Allison at the Broadway Street location saved my behind. I had placed an online order at Office Depot the day before for (2) collated books containing my career portfolio. The intent was to take these with me to a presentation the next day. Prior to placing the order I had been assured they would be ready in the morning next day. By 10am I hadn’t received any notification from Office Depot so I went to their 61st St location. There was only a you g man working the Print department and stated someone called in for the day. He flat out told me he didn’t know when he might be able to get it printed because there were orders ahead of mine and because he kept having to leave the print area and assist customers using the copy machines, etc.I panicked on account that I was supposed to start heading to my presentation at 12:45pm and started searching Google for printing service companies. I’m so glad to have come across Minuteman, whom I had never used. Allison was able to get my emailed presentation and print me TWO books in less than 30 minutes!!!!! Seriously! And all for less than half what I paid on my pre-paid Office Depot order.Suffice to say, I’ll never use Office Depot again and will instead use Minuteman for future printed projects. Thank you Allison!!

I gave Minute Man Press a brand new book to hole punch and bind for me and when I picked it up, half the book was no longer attached from the holes being ripped out of the binder. I was very disappointed with their services and was offered no form of Customer Service. I would not recommend this service here.UPDATE: Staff NEVER reached out to me and my book was in Perfect condition when I brought it to your location as it was a brand new book. Dont believe their lying cover up on my review. And Im out 50 dollars for a jacked up book. Thanks Minute Man.
