No one works in this location apperantly. The employees are rude or anything, just absent. If you need help forget it. Better to just look it up on your phone.The poor employees are doing like 3 peoples jobs and it shows with how baren the place is.

Love this place, if one is having problems finding items. There employees are there to help you find it. Also there employees will offer suggestions as to which dog food is best for your pet.

I would not recommend taking your pets to get groomed at the Galveston location. I would understand honesty and truthfulness but there was none. Makes me question the integrity of some the employee who are working here and whether the animals are being properly cared for, I tried to resolve the issue but there was no manager on site. Beware if you take your pets here.THIS IS FOR THE GALVESTON LOCATION

Clean and nice PetSmart. Although they did have inventory issues including limited harness and doggie diaper options.

Unfortunately they were out of stock of all of their cat flea collars but the staff was helpful and the store was well organized and clean

So far theyve always had what I needed. Friendly staff members are always helpful.

Everything was great, the cashier was not kid friendly.... We bought some new fish for the small tank at home, employee had all the right answers and very informative, had all the answers for my kiddo, whom asked a ton!

The grooming here was fantastic and very professional. Our baby now has a much cooler cut for the hot summer. The staff took their time and really did a great job for his first haircut. Would highly recommend for fur baby grooming. A++

I usually take my dogs to get groomed pay over $120 for the services but I notice when I got home my dogs ears were not cut or shaved they had so much hair in their ears. I called the manager of the store to report it she took my information back to have Stephanie the groomers manager call me back and until today I have not received a phone call from any managers, my dogs hair is already growing back and now I want to talk to the district managers. Do not take your dogs to Galveston petsmart if they are gonna over book appointments your pet will not get all the services you pay for.

This place is awesome! They easily answered my questions, and knew exactly where to help me find it! They also except Google pay/ ipay. The city is wrong this should say Galveston, but it says Santa Fe.

Great facility, location, and staff. I had a good experience walking into PetSmart and getting what I needed. They have most of what you would need for basic and even some advance pets. They also take part in the adobtion process of the Humane Society. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. I will for sure be back. I would reccommend this place to my friends and family.

Very friendly staff and well stocked. I went to get my new rescue food, a bed, a collar, leash and tag and, of course, a toy for my other 2 pups.The Galveston humane society partners with this petsmart and after making an adoption you get a coupon book to help with supplies for your new baby!

PetSmart in the past has had negative review. Im here to change that, while our local store is unavailable to always keep the inventory stock rolling. The team at this location have pulled together to ensure both pets and pet parents are equally safe. The local store has also jumped through hoops to ensure that the store is clean and sanitize every day.

Bobby and Tammy were very helpful in helping me get my new pet supplies.

I have not been to this location for a while, but I remember that the staff were always friendly. I was always able to find good dog food at a very fair price. For discounts, sign up for the free PetSmart Treats loyalty program online or in the store.

The groomers were amazing with our dog. We have a husky and with a double coat dog it takes a lot of grooming. The ladies did a wonderful job with our Hazel. She looks like a brand new dog

I interacted with several of the staff, including Whitney in grooming who was delightful, and laughed with a trainer who described how dogs show they love you, another fellow loved on my dog and talked about the bones he was sniffing being the best smelling, and the cashier was such a sweet girl! Thank you all for the joyful experience - my Buddy Boo left super happy, too 😁

Was a nice store super duper employees !!! I was looking for a doggie life best. They had every size but medium. Bought a large had to return it they were helpful & fast. Place was clean & employees wore masks.

Lady at the cash register is cute. Would be 5 stars if homeboy didnt open the other cash register for me. I will never get to know her name now!!!!!

I wouldnt recommend taking my pet to be groomed there unless you get a quoted price IN WRITING. They jacked me for $60.00 just for triming my rat terriers nails and shampoo! Highway robbery!

Not knowledgeable about there products

Needed to pick up food and treats for my cat who has a grain allergy and is really picky. I was helped by a very knowledgeable staff member found grain free treats but none with catnip, she turned up her nose and walked away. I did score a great new pet feeder. She is constantly flipping her dry food out of the bowl onto the floor or into the water bowl.

They are very attentive and patience with the animals. If their is a problem, they will take care of it. Mr. Charlie was very good and cooperative, even allowed them to cut his nails and clean his ears. A clean place.

Dont recommend a diet for an animal if you cant keep that diet in supply. Ive requested more mealworms to be ordered since theyre NEVER in stock and after a year I finally got a response blaming covid.

Somehow I always end up with dogs in my life, not my own but it sure feels like it when they live with you. I have not replaced my dog Nia every since she was stolen from me and just can’t, don’t want to feel that kind of loss again but God keeps pets in my life in one way or another. With that said, I freakin love this place!! They always have what we need for my granddaughters dogs! They are freaking adorable and I love them like my own‼️ So that’s why it’s important for me to get them what they need when we need it and this place has it all ‼️ They got a little sick, stomach probs due to food change and Pet Smart has the food they normally eat so we changed back and that took care of the problem but I would not have known it was that easy without talking to a knowledgeable store manager there and then we needed some spray and wipes recommended by our vet and Pet Smart had all of that as well‼️ One stop for it all, this is the place to get your pets needs I’m telling you‼️ If I ever decide to get another pet at least I’ll know where to go to get everything it’ll need‼️😁

Staff is not truly friendly, they make it feel as if your just walking into their home and they are truly to busy for you. Yes they do the required questions and greeting however if you actually need the help they just tell you to go to the isle number. Prices on the shelves are not always the same at the register either so careful. I like the company and the products but I just shop online or go over the bridge now. Hate to say it but my last $400.00 visit has really opened my eyes to chewy.com.In 3 years I have only encountered one staff member that was cheerful and very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She was not employed there the following month. Luckily she does work at a local hardware store, so we still get to experience her wonderful work ethic.I do not like leaving unpleasant reviews because we were raised if its not nice dont say it, sorry mom.Maybe it will get better some day. So we will keep trying.

Adopted a beautiful and amazingly well behaved orange tabby. Got a free coupon book to get started, shots and first bag of food also included. Quick process. Definitely recommend if looking for a pet cat!

This is a great place to get everything that you need for your for babies! We adopted a stray went down to Galveston is it at the store there and the girl was great helped is fine everything we needed gave us coupons for coming bag signed up for rewards. I would definitely recommend the Galveston store there fast friendly and very helpful👍🏻😃

Was organized, had what we wanted

Always an awesome job in the grooming salon. Mikayla Hansen and the team that works in there are fabulous and I can’t brag on them enough. It shows how much they love their jobs and the fur babies that come through there to be pampered. It’s comforting knowing my fur child is happy and well taken care of when he is away from me! He has lost use of his hind legs and Mikayla went out of her way to groom him and keep him comfortable. She’s awesome!! If I could give 10 stars I would! ♥️

I wish their in store prices reflected their online sales, but if you point it out theyll at least price match their own prices. Theyve kinda got you as the only pet store on island unless you count dog/cat stuff at grocery stores.

I love the clearance rack at the store. You can get real quality food for your pets at a fraction of the price. You just have to catch it at the right time.

This is such a great store. We did the puppy obedience training and Bobby is absolutely fantastic. We (both me and the puppy) learned so much and can’t wait to go back and do more training with him. Highly recommend!
