I have been here for 2 laser hair removal treatments so far, and the place is great. The staff is comforting, friendly, helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. The process was well explained to me, and was made better thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable staff.I use to get waxed but after coming here, there is no going back to that. Laser hair removal is the way to go, and Studio MD is the place to go for it!

I recommend laser-touch aesthetics in garden city to everyone. Natalia is amazing, she is patient and listens to all of your concerns. They deliver on what they promise also. Laser hair removal, facials etc. Everything I’ve had treated there has been above expectations, laser hair removal, all of my hair was gone and never grew back. A lot of medspas will not deliver on that and are very costly, even dermatologists. The facials I’ve had have all been awesome, they fixed all of my concerns and pain points. Worth every penny!

I highly recommend this place for people of color to get your laser treatment. They have the right machine for our pigmentation. I’ve been going to LaserTouch Garden City for a little over a year, and I’ve been so impressed I’ve added so many packages & I’ve gotten my friends to purchase packages too & they have been just as impressed as I was. Natalia is my technician & she’s the sweetest person who ensure you are okay & not in pain. Btw, waxing & electrolysis is way more painful than laser treatment.

They are always very welcoming and understanding is you are running a little late.Maria has been doing my laser hair removal sessions and she is so thorough! I bought a package here for laser hair removal. The facility is exceptionally clean and the staff are incredibly sweet and efficient. Not to mention the treatments worked!I’ve had laser hair removal done at other places but I’ve always ended up needing to buy more sessions. Went there for laser hair removal and was AMAZED how quickly my hair stoped growing completely. I came here as a dual appointment with my friend marissa and weve now seen Natalia twice each! weve gotten 2 sessions of laser tattoo removal and both have seen pretty good results, and each have gotten a session of laser hair removal on our under arms and let me tell you, i am already addicted to laser hair removal after that one session. we told Natalia our concerns at our consultation and she was knowledgeable, as women who work in the beauty industry we understand that sessions are a thing, but Natalia has over delivered on our results! i also have been considering doing some coolsculpting here and i know at my next appointment when i ask Natalia, shell tell me everything i need to know! high recommend!

I had full body liposuction with Dr Kahn 3 months ago. He actually corrected homework I had 8 years ago. I am thrilled with the results and the corrections. Dr Kahn did an excellent job shaping me,especially stomach and love handles. His manner and technique are both comforting and tpainfree. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Karen Gallagher was knowledgeable and had a wonderful bed side manner. I live closer to NYC but always travel out of my way to have my procedures done with Karen. She was available for questions pre and post treatment. And I was very satisfied with my results for melasma treatment.

I just called for an appointment. The receptionist barely spoke English, was rude, and acted irritated when I asked questions about a procedure they offer, which is normally only done by a dermatologist. Educate your receptionist as a sales person; you just lost a possible client. I will never be giving this place my money.

The experience at the Garden city location is amazing. The ladies are patient, they listen, they do not rush, and the results are good.

They seem more concern about charging you for a tip than providing you with a profesional service. Laser is a process, requieres several visits, why do I must give gratuity every time I get a session? This is not a pedicure, a facial or lash extensions where you a get full service done in one visit and see the final result as you walk out. So they basically force you to tip for every visit. Sorry but if I go to my dermatologist to get the same treatment I dont have to tip him. Some of the stuff is rude also
