After getting bad information from another engineering firm I called Frank with Windforce. Frank has been very responsive and helpful in making sure the windstorm requirements were addressed where the other firm had failed us. The WPI was ready the same day to allow us to get our building permit. The foundation inspection was yesterday and Frank caught some strapping issues the other engineer had not addressed.
