Me and my mother got a pedicure & it was definitely worth the price. the menu offers lots and lots of different options and variations for what you’re looking to get done. this place is very clean and relaxing, and very on time. the workers are very friendly and are neat with their work. definitely worth the time and money :)

Wonderful manicures and pedicures! I took my family here and everyone had a great and relaxing experience. We scheduled an appointment since there were so many of us and we were seen on time and the ladies were great professionals. I definitely would come back here again!

This was my first time coming here and they did a wonderful job. My nail tech was Kelly and she was so nice and attentive. Its a little pricey here to me (I got a pedicure with shalac polish), but they do a great job. This was also one of the cleanest nail shops I have been to 👌🏾

Dont come here at all. The lady I got digged into my skin and made me bleed more than one fingers.she was constantly rough filed, I had pulled away more than once. Now I cant really say anything because Im deaf and its hard for me to communicate. I also gave her a picture with daisy on two fingers, they dont even look like flowers. She literally damaged my nails, in fact I dont have any nails on the ends. Only got $5 back for me being in pain. On the other hand of my moms, her nails were perfect.

Came to Galveston for vacation, never got my nails done before the trip so I figured I’d just get them done here in TX. I was very impressed with how fast, yet amazing my nails turned out and for a great price. Overall very impressed and would go there again!

Honestly I’m a person who like my nails long but I’m sorry I had a poor service with them & im from Victoria and happened to be here in Galveston, they did my nails fast but overall I wouldn’t go here again . She cut me and one of nails turned out crooked and she fixed it but still paid 50$ for something that looked cheap. Especially around my cuticle area :((

Best treatment in Galveston by far!! 100% recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing nail treatment. The Clementine & Mango Pedicure was so luxurious and a great value. The environment is so relaxing and the massage chairs are beyond comfortable. All the ladies did such a fantastic job!!

5 of us went here for gel polish pedicures and they were great, pedicures are definitely the majority of their business. I went back with my niece to get manicures. I got gel polish, and a small chunk of my thumb nail came off 2 days later, not a huge chunk, but it was still annoying. My niece got acrylic nails with dipped powder. Her thumb nail started coming off the next day and we bought nail glue to try to stop it. To be fair shes a nail biter and nails were very short so I dont know if that affects anything. Her nails were also very uneven. When she put her pointers, middles, rings, thumbs, pinkies next to each other, most of them wete drastically different. We did not try to go back and have anything fixed as we left the day after the manicures. The staff was very friendly and all our pedicures are doing great still.

I got a mani/pedi on Saturday for Valentines. It was a treat for me as I havent had them since Covid hit. I was disappointed with my pedicure. I selected the Botanical one as it was supposes to include essential oils and/or frangrances, it didnt!! Also my tech didnt remove all the dead skin on my heels and the balls of my feet. He also suggested a Paraffin wax. The attached picture is of me at home applying my home remedy after removing the dead skin as best as I could and putting Vaseline and OKeefes Healthy Feet and thick socks on to wear all day and all night while I slept. For $40.00 plus the wax I expect to get what I paid for!! Money is tight right now so an extragavence like this is hard to come by. On the upside, I loved my manucure!! Wendy is fantastic and gave me exactly what I wanted!!

The woman went as fast as she could possibly go while doing my nails. She did a horrible job and my nails were thin and fragile. Two have already broke on me and I’ve only had then a week. One broke in three days. Do not recommend

Went for a removal of old set and new set to be placed. The woman ripped the old ones off ripping my nails underneath so I kindly asked to simply receive a manicure as 3 of my nails were literal bloodied ..so I wasn’t dare going to put a new set on top. I didn’t even ask for color polish because I was so taken back that she approached my nails in this manner in the first place. She completed my manicure and didn’t even place a top clear coat. Then charged me full price basically to maim me with not so much as a sorry. I wish I knew how to attach pictures of the cracked mess I’ve been left with. I cannot understand why she wouldn’t have cut my nails beyond the cracking SHE caused but rather sent me off with uneven nails. No I didn’t ask her to fix it because there was only so much a person can take! Ruined my celebration as now my nails are trash for my birthday.

Bell Nail didnt give me good service at all. They rushed us because they had other people they bad to do because, one lady said the could fit them in, even through it was closed time. I got there at 4:20pm and didnt get accessed tell 5 lpm. We also had in appointment made. They didnt do what we wanted them to do. We wanted regular polishes and Acrylics. But they gave us solar powered and one didnt even get Acrylics done.

Very nice staff, and clean facility. My only complaint is my nails were not shaped right and the dip was stuck under my nail and had to clip them out after I asked them to do fix them. Picture is current, and they have grown out. Got them done 6/8/20

Friendly staff, prices are a little higher than other places and my toenail polish is already coming off and it hasnt been a week yet. She didnt get all the dead skin off my heels or under my toes (by the ball of your foot), she used oil, lotion and paraffin so it was hard to tell cause it felt soft then. I cant go back, because I was there on vacation. I just hope I can find the same color of polish to touch up the missed spots and spots that have come off. Whatever top coat she used isnt that good to help the polish last.

Well we were reserved a spot here after the hotel spa tech called in. Walking in very nice and clean however my husband and I were disappointed while doing our pedicure. We both bled from our big toes due to tech cutting way to deep through the whole process they cut us numerous of times and really sucked. Horrible service thank god we are from out of town and won’t ever have to use them again.

I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved to the island. This was my third attempt and how I wish it had been my first!! The salon is SO clean. They did an amazing job removing the previous hack job and finally finally got nails that are as good as my nail lady of 15 years in Dallas. Repeat customer for sure!!

My friend and I popped in for pedicures while on vacation and were promptly seated and given drinks. The service was the fastest pedicure I have ever had, but it was done impeccably. Both of our technicians were incredibly kind and so good at painting nails. It was quite relaxing and we were allowed to sit in our chairs while our nails dried and just chat. This will be my go-to place for nails while in Galveston. I highly recommend these precious ladies!

Yesterday I paid 65.00$ to get my nails done, one already broke from picking up my phone. Now I see how then they are.

As a treat my husband and I went for a pedicure. They cut his toe in three different places, the arms of the chairs were filthy and we found the staff to be unresponsive when we tried to talk to them. We will keep looking for a place, this one is not it.

Always make sure all customers are treated equally. Some customers come in just to see if the service is what its supposed to be. Never judge a book by the cover. Alot of times that book has much more than the others. So again being polite and having that great customer service will go along way with all people. Nice looking nail shop.

“This spa was awful first of all they put my feet in to the foot bath for 15 minutes in cold water second of all they cut into my big toe nail way to deep and they and they removed a lot and skin from my heels to where my heels where hurting. I do not recommend going here.”

I went in at 930AM on NYE and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to be seen right away. I got the Clemetine pedicure with orange slices and a great foot and calf massage and shellac color. The Clementine pedicure included a paraffin hand dip which was so calming. Ive never done shellac before and was happy to find its dry when you leave, after the little UV light they use. Loved it! I dont live in Galveston but I visit frequently and may make this the new go to nail salon. 😊The salon is clean, smells great, and they are very friendly without being too talkative, which I like as I prefer to relax with a book.

Absolutely loved this place! I came in with a group of 4 for full set nails and pedicures and we were all 4 immediately sat down and attended to. We were all in and out in such a timely manner. And the salon was already full so even more impressive! Everyone was so nice and talked to us the entire time. Definitely would recommend. I hate I live 5 hours away or i would make this my nail home!

My wife and i try to go 1a month until covid. We have been back twice since they re opened. Very professional, always clean and love my mani pedis.

Worst dip manicure I have ever had I see cracks and bubbles in the finsh. Powder stained my fingers like never before even after 5 washes. I am still cleaning product under my nails 2 days later.However, my pedicure was well done a very nicely finished.

Eyelash extensions were quick and done well in a very clean environment. Social distancing, masks and cleaning procedures are taken very seriously here. Thank you.

I experienced gel manicure and I am very satisfied with the outcome. There is no chip after one week. It created the difference among other salons. I had to compliment on staffs level a d attitude. They took their time and did everything well as they could to achieve clients pleasure. They are so talent and friendly. We chatted during the painting time and its unforgettable time for me. We came to TX for a weeks vacation I came to bell nails because they had great reviews. Be careful I got overlay on my real nails they put at least 3 layers of nail polish on my nails. And even after 4 hours they still were not dry. By the 8th hour the polish was already peeling. Very disappointed in this nail salon.

Always get a mani-pedi when I go. They get busy so sometimes there is a wait. But well worth it. Love the shellac it stays on and doesnt chip at all. All the staff are friendly though I wish I spoke Vietnamese so I could understand what they are saying!! Recommend highly.

Everyone was extremely polite. The young lady who performed my pedicure was very sweet, professional, and accommodating. Wide service selection at reasonable prices considering theres a large tourist population. Best pedicure Ive had in over 5 years. Great nail color selection as well. The only bad part is having to walk out because my feel and legs feel fantastic. If I was a local, Id make Bells my go to. If youre traveling to Galveston, dont get your mani or pedi done beforehand. Wait to get here and go to Bells

We went here before a cruise to get a pedicure. They cut a chunk of skin out of each of my big toes during my pedicure and one of them got infected on the cruise. They also left the water on and flooded the floor. The water to soak my feet was cold. Half the massage chairs were not working. The staff was very friendly though and they gave us wine.

The lady who did my pedicure was really good but when I went to pay I was supposed to be charged $45 without a student discount and I was charged $50. I asked the lady why I had to pay the extra $5 and all she said back was that it was $50 and wouldn’t budge on it.

My daughter and I went to Bell Nails for the first time a patient of mine referred us to the Salon. So we went in for Mani, Pedi’s and eye brow waxing it was awesome they did a really good job. Thanks guys we will be back!!!!

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. As soon as I sit down the nail tech uses a sharp piece of plastic to dig under my acrylic nails and rip them off. by the second one she had ripped my actual nail and a half and I was bleeding from underneath. I had to leave before she put me in any more pain. save your nails and never go to this place!!!!

BEWARE: Pseudomonas BACTERIA INFECTION! I received a pedicure at this salon and within a day my toes were red, painful, and swollen. I had to go to the doctor and he said I had a toenail infection from the pedicure & he prescribed me antibiotics. I went to the salon, asked to speak with the manager, and told her what my doctor said and showed her the doctors paperwork stating toenail infection. The first thing she said You had ingrown toenails! I relied no maam, I had perfectly healthy toes. I only came in for a refund for the pedicure. She begrudgingly went to the cashier and said fine, asked for my card & amount I paid. She received a phone call, spoke in a foreign language and I realized she was speaking with one of the workers there and that they were speaking about me when she asked for a copy of the dr.s note which I politely declined and said I did not want to give her my personal information included in the notes (DOB, meds). She said write down what he said, to which I agreed. Well then I told her that the type of bacteria I had, meant she needed to throughly clean the pedicure baths and she became angry and said we clean them after each person. I calmly replied Well I recommend you clean them again. She handed me my card and said You need to leave right now. I said what? And she repeated herself, I gave you you your money back. You need to leave right now! You need to leave right now! I was shocked and told her you dont have to ask me to leave, and walked out. Never in my life have I been treated this way. I am appalled that a business owner would treat a customer this way. I have never written a review but I thought people should know the type of place this is. Her words were completely uncalled for and I am disappointed that this business is on our island.

I went for the first time and omg my nails were gorgeous 💅🏽😍 I don’t remember the nail tech but she was cool 😎! Okkkk so not even a week in a nail popped off, then two days later not two weeks yet 4 nails had popped off 😤 I was soooo pissed! The reviews were great and the pics were cute too so that’s why I went there I was so disappointed ☹️! Hopefully when I go again this won’t happen. 🤞🏽 🙏🏽

My experience getting my manicure done here is great. It was a really good experience.

She didn’t pay attention and when I told her what I wanted she didn’t do that she made my nails wayyy too short and got mad when I pointed it out. Almost all my nails are crooked or have black spots. And on top of all that at the end she left super glue all over my freaking fingers. I’m never going back there and I hope this review helps those who want honesty.

Did not do a good job with my daughter ‘s powder nails and with my gel manicure. My suspicion is that they think we are from out of town- so they do not have to do a good job. The reality is we have a house here and we were looking for a regular place to get our nails done. We will never go back.

Worst place to go to! I went in for a full set of French and The lady rushed it. She kept burning me with the buffer . I told her the length I wanted and she cut them too short and then filed them down so much! I kept jerking my hand back and closing my eyes because it hurt so bad. Then I asked for the nails to be square and some edges are rounded off and others are squared off. They look terrible. Never going back to this place

Did a horrible job! I broke my original nail. They & went ahead and got a refill so i asked for ombre. Well the 1st lady messed up 4 times another one came over messed up 2 times n i finally told them to do one color. Messed up free design n still paid full price. It looks like my 2 yr old grandson did my nails. Then took almost 2 hrs. She said we discount for u 35 dollars n i told her well thats regular price. Dont waste ur time going here. 3 people worked on my nails n still screwed them up
