I have been with this agency for over 20 years now and have obviously been very pleased with the customer service I have received from Mayra, Carla, Lesly always pleasant to deal with knowledge and helpful all around . Definitely worthy of 5 stars

Carla is very nice and helpful. She called me right away to follow up on my claim and helped to get my car towed and later with the rental car. She always returns my calls, plus I pay way less here than some other places.

This company should no longer be called American Family Insurance, but instead called American Insurance because I have not been treated as family through my entire claim process. I have been lied to, misinformed and mislead through my entire process. This was my very first claim with this agency and I would have to say, from reading the process online and from experiences from friends and family, I have been treated very unprofessionally. It has been nearly a month since I made my intitial claim and I have yet to speak with the agent who is working my claim. The local agent has been very short of helpful, and I have been left without any questions being answered or any true customer service. I am very displeased with this agency and this whole process.
