business for the world.
