We have been renting from Sand N Sea for several years and have always been happy with their selection, quality, and prices of their vacation homes! We also usually look for pet friendly so that we can take our fur babies with us and their weight limits are more accommodating to dogs of all sizes. The process from start to finish is easy and earning points towards a reward program for 2 free nights after so many rentals is something you cant get when renting with VRBO, so that is definitely a plus for us :) Pics from our most recent stay at Stilted Pleasure show a great location.

Our favorite Beach House-Tropical Waters has been updated with painting, new kitchen cabinets and new furniture. It looks stunning. My high school friends book at the same time each year and are never disappointed. (Latexo High School - Class of 76!)We have rented from Sand N Sea for approximately 10 years now and have never had a problem. Why change?

We have used sand n sea for several years to provide us with a memorable weeks worth of family fun! We stay at Call Me the Breeze which is an amazing house. Everything about the house is comfortable and roomy. The layout has become very familiar to us and everybody knows their space to stay. The house is always clean and ready for us to occupy. I receive several phone calls during the week just checking to see that all is good. Planning with sand n sea is so easy and they are always professional.

I rented Freedom from Sand N Sea Labor Day weekend 2021. I have used Sand N Sea several times and while the realty group has been a reliable rental source in the past, I was so disappointed in this property, which in my opinion is a poor reflection on Sand N Sea. Everything in the house was old, smelled musty and dirty. The carpet was old and stained, wood floors were old, bedspreads, chair cousins, furniture, tables, pealing leather couch cousins, mold on walls near air vents, pealing paint everywhere, baseboards coming off the walls, stained pillows, old hard bath towels. Downstairs cement slab was uneven and dangerous, several tripping all weekend. Outside shower was dirty with overgrown grass and unusable, a scary site. The cement slab was full of sand, two old sandy picnic tables, a chair full of mold, paint pealing and rust on all metal parts of the structure. It was a terrible site. I am sure this is the owners problem and mess of a house, but I cannot believe Sand N Sea has this house as one of their rental properties. I wonder if they have ever given this house or any of their houses inspections. I would think a large realty company would have some standards they try to maintain. With so many other realty options, it will be hard to use Sand N Sea Properties again.

Shouldve been told beforehand that the dryer didnt work (for a week) The Sandbox was an awesome beach house right on the beach..sand everywhere ! Great views & very quiet to be right on the beach ! But we shouldve been notified that the dryer wasnt working when we checked in (had a small note on the dryer which we didnt see ) until we needed the dryer..We rented it for a week with grandkids coming & going..it took me 2days to get a response & finally left a day early & the repairman pulled in as we were leaving on Thursday..just out of courtesy, we should have been told about the dryer.

This is the second year I have used Sand N Sea for my family vacation. The service and quality of the house exceeded my expectations for a second year.The management texted and called me when the house was ready. They called me 1 hour after arriving to make sure I did not have any questions. Upon leaving I called them to report a few light bulbs that had burned out and they took all my information and I feel confident they fixed the bulbs before the next occupants.The house was in great shape last year and even better this year. New porch furniture, upgrade in programming available for my grandson.I will not hesitate in renting from Sand N Sea in the future!

Every detail was thought of in our rental house. From toiletries to labels on every light switch, we were impressed. The communication is fantastic, also. We received a text when our house was ready (early!). We also received a call to make sure we got our text, and we got a follow up call the next morning to make sure everything was good. I will definitely rent from a Sand N Sea property again!

Weve used the folks at Sand N Sea for our Galveston vacation rentals for many years. Their professionalism and the ease of using their website is unmatched in my view. For example, after their housekeeping department (yes, they have their own) is through, a supervisor inspects the property before the incoming guests are allowed to check-in.When leaving, guests are asked to take out the garbage and start the dishwasher. Thats it! One rental company we used in Surfside Beach required departing guests to sweep the floors, strip the beds, wash and return all dishware to the cabinets. AND, we were provided with a list of fines that would be deducted from our deposit if we failed to comply with their check-out rules.Sand N Sea is the closest thing weve found to a Five Star hotel in terms of first class customer service!

While at the rental, Sand and Sea checks in and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. The beach home was clean and well maintained, we are super pleased with Sand and Sea and really helped make our vacation spectacular.

This was the 2nd time that weve rented Call Me the Breeze with Sand N Sea and we have enjoyed the home both times. A covered deck is important to us and this house has a sizable one, which allows us to sit outside and take in the ocean and breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has enough room for all the family. The rooms are spacious enough for us, and we like that the house has 2 stairways to the bottom floor. Its not a relatively new house but its been taken care of, mostly, and it has a homey feel. Ive been renting from Sand n Sea for over 15 years and enjoy what the company offers, very professional.

Our family had a great time at the Sandbox property in Galveston. I dont think you can get any closer to the beach than this quaint little house. Sitting on the porch just a stones throw away from the water was amazing and convenient to watch our grandkids play on the beach. Perfect for a small family or two couples to get away and relax on the quietest part of Galveston Island. We will be back

We have stayed at 3 sand and sea properties now and they are the best! Every house has been clean and well taken care of, checkin is easy and the staff is helpful and friendly. They do a great job at hosting prime beach spots so all you have to do is show up and relax. Highly recommend... we will be back for sure.

Kat’s Korner was everything we expected it to be based on prior reviews. Sand N Sea was excellent every step of the way with their professional attitude and willingness to help with any questions or concerns. The home was amazing and perfect for our family get together. Hands down one of the best vacation experiences we have had. From the comfort of the beds and other furnishings to the privacy of the location and proximity to the beach, we would most definitely seek to reserve another visit to Kat’s Korner. We enjoyed our week stay at Better at the Beach. Wanted a place that you could just walk out your door and into the surf. This was it. Plus / minus is that it is at the end of the street. People turn around about 10 times a day. Others believe that since it is a dead end that they can park on the beach there, even with all the NO PARKING AT ANYTIME signs. Would be nice to have an umbrella upstairs due to no shade, but you can just stay downstairs. Love the tall beach chairs. Very comfortable and heavy. We would book this place again next year.

This house was the perfect location, right on the beach. They had plenty of outside chairs and tables for the whole family. The house inside was very spacious, the number of restrooms was a plus as well. I only give it 4 stars because all the downstairs beds had very hard uncomfortable mattresses. The blankets, sheets pillow very nice, but the mattress were horrible. they definitely need to be upgraded. The loft upstairs had a great mattress. None of the less, I do recommend this place to others. Maybe its the old age, lol but I just couldnt deal with the mattress.

We have been renting through Sand n Sea for years, and I honestly have never had a bad experience. Our latest vacation at Coastal Retreat for spring break was perfect (well, minus the somehwat unpredictable Galveston weather!) The house was exactly as advertised on the website, immaculately clean, and perfect for our group. A very nice downstairs living space as well as plenty of room upstairs for the teenagers to spread out, spacious master room and bath, and we LOVE that we can bring our dog with us! Also, Sand n Sea were crazy busy trying to repair damages from the recent freeze, and they were able to have the house ready for us on time and were very communicative before our arrival. I was impressed, considering how many properties they were having to manage and repair before spring break crowds hit! We will definitely continue to do business with them (our next trip is planned for June!)

The 3 Palms met our every need. Close to the beach, very roomy and clean. The staff at Sand N Sea were excellent. Check in was a breeze. Would stay again.

Stayed at Sunnyside Up. This is the 5th or 6th time we have rented from SnS. We have never had an issue that was not addressed immediately. The houses are always clean and well equipped. We will be renting from them again next year!

Perfect house in the perfect location. Private beach just steps from water Lots if extras in kitchen. We had a problem with the dish washer and called them. They immediately had a repairman come over. He had to order a part to fix it so he went and bought 2 large bags of paper plates napkins bowls and cutlery. We were there for 5 days and they called us twice just to make sure everything was fine

Amazing View is a disaster from the structural integrity down to the pet paw prints all over the dinner table. Fridge and ice maker was hairy with mold. Maintenance had to come bring Ice and put covers on the exposed outlets. Cleaning services had to come clean it was absolutely gross. Vents falling out of the ceiling, wholes patched but in painted, trim falling off the doorways and window areas in the living room. I was leased this property under pretense it had pool access & when we showed to pick up the pool key (and extra 100$ deposit) we were told residents only not renters. So in short the bad experience started with Sand n Sea leasing me the home knowing I wouldn’t have access. I paid 1300$ then 500$ deposit. I was refunded 1000$ within hrs of sending photos to the manager of Sand n Sea it was that bad! Also found two, 4 ft rattle snakes in the yard.. Amazing EW!

Have rented with them several times. Always professional and accommodating. Looking forward to the next time we vacation with them.

We loved our beach home, the direct access to beach, and the views from spacious and open living spaces, porches, and yard (even on inclement weather days)! We like Sand N Sea and always check there first when looking for a beach rental. The reservation process is easy, the pricing is straightforward, and the website is easy to navigate. And the Beach Club loyalty program occasionally surprises us with a free weekend rental.Our most recent rental was Waterfront Cottage which is a small house but makes good use of the space - 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. (Theres no tub, just a shower). You wont find a lot of games, books or clutter, and you wont find any beach toys or chairs in a downstairs storage room - because there isnt one. What you do get is close up, unobstructed beachfront views and easy access to the beach at a reasonable price.Pet Friendly, too!

Absolutely ridiculous!! Im 34 years old and I used this company for the very first time of renting a beach house. 2,000 dollars for 4 nights to arrive to anunmaintained yard with floats everywhere and wood pieces thrown all over the walk way and on the garage parking ground,multiple walls are warped of water damage in the house.The trash cans had no trash bags( yet they are concerned about the beach),there was urine and mold around the main bathroom toiler, hair on the shower walls and dust growing on the the TVs and lights. To top it all off, I had the police knocking on my door at 8pm saying that the BBQ pit needed to be removed downstairs. Hell, I didnt even put it there! It was on the second level when I arrived at the unit!! ANOTHER officer arrived an HR later and said company had to leave by 10??!! Are you kidding me? Its 4th of July weekend. I had family trave HOURS to visit me and I had to run them off. I understand that the home sleeps 8, so does visitors count THAT ARE NOT STAYING? Jeez, it was barely 10. The officer then comes by AGAIN and says the nieghbors are saying that there is a quote raging party of about 50 people???? I said are you joking?? I opened the door for him to see and physically count my 15 family members children included. He said 10pm is the curfew and that I had an HR to get them gone and that he would be back to count again. This isnt a good way of business. I lit my BBQ pit at 9pm, we ate late and were trying to enjoy the evening. Our music wasnt loud,we werent being loud nor destroying property. It was EXTREMELY uncalled for and EMBARRASSING NEVER AGAIN.

This is our second visit to Reel Paradise. We love the location, tiki bar, covered areas, screened in porch, and the ability to fish in the morning and have fishing lights at night. We were a little disappointed that the ice maker and mini fridge in the tiki hut did not work this year because those were great added amenities last year. The new outdoor tv at the tiki hut was nice.

DO NOT STAY HEREFrom the moment we walked in, it was obvious the “Tahiti Rental” was not well maintained. Here’s the honest list of grievances, preempted by the worst thing - COCKROACHES.1. Yes, cockroaches - we counted 5 total in the first 12 hours we were there. One literally FELL FROM THE STAIRWELL onto my fiancé. My mother had a huge one in her room as she picked up her shoes, and we found two in ours. The 5th (that we found) was the aforementioned one doing aerial stunts on my fiancé’s shoulders. DISGUSTING.2. The mattresses felt like they were just mattress springs covered in blankets. There was no stability, they made ridiculous noise every time something was placed on them, and more so when humans sat on them. I weigh 120lbs and the mattress literally sunk the moment I went to lay down. TERRIBLE beds with sheets that felt like sandpaper. My fiancé and I sleep FULLY CLOTHES so as to not have to feel the scratchy material.3. Most of the blinds were in terrible shape. The front door’s was broken at the bottom, as if a kid or dog pawed at them. In the room with the sliding glass door there were about 7, meaning they didn’t cover the doors AT ALL.4. The coaches were gross, stained with oil from people’s skin, and absolutely unwelcoming.5. There were cracks in the walls all over the place, nails sticking out of the walls going up the stairs, and holes in the closets of the bedroom we stayed in.

Sand and Sea is my go to place whenever my family would like to spend time in Galveston. We have been using them since 2013.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The week of our booked rental, I received 0 communication despite multiple emails regarding checkin information. The day of check in, I called and emailed multiple times only to be hung up on. Do not book here. Go through another booking agency.

A few years ago they were great to work with. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill in a bad way.We normally rent a number of houses from them each year. Usually, we get a good discount but I’m assuming, because of Covid, they are not offering them this year which is understandable. My bad review was due to the way the particular agent handled the interaction. The replies were impersonal, unapologetic, and condescending even though we had been what I thought was a valued customer.

Easiest check in/check out experience and wonderful properties!

Our experience with Sand N Sea properties is similar to the lady who just wrote about her problems around Hurricane Laura. We chose a luxury property Bay Escape at a high price (almost $1000/night for 3 nights during the week in October). The property was in good condition and reasonably clean when we arrived. The thing that irritated me was how chintzy the rental company was with little amenities at the high rate we were paying. As the lady said one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel roll and one dish tab, no salt, no pepper, no charcoal or lighter fluid for the grill---you get the drift. For the price we paid they should have been generous with all these items instead of so stingy.Again the previous lady summed it up nicely-- We will never use Sand N Sea again to vacation and encourage others to look for better rental companies in Galveston. The property was very nice, but the rental company doesnt understand rentals--For another $5 in paper and dish soap I would not be writing an unfavorable review.

This review is regarding the Beachside Breeze property.If you can live with ants crawling all over the place then this is the perfect spot for you. How about ants all over the dinner table while you’re trying to enjoy a meal? How about waking up in the morning to find out your donuts had been taken over by ants? How about waking up in the morning to find ants all in your toiletry bag and over wifey’s makeup bag? How about trying to relax on the sofa after a long beach day and two ants sprint across your phone? How about trying to take care of business and there are ants crawling all over the toilet seat? It made it extremely difficult to get comfortable during our stay. Maintenance was called and they sprayed store bought pest defense along the baseboards which we didn’t notice an improvement at all. When talking with management I was told this is the time of the year when ants are really bad. If I would have known about this issue I wouldn’t have spent my hard earned money there. Learn from my mistakes...DON’T DO IT!Management offered a refund which the amount was pretty insulting to say the least.

Honestly the house was fine but The cruelty shown by the inconsiderate maids/staff has literally had me up all night. An easily remedied problem, a forgotten stuffed animal in need of return. Classic mom mistake, forgetting to check your child remembered their beloved bedtime stuffed animal. I called less than 24hrs after leaving and was told the house hadn’t even been cleaned yet, we’ll let you know when we have it. I call later to check, oh maids couldn’t find it SOL..... Lies, your staff was so thoughtless that it was thrown away. That lack of empathy is just unimaginable. So now I get to console a crying child nightly because you couldn’t be bothered to be honest and take the time to pick up a toy from a bed. I would have picked it up, anything to have it returned. This has been the worst experience renting in Galveston and I will never rent from here again.

My family had to pay for a 7 night vacation, which only included 2 nights due to a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Laura from Galveston Island. The evacuation was lifted on a Thursday, but Sand N Sea did not allow us to come back to the home or even refund the nights that we were willing to come back, despite the storm hitting Louisiana and not Texas. The home we stayed in (Ross 5) was dirty upon our arrival. There was even a hair ball in the shower and lots of dust everywhere. This was very unsettling, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. We had to make our own beds when we arrived and the company only gives you one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel roll and one dish tab, etc. We will never use Sand N Sea again to vacation and encourage others to look for better rental companies in Galveston. If you do use them, be careful not to leave something on the property, because you cannot expect to get it back. This has happened to me twice with Sand N Sea.

I stayed at Sand and Sea Willys Place at the beginning of October and was looking forward to this weekend off away from the city. The furniture in the house was older and not as clean old stains etc. Additionally there were a lot of bugs ants crawling on the kitchen counter and they were able to get into the food I brought to eat which was very upsetting and costly. There were roaches dead and alive crawling around and other bugs that couldnt be identified. I reached out to their management and they were not helpful at all.

10 days from our vacation date we were notified that the house we reserved was not available when we booked it 6 months in advance. They said we got something comparable and the house was a nightmare. We lost 2 days of our vacation waiting on the a/c guys to fix it. There were soft spots in the floor throughout the house. The railing was loose on the deck. Water poured into the house from the sliding glass door during a rain and the best part is that sand n sea left a card saying that the house was inspected and good to go a day before we arrived. What should have been a care and stress free stay at the beach turned into an uncomfortable and worrying time. Never again!In answer to your reply we were not compensated for the change in houses. The A/C guys had to come out on two separate days to repair it as it was not working when we arrived and it stopped working a second time 2 days later. The weather had nothing to do with the horrors of the house as there were major safety concerns and issues that were not addressed.

We ALWAYS enjoy our stay on the Bay and with Sand N Sea! This was our third year and every single time is AWESOME! We wouldnt consider calling anyone else! The home is always spotless and someone with Sand N Sea always calls to make sure were enjoying our stay and to let us know they are there if we need them! The bay house we stay at is clean and has everything we need to enjoy our vacation along with the perfect place to watch the sunset!

(Willys Place )Nice location. Short walk to the beach. Nice beach view from the house. Storm shutters kept windows shaded from sun. Several lights needed new bulbs, but it really wasnt a big deal. Kitchen well equipped. Will definitely consider staying here again.

My family has rented from Sand and Sea many times over the years and have always been pleased - NOT THIS TIME! They did end up apologizing for their poor customer service after an issue with the internet but that was just the beginning We were told we had to check in later and check out earlier because of the the extra sanitizing due to the COVID but this house was filthy. There were dead roaches under the sinks (and we killed 4 lives ones) and ants in the bedroom on the dirty floor - the overall condition of the home was just not clean at all. - Below the Sand and Sea standards. This concerned me in that we almost canceled with worries of the virus and staying in the home - we were assured it would be okay.. due to the extra cleaning procedure.Having said that, the beds were comfy and the linens wrapped and washed.

This is my 3rd year renting a beach house on Galveston Island but the 1st year that we chose Sand n Sea because they offered a reasonable rate for a beach front property. They asked for a $500 deposit in cash at check in which kind of threw me off because they have my credit card information and none of the other rental companies asked for a cash deposit like this in prior years. When I arrived at the office to check in I noticed that my home address was not written correctly on their paperwork and asked Them to update this before we checked in or I gave them the cash deposit that was supposed to be mailed back within 10 days of our stay.I can definitely say I am disappointed with the company because the house was not as nice as other properties I have stayed at on the island for the price but it was livable. It was in need of a deep cleaning but overall because of the location my family didn’t mind too much. The real problem I have with sand n sea is that I never received my deposit back. When I cAlled to ask the office when they would mail it back, I got rude responses and they finally told me that they never updated my address and sent the check to the wrong place. It has a been a month and they have refused to put a stop payment on the original check sent to the wrong place by their mistake because they didn’t want to pay the fee to their bank. I was told they would wait until this week to see if the check was returned and if not they would issue a new one. I don’t have much confidence in this but I guess we will see if they return the deposit. My family stayed in the star fish property in the beginning of May.One of the ladies in the office even asked me who’s fault or problem it was that they had my address written incorrectly. It was awfully rude.

Had a wonderful time at Waterfront Cottage. It was just my husband and myself, it was quiet and relaxing and close enough to go into to Galveston to eat. We would definitely rent this place again.

We recently stayed at Aside the Sea. The location is great with super easy access to the beach, a great view, dog friendly AND close to a small grocery store so you dont have to drive all the way in. The house is small - so its perfect for a small family to stay, but has a big open living space that is easy to host people in! There is also a great wrap around porch and area under the house to hang out and cook. Our other family members stayed at Casa de playa right down the road which also had an awesome porch to hang out on and was a cute little house! If you got a group, you can book the two together!

Beware of this property. My boyfriends sister rented out one of the properties this week for her wedding which is the THIRD time she has tried to get married because of COVID. The night before the wedding the owner told them they couldn’t have the wedding at the property which only had about 15 people planned to come. It left the bride broken hearted once again and they lost out on a lot of money and had to scramble to try and find a last minute replacement. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!Beware of this property!

I understand that property managers have responsibilities, but so do potential renters. Not communicating until the very last minute is very unprofessional. I’d avoid them if possible.

The property (Sea La Vie) we stayed in was beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. Neighborhood was great with access to beach closer than any we’ve stayed in before. We have been coming to Galveston for over 7 years with a large family and the Sand n Sea homes have not disappointed; highly recommend this company and their homes. Ive stayed at Sand N Sea properties several times and each has been excellent. Their office staff is extremely helpful and prompt if you have questions when booking or requests during your stay. This year we stayed at the Seaside Bungalow and it was outstanding. The house was in perfect order, had a very well equipt kitchen, and an incredible view of the gulf. It was a very close to a community boardwalk so the walk from the house to standing on the beach took no more than about 5 minutes. Staying in this property also gave you access to the Pointe West Beach Club so you had access to two pools, a workout room, and other facilities. The house was well laid out with the five bedrooms to accommodate more than one family. Its all the way at the west end of the island so its not nearly as crowded as the beaches as you get closer in to Galveston. We went after labor day and just about had the beaches to ourselves every day. VERY peaceful. I would definitely rent this property again and will work with Sand N Sea for our next trip to the Galveston beaches.

This is the second time we have used Sand and Sea . Both times we have been pleased with their service . The Beach house we stayed at was very clean and they communicated with us the whole time to assure we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend them to anyone .John Schmidt

Sand N Sea is the most reliable and professional property rental services on Galveston Island. The house we rented we amazing. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful beach view. I couldnt have ask for anything better. Well use Sand N Sea every time we need a vacation rental property.

WEDDING DISASTERMy family had a small marriage planned for tranquilty bay rental property. The marriage kept to the rental agreement signed by both parties. However the night before the wedding. The owner called and told us NO. Breaking the brides heart and violating the signed contract and putting us out alot of money. I would not trust the condo company or the owner.

Sand N Sea was the first experience I had with short term rental on a vacation home. We needed a large home for a special occasion. The entire experience was just that, a special and incredibly memorable experience. At this point, I would never use another company in Galveston to rent a vacation home from, ever.We were greated by a real person. Showed up to a spotlessly clean castle to stay in for the week. There were resources created in the home so we knew how to work everything and find our way around Galveston.This was truly the best experience ever. Loved it. Loved the staff. Couldnt recommend more.

Great rental property

We had an incredible stay on the bay over Christmas! Our family loved the house, inside and out. We ate breakfast and dinner in the screened porch and the boys (ages 4 and 9) loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching all the birds and boaters. It was such a peaceful getaway over the holidays; hopefully, this will be our new family tradition. Thank you, Sand `N Sea!

We went down to Galveston row a weekend getaway a few weeks back. We had a lovely time. The property we stayed in was well maintained and the service was top notch. the check in/out process was simple and easy. I would not stay with anyone else in Galveston! 5 stars!

We rented a house, Tropical Waters, from Sand N Sea in September 2016. It was clean and fairly well-maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and with one of the power shutters which got stuck, but someone was out to fix both problems quickly.Sand N Sea has a great selection of vacation homes and condos with reasonable prices. Their website is easy to search by desired amenities, including homes that work well together, should you be planning for several groups who want to be close to each other. We are looking forward to our next stay in September 2018.

First impressions for my first stay on Galveston island couldnt have been better. The city and its history was my interest—and my home base in a Sand N Sea townhouse was ideal. Helpful staff and friendly neighbors (who humored this inquisitive guest) only made it better.

Just perfect! From the immaculate accommodations to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Couldnt have asked for more on my first visit to Galveston.

Good customer service but can be improve to deserve 5 stars. My experience at Bahama Breeze was the best of Sand N Sea Properties can offer, a friendly staffs, follow up phone call and availability 24/7. However, it really helps to send out instructions email couple weeks before the big date for first time renter like myself would be perfect. Love the Bahama Breeze and definitely will be back

The house we rented was beautiful had everything we needed the beds were comfy and everything was just perfect. The staff where very helpful in any way that they could. We loved to go fishing outside and the beach was so close, it was unbelievable, just perfect. We would take walks by the beach and were thankful we had such a comfortable house to stay at. I would definetly be coming back again thank you sand n sea for all the awesome memories.

Loved it. The staff is professional and efficient. And very accommodating. The rental was clean and exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back

Cool place

Best rental agency on the island. Great web page. Lots of properties to rent. Great response to issues that arise during rental.

The property we stayed in was not as represented online. The first indication was the wifi didnt work. It was reported by the previous renter and despite promises, was never fixed. The house is in ill repair and has mold and mildew throughout. Carpet in a beach house is not a good idea and it was stained, dirty and smelly. Blinds were broken and we were told to use the hurricane shutters. We also had cockroaches. Definitely not a place I would recommend. It is called the Freedom.

These guys rock. Great property offers and rentals. Quiet locations mid island Galveston Island Texas. Away from the noise. 12 Dana is just right for a small family or retired couple.

Very courteous

!!! BEWARE !!! I was in a neighboring house to guy who rented from Sand n Sea and the place was a wreck! Debris was strewn throughout the yard. There were several different issues he showed me inside the house that were terrible.I don’t wish that upon anyone who is trying to have a peaceful vacation! No one I know nor I would ever use this agency after what I saw!

Checked in and was told ac had been repaired earlier but was now working. Arrived at the house and ac was not working. Called and was told repair people were on their way. Hours later still waiting with two babies. Called sand n sea and all they did was apologize. Offered no solution.

This was our sixth year of renting a beach house from Sand and Sea, and our fifth staying at “No Agenda”. We love the location, the fact that the property is very well kept, and the excellent customer focus consistently shown by the Sand and Sea professional staff. Our four little grandchildren, our three grown up children, daughter in law and son in law, and my wife and I, our kids so look forward to going back to “No Agenda” in July 2019, and we have already secured we’ll do so by contracting and paying 50% of the rental cost for next year

Have always had a wonderful experience with Sand’nSea! We rent beach houses from them multiple times a year and the staff always goes above and beyond! The houses are always clean and as advertised.

Price was great and the booking was quick and easy. Any time I had questions, someone from the office would respond promptly to take care of all the items.

Best vacation, EVER! My family held its reunion over Columbus Day weekend at Pirates Beach. We rented 5 beach houses with Sand N Sea properties. Each house was perfectly appointed with everything you might want or expect in an up-scale rental. They thought of everything, including my favorites, Cutco knives in the kitchen, polycarbonate wine glasses to prevent beach breakage, and motion sensor lights at the stairs and entryways to prevent accidents in the dark. Beds were comfortable and not over-used. Hospitality was gracious and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

Comments youd like to share with others looking at Sugar Shack property and using Sand N Sea:We highly recommend Sand N Sea Properties for any length of time you want to go to Galveston. A weekend, a week or longer, these folks will set you up right. We stayed in Sugar Shack - it is terrific and everything we expected...the furnishings were clean and on a whole, it is spacious. We esp liked the open ceiling/rafter look which made the entire space airy, and bigger than it would appear. It has great open kitchen w sitting areas that are perfect for watching the gulf thru large windows during thunder storms. The deck is just right bc the covered area works w a rainy day and the open part was ample for sitting in the sun...Overall an A++++! As always Sand n Sea never disappoints and has been a solid go to for almost 6 years...and counting... :)
