I booked a cleaning after 8:00 PM for the next day. They called me first thing the following morning to confirm. I was pleasantly surprised. They were detailed and kind. I explained the situation - I needed to have my sisters home cleaned while she was in the hospital with her husband post-surgery. They said we will take good care of your sister. I was the first one to arrive after they were done and the house looked great. We are VERY happy with our experience and my sister wants to hire them more consistently. Thank you so much!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The ladies that came to clean were also very sweet and professional! They house was empty and I was about to move in. They met my timeline and even offered to come back again if there was something I wasn’t happy with! No need because that place was spotless! Thank you so much much!

Every part of my apartment was perfectly cleaned. The service is always dependable. They were also able to easily adjust their schedule based on my needs.

I paid $150 for a 2-hour standard clean, just to try them out. I have nothing to show for it. They spent exactly 2 hours on the dot, which meant they stopped at the living room half mopped, but I still had to go back to the areas they finished cleaning to still actually get a lot of the missed spots myself (I have pictures if someone cares to reach out). If I can do a better job cleaning in the same time, with no professional experience or any of the fancy cleaning equipment, theyre not worth it. Absolutely terrible. Should have stuck with my regular cleaning service.

My wife is posting this review but I agree with her 100%.I waited a month before posting a review because I wanted to see if there was any follow up from the owner, as promised via an email. There was not!Deep clean was scheduled on 4/14/21 and I was charged $740 BEFORE the cleaning was done. Most areas of my home received an ok standard cleaning, some areas received NO cleaning and very few areas received a “deep clean“.Be advised: they do NOT move anything away from the wall, FOR A DEEP CLEAN??!!!! That is ridiculous since nothing was stated in the checklist sent to me (I asked for by the way) nor was it conveyed to me by the owner. I can understand not moving very heavy pieces of furniture, but how in the world do you clean baseboards and perform a deep clean without moving most things away from the wall? If the owner had told me that, my husband and I would have moved furniture away from the wall the night before. I did end up moving what I could by myself before they left once I figured out they weren’t moving anything, but I wasn’t able to make it upstairs to do it before they left. No beds were dusted behind, many cabinets and shelves were completely missed and even main areas in the hallways were still dirty.Bonnie, a manager, was as nice as can be and seemed concerned about the areas I showed her, but even then so many more areas were discovered when they left. The owner called several times while they were here asking how much longer they’d be and, I felt, was hurrying them along. One of the young ladies (college student) definitely had an attitude when I showed her things that she hadn’t done.I even let them off the hook for cleaning an apartment over our garage since a new hot water heater was sitting in the middle of the room waiting to be installed. When I asked about a partial refund for that space, the owner replied that it wasn’t enough square fee to to warrant a refund! 😳. I bet if I had ADDED the space it would have been enough square feet to warrant an additional charge!I sent pictures to the owner of how dirty some areas were and she said she’d see when she could send someone back. There was no apology and certainly no sense of urgency to have the situation rectified. The only sense of urgency was when they first arrived and needed my payment!Bonnie did come back and do some of the areas that were untouched but I discovered many more after she left. The owner has yet to call and follow up as was promised in an email from the company. I find that extremely unprofessional, especially when there were documented photos and they had to return! I will not humiliate anyone by posting the pics but if you’re looking for a true “deep clean”, take your money elsewhere!

I am a mother of 3 young children (5, 3 and nine months old). I scheduled a deep clean with this company because living through the pandemic has made it almost impossible to get it ALL done. I was called by the office and informed that the women would be showing up to my house between 10 and 10:30am. Well, the morning of the cleaning the maids showed up and called me at 9:27. I didnt answer because I didnt hear my phone. I was busy making sure all 3 children were ready to leave, all the beds were made and everything was picked up to make it easier during the cleaning service. When I realized I missed a call, I immediately called the office (mind you within my time window 10-10:30) and apologized for not answering my phone. I was then informed that I would not be having my house cleaned that day because they had a schedule to keep. They also wanted to then charge me a $50 cancelling fee. Really? I explained to the lady that I was incredibly sorry, but I had completed a lot of work and would like my house cleaned that day. She said the earliest they could do it would be the next Monday. What a waste of time and effort for an already tired mama. They didnt try to work with me at all. Needless to say, I would highly NOT recommend.In response to your comment, I was called several times beginning at 9:27, which is 33 minutes before the window of arrival even was. I was getting myself and my 3 children dressed. When I looked at my phone within the window at 10:15, I noticed I missed the call. I apologized and there was a very you snooze you lose attitude. If a deep clean takes all day, which Im sure it does then why was my window from 10-10:30? It is very unfair to call 30 minutes early and then not perform the expected duties. Saying that you have to keep to a schedule when I am still within the window of time that you appointed me makes no sense. Again, Im very sorry I didnt answer my phone, but I didnt have it on me because it was not the designated time window.

I have a very aggressive cancer and this company partners with a national organization to provide free cleanings to cancer patients in active treatment. They came to my house, right on time, were super friendly, wore masks, and did an AMAZING job cleaning. From room to room, by the time they left, everything was spotless. They even took time to tie up my curtains after mopping so they wouldnt get wet. They were so sweet and their attention to detail was incredible. Im beyond thankful for their heart and their compassion and would recommend them to anyone!

Jalen and Mallory were great. On time and did a through cleaning. I have been very pleased with the business and the service that has been provided me. I am not messy but have dog hair everywhere, Jalen and Mallory took the time to really get it all including under furniture. I would recommend to anyone

I wanted a deep clean. Two ladies showed up on time and were extremely nice and wearing masks. They introduced themselves and then got to work quickly. They brought all supplies with them. There was a miscommunication, but Two Maids & a Mop fixed it quickly and now my house looks amazing. They are dedicated to making sure the customer is happy.

Horrible. I booked an 8:45 because thats all they had and asked for a later appointment if anyone canceled because I had to get my 3 year old together. I was called a few hours later and told that my appointment was not at 1:45 which I was happy with. The morning of around 10:30 I was called and I missed the call because I was up moving the air mattress and packing my car. I returned the call about 30 minutes later to them telling me if they cant come now then they cant come at all. I asked if the could wait 45 minutes because I was not done and was told no. I completely unhappy with the fact that I paid for services I never received and with the fact you did not honor my appointment time and inconvenienced all the way around. I cried and called several companies in the area until I got a really sweet woman with all the compassion in her heart to come do our cleaning last minute.

Used Two Maids Twice now and will continue to do so on a monthly basis. My first experience was fantastic, the second one was not as good however; you can request to have different woman come and also request to have the same person. I would definitely recommend.

Late in the afternoon, I needed someone to come in and clean the next day. I loved the fact that I was able to call and talk to someone directly. The arrangements were made and Vanessa and Tasha arrived at the exact time I was given. I gave them some basic instructions, but they worked without needing much guidance. They checked with me often to confirm that I was satisfied with their work. It was better than what I had expected! I plan to ask for them again!

I would not recommend your service. Also. After paying 400 dollars I though I would have detailed clean when I moved in.I’m so upset that the house looks the same way as before they came in. Bathrooms not clean, dust, microwave,cabinets not clean. Pantry not clean. Basically house not clean. I want my money back.I’m so upset when I got back to my house with movers.This needs to be rectified. I will clean the house myself. I’m a very clean person. This company stole 400.00 from me.the cleaners did nothing.

The ladies did a great job. They were prompt and on time and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I was doing laundry and dropped the linens on a bed upstairs and later on in the evening well after they had left I went upstairs again. I then noticed that they had made the bed. This house has not been this clean since we purchased it 2 1/2 years ago. I would highly recommend the service to anybody.

I feel the ladies did a really good job in helping me do a deep clean. I needed baseboards and general cleaning assistance throughout my home and they were great. They did knock a hand mirror off of shelf and caused the mirror to become unglued with the frame. Other than that I feel they did an amazing job.

Update: After using Two Maids for a few cleanings for which I was satisfied, I am forced to amend my prior review due to repeated poor service. It became clear that timeliness was going to be an issue as there were two consecutive appointments in which I was contacted about potentially rescheduling. In the first instance, it wasnt a problem because I was out of town and could miss the standard appointment. In the second instance, the cleaning staff was two hours late and arrived after 4 p.m. when they were scheduled to arrive at 2 p.m. The team spent less than 45 minutes in my home. The cleaning was unacceptable ... visibly dirty kitchen range and there was dust and dirt all over the floor. I wasnt even able to do a walkthrough before they left because I stepped out for 30 minutes to run an errand and they were gone when I arrived back home. For context, I have never had anyone clean my house in under 90 minutes even with a two person team. My house didnt look like anyone had even touched it. I called the service immediately to complain and never got a return phone call. When I called a couple weeks later to ensure that my periodic service was discontinued, they had already deleted my account from the system but didnt bother to follow-up and confirm the services changes.Dont believe the high ratings here, which appear to stem from their business model which penalizes the cleaning staff for poor reviews. This provides a disincentive for people to post negative reviews if they feel like the cleaning staff will be paid less (see my Original Review below). To be clear, I gave them feedback that the clean was insufficient but there was no deduction to the $150 fee I was charged nor did the company seem to care that I was dissatisfied. Two Maids is disorganized, unreliable and despite their sales pitch dont really care about quality. I have moved on to other comparably priced local services as a result.Original Review: I just had a very positive experience with Two Maids & A Mop. They arrived promptly and did a very thorough job of cleaning all the areas of my house that I instructed. Not only were Kaitlyn and Deborah friendly and professional, but they used all of the protective equipment that you need to minimize COVID related risks. I also appreciated that they did a walkthrough with me before leaving so that I could ask questions and make sure all areas of concern are addressed. I will be using the service again.

The move out special is a joke. Whats the point of paying $275 for a service if you have to go back and do it yourself? Oh, and thanks for leaving the AC on 59 degrees and ALL of the lights on for us to come find after a whole week. An insanely high electric bill on a home I havent lived in for over a month is just what I needed instead of it being thoroughly cleaned.

Our move in was fairly clean prior to move in, however because the house was vacant for a minute, we wanted fresh and more thorough cleaning. They did a very poor job and left 30 minutes after we left, despite the fact that we paid for unlimited cleaning. Upon return we called the “supervisor”. She came out and allegedly inspected and recleaned. The missed, windows, corners, interior cabinets, did not take the attachment off to vacuum corners or wipe all of the light fixtures, even after the third cleaning. Fortunately I spoke to a different manager who said she would offer a complimentary cleaning and partial refund. Upon further inspection it’s even worse. I have pictures as well.

It was a good first visit! I appreciate the work and effort they put into figuring out what needed to be done, as well as delivering a result we were both happy with! We really appreciate it, and will be using the service again in the future.

They answer the phone and they show up early. Everyone is nice and pleasant to work with. They did a great move-out clean for me. I will continue to use this company again in the future. I have used Two Maids & a Mop a few times now and have overall been very pleased. However, Last weeks cleaning was disappointing. I paid for a deep cleaning last week which was $325. I was told there would be 2-3 cleaners and the time of the cleaning would be 5 hours long.There were 2 ladies who came and they cleaned for 3 hours. I was pleased with most of their work, however there were parts of my bedroom and the stairs that looked untouched. Some of the baseboards were not cleaned and there were visible dust bunnies under my desk and in a corner of my room. I was under the impression too that my fridge would be cleaned which it was not.The ladies were very professional and kind. They arrived early which was nice. In hindsight, I should have done a more thorough inspection before they left and questioned the objectives of the deep clean.I acknowledge it is a luxury to have my house cleaned and Im grateful I didnt have to do the cleaning myself, however, to pay $325 dollars and feel like parts were not done well was a bit disappointing.I will give Two Maids another chance, just not for a deep cleaning again.

My husband and I were moving out of a rental house about 1,500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths. We needed a deep clean to ensure we get our rather large security deposit back from the company we rented from so I decided to book Two Maids. They were in the house cleaning for several hours and we were so relieved we didn’t have to think about this part of the move out process. We were so disappointed when we returned to see our house had areas completely ignored and still dirty including the baseboards, a wall by our fridge, doors, walls, on top of valances, etc. I am so upset to have spent $290 for a job I could have done better myself. We had to go in and clean after them! I posted the pictures on a Yelp review if you’d like to see how awful it is!

Weve been using Two Maids & A Mop for about 6 months or so now, and were delighted. The ladies are always on time, or early, and do a superb job. I have arthritis in my hands and my husband has advanced COPD so we have trouble changing the sheets on his queen-size bed. Even though its not a usual cleaning job the ladies do this for us, and were very appreciative. I just CANT recommend them highly enough. (And since I didnt mention it earlier, all the ladies have been just delightful people, and a pleasure to have in our house.)

I called and requested a deep clean of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen for a house I was moving in to. There was nothing in the house so the cleaning would be easier. I was charged $165.00 for 2.5 hours of deep cleaning. With that much time on just 3 rooms I expected the work to be done well. The tub floor was dirty, the top of the shower surround in both bathrooms were untouched and filthy. While cleaning the toilets the seats came off and they claimed they were like that when they got there. I know this wasnt true because I had used them before they got there to clean. They did not clean the cabinets as I had requested on the phone. The kitchen floor was mopped but not cleaned. I have no idea what they did with all that time. I wanted to give them a chance to make things right before I did a review so I emailed the company with my concerns. I was told that cabinets only get done for a move out cleaning, not move in. I have no idea why it matters which way you are going but I was not informed of this when I called scheduled the cleaning. I was told the tub floor was not dirty, the paint was worn (I have a fiberglass tub). The kitchen floor was just not done but no mention of correcting any of these issues. I was hoping to find a company I could trust to come in on a regular basis but after spending 3 hours cleaning after their deep clean I wont trust them again.

Updated review: I recently left Two Maids after using the service for more than a year. Though some of the crew does great work, others do not, and though I made a point to compliment the service when it was exceptional, consistency of quality was hit or miss. The service is affordable, but not if I get home and have to clean messes that are left behind. I really need every time to be a great job, not just once in a while, and this is where Two Maids fell short for me.I will say that, while the administration could do with streamlining, office manager Delisa is very good at her job and the company is fortunate to have her on staff.—-We had a great experience with Amanda and Karen from Two Maids and a Mop two weeks ago. They did a great job, and we were very happy with the cleaning. If this had been the only rating criterion, wed have given them five stars.However, the admin side has a little to be desired. I booked online, then was phoned the next morning (the day of the cleaning) to reschedule. This was fine, I suppose. We booked a cleaning every other week, but Ive not heard a word from them since then. I also thought that the business model was supposed to allow for rating the maids, which would determine how much they would be paid. We have heard nothing about this either.

They sent two gals to do a deep move out/move in clean for a 3600 sq foot house.I was skeptical theyd get it done. But those two gals worked their tails off 10+ hrs straight with no breaks and completed every item on the punchlist to complete satisfaction.I was impressed and grateful to have those girls at the house.

We were impressed and pleased with the overall job they did. They were very professional and respectful and friendly. We cant wait to have them come back!

Very friendly, sweet women who helped me clean. I cleaned right beside them because we had such a big job at hand. They were thorough and honest. Definitely recommend their services but make sure if you have a big job to book for longer on that initial visit. Dont underestimate your mess! Good cleaning takes time :)

This was the first time we used Two Maids & A Mop. We arranged for a two hour Design Our Own cleaning. We chose to have our plantation shutters and window interiors cleaned. A team of three ladies arrived in a timely manner, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to get nearly all our shutters and windows cleaned in that time frame.

Disappointing... I made an appointment for them to clean my house, but they refused since it wasnt already clean... twice... I offered to clean up the areas they were having trouble with but they simply refused. Thats unreasonable to me. Ive used other maid services in the area no problem... Bad service...Edit: I see your ladies gave you a highly exaggerated account of what actually happened... Sad.

Completely blew away my expectations! I scheduled a deep clean, and gave them a brief run down on what I wanted done. They went above and beyond! This was for a move-out. They were on time, friendly, looked professional, quick, efficient, and did an absolutely perfect job. They left the oven looking like no one had used it...ever. That itself, was a miracle! I’d definitely recommend.

Our experience with Two Maids & A Mop was great! We were able to utilize their online, no-obligation quote service to find out up front how much it would be to clean our 2 rental units which had recently been vacated. Scheduling with the office manager, Delisa, was a breeze. We needed cleaning service on 2 separate days - on both days the cleaning team arrived on time as scheduled and were extremely professional. Everything was cleaned as promised/advertised on their website. We had such a positive experience using their services that we will definitely be using them again in the future!

The 2 ladies arrived on time and were so nice!!!! They worked nonstop for 4 1/2 hours! My house is sparkling clean! It felt so great to have such a clean house!! They are my new cleaning service and Im so grateful they cared about their work and asked me if there was anything else I wanted them to clean. Amazing!My 2nd visit from 3 ladies this time! I missed meeting the lady, but I just loved the little touches of care they show in my home. For example they placed a pillow in my recliner and it looked cute, moved a family picture to the front of my dresser, folded blankets, etc. These ladies take pride in their work! It means so much to see my home shine!!

Two Maids & A Mop did an amazing job with our house that had been vacant during sale for a number of months, and was super dirty! The bathrooms were especially bad. After just a few hours with a deep clean service, I came home to a squeaky clean house top to bottom. Would highly recommend them!

We have enjoyed using this service for the last few months. They always do a great job and pay attention to details. Karissa and Erin took care of us this week and as always they did a fantastic job.

This was our first experience having someone else clean our home as our schedules have gotten crazy and this was a great way to take some pressure off of us with all of the other things we have going on. Adotsas and Jessica were very pleasant and did a great job on our home. There were a few minor details missed, but I would love for the same ladies to come out the next time so we can tweak a few things and ensure a consistent clean with these ladies who are already familiar with our home. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service that they provided.

Morgan and Armmonie really transformed the house for us. We were stressed out about the condition of the house we signed up to live in. It was impossible for my roommates and I to clean. Two Maids and a Mop was the best decision we made during this move in process. I called them fairy godmothers. Our house would have been unlivable if it weren’t for these two girls. They were super kind and informative. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Karen and Amanda are amazing. They pay great attention to detail. Delisa is always available to help with any scheduling issues. My sister even started using the service after we did, because Karen and Amanda do such a great job. We are both very happy with Two mops and a maid.

This was my first time using this company. The ladies that came out to my home were nice but one stood out way above the other. I wish that both maids could have had the same work ethic and compassion for the job. I will give it another try soon!

I was extremely pleased with my first cleaning with Two Maids. They did a wonderful job. It takes a lot of stress off to have all of the cleaning done and for the house to look and smell great so that I can focus on work and my family!

Our experience was positive overall. I had a deep clean and had a couple of areas that were time consuming. Those areas were really clean. A bathtub stain that no one has been able to remove in 15 years is gone!!! We cant figure out how Alison and Tasha pulled that off, but know from experience it took a lot of elbow grease and determination ! There were some areas that were were overlooked while mopping and dusting. All the hanging pictures were very left very crooked as if rapidly wiped which tilted them but not put back which seemed like a time/attention issue. Next time I will schedule at the beginning of the day rather than being the last home of the day. Very nice and prompt and Allison texted me as requested when they done. She also wanted to be sure to lock up our quirky door properly for our security, which I really appreciated. We are also a third floor condo in a very old house and they cleaned the very steep carpeted stairs to our door. What a delight!
