This is such an amazing place. They teach you the pros and cons of refrigeration. The amount of experience that they have cumulatively is more than 100 years. They also have a huge onsite lab that gives you a better understanding of what you are working with. The classes that they offer is, boiler 1, 2, and 3 ammonia industrial refrigeration classes, help prepare you for many other certifications. They have their own motel called the R-717 inn, only for class attendees, many eating options around town. All in all I give 5/5 * for diversness, location, and hospitality.

Top notch place. The educators here are second to none and the knowledge gained here is worth every penny. If you want to be successful in the Ammonia Refrigeration field you need to go through this class.

Attended the Ammonia Operator 1 course. Fantastic training program in a state of the art facility. The instructors were industry experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Subject matter was presented in an easy to understand way with multimedia presentations. Additional hands on training in the lab drove the lectures home. All of the staff were personable and inclusive. Heard a story, secondhand, about a classmate who paid for the course out of pocket while in between jobs. Not sure if he asked for help or if it was offered; but the day after course completion, he was inundated with interview offers from the industry. Thanks GCAP for an excellent learning experience!
