We have used Idaho Tents and Events for most of our rentals and they are phenomenal! They are so on top of things and also flexible in case a last minute change is needed. Their pick up/drop off is the easiest Ive experienced.

Idaho Tents and Events provided tables and chairs as well as linens for a celebration of life event we had on Sunday. They were very quick with their quote and scheduling and made the pickup or delivery options easy to understand and execute. Everything went smoothly and the rentals helped the event come together really nicely. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

The rentals where great and I appreciated how they worked with me in getting the items together. The reason I give them 3 stars though is they were super tough to work with in making sure the stuff would arrive on time. And when I was finally able to nail down a time they where not only 3 hours late but they took forever to unload. My people had to strongly encourage their own help to be able to get everything unloaded and set up at a more reasonable time.So the rental items where great but the delivery, unloading, and set up wasn’t timely. That put my rehearsal for my wedding hours late and they where still setting up as we were rehearsing.

Such simplicity! It was so easy to order from Idaho Tents and Events. The showroom is set up to help you visualize your event almost upon entry. Joolzz was my guide, she was helpful and fun to be around. I was shown at least two options of everything I needed, along with advice to make sure my vision would work.I would definitely recommend them and use them again and again. Next event, friends banquet at that amazing wooden, farm table, cant wait.

Idaho Tents & Events did a fantastic job of setting up our vendor space at the IAAA Conference. Loved the colors of the pipe and drape and it was fantastic. I will use them again in April!!

We rented 2 tents, a dance floor, tables and chairs from Idaho Tents & Events for a backyard reception for our daughters wedding and they were AWESOME!!! This is our second time renting from Idaho Tents and I will not go anywhere else. The tents were sparkling clean, and the dance floor was setup exactly where we wanted. All items were delivered and removed in a timely manner.

We did a short notice, like a very last minute call to Idaho Tents & Events to check availability for a large tent. Perfect size available, 20 x 20, and within 10 minutes the call was complete and the delivery was set for the next day. Professional and amicable set up crew. Will use again for sure!

Events during COVID can be truly nerve-wracking, Russ from Idaho Tents and Events was an incredible partner for my corporate event that had virtual presenters. Russ counseled me on the necessary equipment, from PA systems to projectors to mics for our in house presenters. I was nervous that the virtual presenters would get dropped and I would have trouble getting them back on line in a timely fashion. Russ came the day before my event, set everything up, trouble shot the one projector that had a sight flaw and came back the next day for the duration of my event to make sure all went smoothly. Talk about OVER AND ABOVE! This will be the ONLY rental company I will use over and over again. Thank you, Russ!!

Didnt use them, but definitely will in the future!We are getting married in the mountains, and when the local rental provider shut down her business, we realized we would have to rent from Boise and went to Idaho Tents & Events. We gave them a large deposit early on, wanting to secure everything for our special day. They were prompt and super helpful. We went into the office as well and were impressed with the friendliness and patience of the staff.THEN the local provider suddenly got back into the business. We want to go with the local provider as its less expensive without a delivery fee from Boise. Idaho Tents & Events graciously returned our full deposit without hesitation. While we didnt use them for this event, we will not forget the excellent service and keep them in mind for future local events.

We were very pleased with all our rentals and the service provided. The delivery and pick up times were prompt and the staff very helpful. They even switched out a piece and returned with a better one. Abigail was great to work with as we changed our minds a couple of times.

IT&E Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. When I made the reservation online and then called, they had all of my details pulled up. They were also very flexible with pickup and drop-off days. I must mention the great guys working at the pickup/drop-off, all of them were very friendly, helpful. It is nice to come upon friendly faces in the service industry, a breath of fresh air!

Everything was there and worked great! the linens were clean, the speaker was charged, and it worked great for our wedding with 50 people!

These ladies are fantastic! We arrived the day before a shower for my daughter needing tables, chairs and plates. We had just missed the delivery truck. The ladies went into action and somehow within hours we had everything we needed for a lovely shower delivered to our home. I will be forever grateful! I highly recommend this business!!

The rep actually talked me out of renting a bigger tent then I actually needed. We had a lunch event at the capitol building. We had 80 chairs and 21 tables of various sizes. One young man delivered them all by himself and helped me set up. He was on time for delivery (early really) and on time for pickup. I would recommend always having table coverings of some kind. This year we purchased Kwik covers for our round tables. This saves money and keeps tables neat looking without cloths that can get caught up in people getting up and down at the tables. We will probably modify our order a bit next year but will definitely use Idaho Tents and Events again.

Everything with this company was perfect from beginning to end. We used them our Hometown Community Benefit for Hometown Dealerships and they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The delivery guys were extremely polite and handled everything great when picking up the rentals. Would recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Great job, we had tables for 48 people, chairs linens and beverage servers everything arrived on time, the party was a huge success, I thank Idaho tents and events for their timely delivery, and helpful crew . they came back on Monday and picked everything up. The office staff was very very good, I talked to a number of people and they all took excellent care of me and my requests. If one person was not available, another pick right up and handled any concerns I had. It relieved me of any stress.I will use Idaho Tents and Events again for sure!!

Our event was at the Idaho Botanical Garden Winter aGlow in December. The tent was set up with plenty of room for all of us and the heaters were going making it nice and warm. Everyone we worked with made sure our event had no issues and were professional and friendly. Nice job!

Express lane worked well until in/out traffic backed up in to Chinden Blvd;chairs and propane heater worked well; it would be better if there was a heater set-up at Tates that I could look at to figure out safe assembly and use. All good.

We rented a ton of stuff (tables, chairs, linens, easels, slide screens, chafing dishes, dishes, glassware, silverware) for our 50th anniversary party, and Idaho Tents and Events was top notch. They incorporated our many changes seamlessly, and in fact called me when they noticed that my tables and linens didnt quite match up in my online order. One set of items was skipped in the delivery, and we didnt realize it until 2 hours before our party. I called, and they had the items delivered to us within 1 hour. This was my first time working with a party rental company, and I was thrilled with their performance.

Great business and always willing to fix issues or concerns. Customer service is top notch. If youre renting tablecloths be sure to check them before leaving. Sometimes there is little holes or stains, not the businesss fault. Regular wear and tear is expected. They gladly take care of these issues.

I was very pleased with my rental experience at Idaho Tents. The two tents I rented were delivered and installed efficiently and on time, and pick up and dismantling was likewise. The staff, both on site and at the office, were helpful and accomodating. I would recommend them to anyone needing event equipment, seating, etc.

I expect to get what was paid for from any business that takes my money. Sadly thats not always how it goes, but these folks delivered. What I really appreciated was the time they were willing to spend helping me figure out if I could have what I thought I wanted, and what the heck I needed. Tent, no tent? Sides for the tent? Sides with windows? How many tables, chairs, and even a little design help. The other thing I appreciated was the phone call letting us know when to expect them, and they were actually here when they said they would be.
