We were in a bind with no ride after a cruise. Called Jeffs....and Jeff himself showed up. Very personable, cordial and helpful. Got us on time to Bush International. Grateful for a much needed come through

We had a shuttle booked through another company two months in advance to take us to a cruise ship. We needed to be there at a certain time. After three phone calls to the other company 30 minutes before we needed to be there, we were left stranded with no ride. I called Busy Bee, explained the situation, and he said hed be there in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, we were loaded with our luggage into the van and on our way. I cant thank them enough for the last minute save! Highly recommend!

Jeffs Cab merging in with Busy Bee Taxi Service is the best thing that could have happened!! Very friendly, excellent conversation, the inside of the cab was clean with a great smell. My taxi arrived in a timely fashion! I was very pleased with my driver who helped load/unload my groceries. Thank you guys for such wonderful service.

Very quick service and reasonable price

They were helpful and on time. It was hot and by the end of the day, I was grateful to have a ride that was kind and knew their way around.

I would like to thank Busy Bee Taxi for being a lifesaver for my son. His car wouldn’t start and found out it was the starter and he needed to be at the airport in 4 hours. I could not believe UBER or LYFT were not available at ALL. So I googled taxis and found Busy Bee Taxi Company. I called to see if they could get my son to Bush Intercontinental Airport quickly. My son called me back when he arrived at the airport and told me the driver was very polite and professional with a very clean van and smelling good! I really appreciate Busy Bee Taxi for picking my son up very quickly at his home. If we ever need car service again, I will definitely call Busy Bee Taxi again.

Best and safest ride

Gotta say calling cabs in Galveston is becoming pretty close to useless. When you have to wait in excess of up to almost a hour....in the summer nonetheless. Jesus Christ
