06/03/21-Ive been with State farm since 2015 for my cars and homes. Excellent rates and customer service. State farm ensures I always have the best rates. They contact me before renewal to make sure all my discounts are in effect and suggest ways to increase my discounts. The staff is very professional my favs are BT, Diane and Mary. They all return my calls promptly and issue quotes customized to my financial needs. The Garden City Branch really has that small town touch down pat.

This agency has been an absolute blessing. I have dealt with numerous insurance agency’s concerning my own policies, quotes, and so forth, but these guys? Talk about top tier customer service. I generally am that person to ask many questions, especially with insurance policies being so confusing, but without fail, I get the answers I need.Spencer, in particular, is who I have been working with lately. I recommend him to ANYONE. He is knowledgable, funny, efficient, responsible, professional, and is a man of his word. If he can’t get something done that day, he always follows up the next. I used to be a client years ago and had great customer service. This is not the case now. I was looking to get an auto policy. I had few cars I was looking at and requested quotes for them on February 21. At the time the computers were down. I was contacted by email from Mary the next day saying they were working. That is the LAST I have heard from the office. I ended up going with one of their competitors.
