Bought a Secuirty system from them years ago and had a service call scheduled for the security system issue. There were a no show. Keep in mind service call was $100. Called them and they rescheduled for another day which was fine. The rescheduled service call was also a no show for the time. Called again and asked what’s going on and worker said they are on another job. They need an hour to get to you . Super unprofessional. Owner even called me offering a discount and to come out. I refused. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

I called and spoke to a sale person at the store about a camera system. He was pleasant and professional, but he basic pointed me to the website. Show me a basic cookie cutter solution. It seem to sterile to me, no really customization.

I recently came in not expecting much from this store but was VERY pleasantly surprised. I purchased a GPS tracker and it has served its purpose extremely well and I have not had any complaints after owning it for several months now. The assistance from Henry was excellent and he helped me through the setup process over the phone and while I was in store. Very cordial and welcoming people.Good small shop with excellent customer service and support. Recommend if you are in the market for tracking devices!

Had a good experience with this company. Dave Downs was very quick to answer my request for a bid. He said hed check out the property at a certain time and day to give a firm quote and he did exactly what he said. He also gave a firm time on when work would start and showed up when he said he was going to.Dave and his apprentice Austen completed the job on the same day. Both were able to answer my questions and were able to work with the camera equipment I had already purchased.I will be adding more cameras in the future and will 100% be offering the job them first.

I have had security/surveillance on my last 4 homes over the years through several different companies and CSI has been by far the best overall experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t try to “up sell” me on things I didn’t want or need but made sensible suggestions that worked perfect for my home. I had this company come out and install a security system in home. The installer incorrectly installed one of the cameras and shorted the line out. I showed Henry and he agrees that the installer causes the issue, however told me that they would have to charge me for coming out and correcting the issue that was their fault!

Terrible company. They installed cameras for my business that barley worked and then tried to charge my every time I called them to try to fix it! Waste of money! Take your business elsewhere!

Brought in my tower for repair and they fixed it in a hour said it was a ram issue and got me fixed up. good customer service and fast for a good price.

I highly recommend CSI! They have excellent customer service, and great communication. They came out and quoted our job, and did the job just as planned. When we had to make a few changes, they were there to handle it all. We trust CSI, and would definitely do business with them again.

Great place. I was a little apprehensive making the 40 minute drive out there yesterday to shop for security cameras after seeing the neon signs in the front window on the google maps advertisement. I thought I would be walking into just another computer repair shop with a couple teenagers that knew how to install antivirus software and nothing else. I was glad to be proved wrong, we were greeted with more knowledge about security cameras than I had expected and found a system that should work out fantastically with our current DVR system without being forced into buying one of theirs. Going to pick up a couple cameras today after they get shipped in this afternoon and hopefully come back to get 6 or 8 more next week!

Took my computer to be fixed paid for it got it home it still doesnt work.it is worse now than before i dropped it off. use to do a lot of business with this store i think they have new owners. will never go here again

Went in to look at some cameras and ended up buying a system from them. Cameras are fantastic quality and the install was quick and went very smoothly.

CSI did a large commercial install for us. Been several months since the install, not one problem. Incredible picture quality, you wont be disappointed...were not. Would recommend for sure.

Came out to move 2 cameras. Broke 1 and replaced with a “better” camera but has a worse picture on my screen. Distorted the siding on my house and drilled a 2 inch hole above my front door for no reason. Called and spoke with a bunch of rude people and was called back by “Ali” the owner and tried to blame it on me. Unreliable. Wreckless. Distructive. Unprofessional. The list goes on and on. Stay away.

Schedule the first time for service end up somebody call from the shop and reschedule for second time after 4 days,then second time nobody shows up, I called the shop and he want to reschedule for the third time and I said no forget about it .excuses always ..sorry this is a bad service

Brought two different tablets in for repair.1: screen replacement.2: charger port repair.Employee said hold on and took the one I needed the charger port repaired on, to the back. Then came out and said not interested in fixing it, the screen might get damaged while trying to fix, and didnt even check out the other tablet.If this is a professional computer, phone and tablet repair facility like their their sign says, you shouldnt break or damage something you work on all the time.. I wont bring anything here anymore, theyve done a repair for me before, but never again...

Do not give these guys your phone number!!! I unfortunately did, ever since I have been receiving phone calls from all over the country trying to sell me a home security system. Not just 1 or 2 a day sometimes 5 calls a day BEWARE
