Staff are pompous one specifically name Jared. The tech support is slow at getting things resolved. The pricing is cheap, because you get what you pay for. Also salesman, (I dont remember his name) is very argumentive and rude.

I have 3 restaurant locations using Khamu Solutions POS system. I am in general very happy with our system. Sure computers and programs sometimes need TLC, but thats the nature of the beast. What really helps is that the Khamu support system is awesome. I can email them at any time and get responses and fixes within minutes of my requests. Also when I call them they are calm and patient which really helps me, since the majority of the time as a restaurant operator Im usually under pressure when I ask for assistance. Anyone purchasing a POS has to accept that there is no full proof system out there. The customer service is so key when dealing in the POS world. So long story short, thank you Khamu for helping me and offering a pretty simple system to work with, of which all my employees from age 16 to my old age of 57 can work on pretty easily.,Cheers Andrew

We purchased a six terminal system and received adequate training during installation. Our trainer (Morgan)was outstanding very calm and understanding through the compete process.We had a few question after his departure and all were answered very quickly.

Khamu has always been a great company to do business with. Their service is above and beyond! I had Superior service from Jared H. I have been a customer for about twelve years.

Been using this product for 3 years now. Its more economical than most Products and easy to use. Service is excellant as well.

Tech support personal isawesome ... Never enough staff. Lost me alot of Mony. Rushed setup, poor training . Im scrapping an expensive system due to updates at poor time, like happy hour or holidays .. remote access denied with almost no notification ahead of time... Not honest with Costs.

Great company to work with and strong tech support when needed.

While the owner seem to care about our new business the salesman was defensive and rude when I asked him questions I doubt if we will use them. When I went to pick up our equipment not a word not a question just here you go goodbye

Been with them for over 4 years they have been able to build our pos menu from scratch. If i have a problem or question they are there to answer it. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles of other pos but very competitve on price. They continue to work with us to improve the pos, website and online ordering.

Do not deal, or trust this company . I will post my experience soon.
