This shop has to be the very best in Garden City ! I walked in the shop and was right away greeted by Beth with a nice welcoming conversation. I set up an appointment being that the shop has alot of jobs I understood. The day of the appointment, I brought in my truck and was amazed that the job was done so fast! I was also given expert advise by Dave on a future job that he eventually did for me. Im glad I listened ! The prices were more than reasonable and the communication was outstanding! I would give RattleSnake Auto nothing less than 5 stars. They are also very welcoming to Dogs. My pup Scooby enjoyed the love and attention :)

No one will ever touch my car again except Rattlesnake!!! Just had my car there and had some work done and my engine, that has over 100,000 miles, is purring like a kitten again. Its awesome!! They are are no bull shop, they tell you what NEEDS to be done and at a price that wont bankrupt you. Dave and Beth are the best. Dont hesitate to take your car there.

This place is Awesome! I spoke with Beth and they were able to see me same day,. I wasnt there an hour and Dave had my car fixed, running well again and out the door in less than an hour! My first time going to Rattlesnake owner Beth greeted me like I bad been coming there for years. I took my daughters Trailblazer there for what I thought was a small repair it turned I to quite an extensive repair, that Beth and Dave knew I was in a time crunch to get back. Owner Dave worked on his day off late Into the night to complete the vehicle for me. That kind of small town customer service is unheard of. Rattlesnake will be my new Auto service shop.
