Arturo is the best!! He worked with us and knew everything. Even though we came 30 minutes before close he stayed an extra hour just to help us. He told us about the great plans and deals at&t had to offer. We walked out with two brand new phones and they work great!

I came in at 5 and left at 6 with a new phone and a much much cheaper bill then I had been paying for years. I had ask other stores and on the phone if there was anyway to lower my bill and they told me no sorry it’s the best plan we can get you. But when I came in today Vanessa helped me out so much, went above and beyond what I had ask. I can not say thank you enough. If you need help with your account or simply looking for a new phone go in an ask for Vanessa she’s the best there.

We went in to pick up a phone to replace a stolen one we ordered the night before online and were told they had no orders for that day. We couldnt provide the order number, as the email account the account confirmation was sent to needed to be verified by that same phone. After some digging, we found out the order was cancelled. We did not cancel the order, and at no point did the representive even take our account information nor did we get the phone we ordered.Thats one thing, issues with stock happen, but whats not right is when an employee claims they dont work for att to your face while wearing an att t-shirt working in a building that has big blue ATT letters on the front of it. I dont care if youre a franchisee, your company made a mistake when they allowed an order to be placed they couldnt fill and as a representative of that company its youre responsibility to assist in solving our issue, not claim its not your problem because well technically we dont work for att.A problem that could have been solved by simply calling another store and finding us another phone or by treating us like decent paying customers escalated into my girlfriend leaving in tears because of how unhelpful you were.The stock, displays, and employees there tonight are a joke and disgrace to the ATT brand, and Ill be filing a complaint against this franchise with the company.Save yourself the time and go to the location in Dickinson.

I went to the AT@T store in Galveston to get 2 new FREE phones if we traded in our Cricket phones. AT@T gave us the phones and went home. They then billed us $448.10 for the free phones.Went back to the store and found out they charged us for 5 phones when we only needed 2. Then to make it worse, they couldnt delete the extra 3 lines at that store. I had to drive to League City to get the 3 lines deleted. The customer rep (Brianna) gave me the wrong address and phone # to the store I had drive to. Needless to say, it took me over 2 1/2 hours to find the right store. I appreciate the help I received from Dalton and Ignacio...at least they KNEW what to do.I would warn all people NOT to go to the Galveston store, unless you want a headache dealing with stupid people!

Im in the store now, I see they are short handed. Not a issue Ill wait like everyone else. My discomfort comes with the young lady associate looked a us upon entry multiple times and never acknowledged that we were even there or simply said someone will be with us when available.On the other hand Andy greeted us cheerfully, quickly fixed our issue and seems to be handling the majority of the customers getting them in-and-out the door happily. Since Ive been here hes taken care of 3 customers and myself. Thank you Andy your customer service is definitely a 5 star.

Made an online appointment due to the fact that I was going to the store on my lunch break. I also went to this store because it showed online that they had what I needed in stocks and in store. I arrived. My appointment time was not honored and they didnt have the item that I needed. It was frustrating. But the staff was nice.

While all my experiences with staff at this location have been good, this past week they have been so short staffed that they didnt finish working with a single customer in the hour and a half I waited outside. After an hour and a half the same person who was at the front of the outdoor line when I got here only got to sit inside while the one employee inside was still working with the same people. 3 of us waiting outside decided to just go home because it wasnt worth the wait. Hopefully they can hire some more employees soon

If you ever need to go into this store, ask for Ivan. He immediately greeted us and made eye contact so we felt welcomed. He let us know that they were all helping other customers and assured me someone would be available soon to help us. I must highlight how much patience he had with my mother. He never tried to over sell her with what he wanted to sell. He asked what her needs were and recommended a couple of options. After the purchase was complete he even spent time helping her become comfortable with he new phone. Showed her how to setup he icons, how to use her phone to scan documents, etc. He was genuinely focused on getting all her needs addressed even after the purchase. Hats off to this gentleman 👏👏👏👏

I only rated 4* because I had a nit so friendly encounter w/ 2 of the female employees. Not helpful& rude. But I have to say the guys Jeremy & another one I cant remember his name. But he helped me try to set up my grandsons tablet that wasnt even purchased there. But have been an AT& T customer for yrs. A big shout out to Jeremy. You are an asset to this company. Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I’d spoken to several techs over the phone trying to avoid coming in to a store, but I am so glad I made the decision to come in. Elizabeth was able to quickly identify the issue and help me resolve it. The entire staff was very good about following safety guidelines which was my main concern about coming into a store. My experience might not be the same as most people. To me, it felt understaffed. There were approx. 4 people before me waiting in line which burned >20 minutes of my time. My FirstNet first responder phone had a shattered screen. When my turn finally came, the staff member assisted me in removing the SIM card from the busted iPhone and placing in into an Android phone that I wanted to use until my iPhone could be repaired or replaced at my work.He installed the SIM card, turned on the phone and assured me it was working. I got to work and realized no one was getting text messages and that I couldn’t even make a call. Turns out that the phone is not “FirstNet certified”. I don’t expect everyone at an AT&T store to be a subject matter expert on FirstNet, but it would had been nice not to have wasted so much time on a futile mission. I would had much rather find out in store that it wasn’t going to work and I would had gladly purchased a month long prepaid SIM card to use in the meantime until my phone was replaced by my work.

Excellent customer service. A few days ago I came in with my grandma to switch her phone service to ATT and get her a new phone. Our sales person was very patient with my grandma in explaining the features on her new iPhone. Anyone who makes my grandma happy makes me happy. This store never has phones in stock. The web site will say the phones are in stock but when you go to get it, like magic, the phones dont exist. Not everyone wants a freaking baby blue phone or a freaking baby pink phone. The employee that helped me was absolutely worstless. He could hardly get out of his chair to go look for the phones. This store lost a $2000 sale today. Save yourself a headache and go to the mainland or use a different carrier.

We made an appointment a day early for 4 pm on a Saturday but we were not seen til after 430. Im not sure appointments matter at this location since walk-ins seem to be in the same service line and will be seen before you even if you have an appointment time. Poor customer service.They dont acknowledge you when you walk in. They definitely dont ask whos next...and waited on customer who came in 10 minutes after me. Waited 20 mins..and then someone finally acknowledged I was even there. Wouldnt leave a review but this seems to be same scenario at this location in Galveston.Never got waited on, and finally left.

Absolutely terrible store. Two guys working and I’m waiting to see if my phone is under warranty. One guy gets a call from his friend(they were talking about girls and stuff) then he proceeds to try to help him with him with his phone on the phone. FOR 30 minutes.... What I need would take 1 or 2 minutes to do and he ls on his phone. Been with ATT for 15 years and Metro PCS would have better service.

The guy who waited on me acted like he was doing me a favor. He also looked like he had just gotten out of bed with a massive hangover. His speech was so garbled a could hardly understand him. He acted irritated that I was asking questions about different phones like I was stupid for not knowing the difference already. While this was happening I couldn’t help thinking how unbelievable it was to me that I was in an AT&T store and this was the level of service I was getting. I wouldn’t buy anything from this store.

I was with them for over 20 years until AT&T added a phone line to my account of a person I do not know I decided to no longer have service with them. Its been over 7 years and they have ruined my credit over there fraud and continue to do so. Then they keep selling the info to creditors who have also put it against my credit despite the Federal Trade Commission having it removed. This is FRAUD and until you fix it I will continue to review you.

Went in a few days ago after canceling service with T-Mobile. My girlfriend and I both wanted the iPhone X, but decided to shop around some. We headed to Verizon (which was outrageously expensive), and Sha’Neal from AT&T messaged my girlfriend with information we had been waiting on while at the store. We went back to AT&T and got our new phones set up. Sha’Neal was able to answer all of our questions about the X and was friendly the whole time. Overall a great experience.

I accompanied a longtime ATT customer, aged 93, to the store the other day. She had questions about both her residential and cell phone. She had dealt with Jeremy and wanted to wait until he was free. So glad we did. She wanted to by a new phone, insisting her flip phone was at fault. But with the realization that she probably could not master the complications of new phones, he instead, with infinite patience and very clear advice, answered all her questions, showed her how to solve her problems by keeping her flip phone, and treated her with the utmost respect. My compliments to this store and to Jeremy in particular.
