I had issues with my starter in my truck, and Patrick was able to get me in same day and have the starter replaced and completed within two hours of dropping it off. Overall was a great experience, and I appreciate him getting my truck in and finished so quickly. Patrick was professional and friendly throughout the experience and even checked on my vehicle next day. Would use them again if I ever have issues in the Galveston area.

I went to Patrick because my power steering fluid was leaking, the car was making and odd noise, and I had some after factory tint on my windows that was peeling on my 2009 Honda CR-V. I also just needed a general car check up. Patrick identified all of my issues very quickly, and was extremely friendly, courteous, and profressional. He made sure that I knew what was gong on every step of the way, and did not try to sell you repairs that were not needed. He told me how much each part costs, and sent me a PDF of all repairs for approval before starting any work.The noise, which I thought was the engine, was actually a wheel, bearing. I was relieved to know this. He fixed the power steering leak, the wheel bearing, a hose that was gummed up, got the old tint off my windows, and flushed my transmission. I dropped the car off in the morning and had it back the same day. He also gave me a ride back home while a waited.The next week Patrick called to follow up to see how my car was running. When I wasnt able to answer the first time, he checked in again! His prices were reasonable and fair, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. As far as I am concerned, as long as I am in Galveston, he can count on my business.

Wife and I were on vacation when car decided not to start one morning. I confirmed it wasnt a battery or fuse issue so I assumed it was the starter. Found Patricks shop online and gave him a call. The number appears to be a direct line to Patrick himself. Told him my situation and he gave me a reasonable quote for starter replacement that would be ready by the same afternoon. 20 mins after my car was in the shop Patrick calls to notify me that the issue was in fact something else because he tested my starter first which was good. New quote was several hundred dollars less and he called and had me picked up when the car was ready less the 2 hours later. Thanks to Patrick what couldve been a damper on vacation was quickly resolved and I would highly recommend him for any of your car needs.

In Galveston for a few days vacation when the water pump went out. Called and was happily surprised that he could get us in right away. He was able to get the part and get the car fixed in just a few hours. He even picked us up. I was also amazed when he checked in with us the next two mornings to be sure the car was performing well. I had my first experience yesterday as one of Patricks customers and it was outstanding. My truck wouldnt accelerate so I was stuck in Galveston. Mr. Patrick identified the issues and replaced a lower control arm, cv shaft, and control links all before close of business the next day. He does great work and even called the day after I got the vehicle back to check how it was driving. Great guy. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We are in Galveston on vacation and our AC goes out!! On a late Friday afternoon, our cars ac wasnt cooling very good. So I made a few calls and stumbled across Patrick. He said, no problem come on in; we showed up around closing time. He hopped on it and adding some needed coolant for about a #100 bucks. We were very impressed with his service. He even called us later in the evening to see how the ac was working. Good job.

Was on vacation with my family and had my engine light come on the day before my 1200 mile trip back to Wisconsin. Nervous about finding a repair shop that could diagnose the issue I searched around online and came across Patricks Auto Service. Let me tell you that I was able to get it in to see him the very next morning. He checked it out and determined it was since really bad gas that I must have filled up on near Galveston. FYI only put gas at large mans brand facilities in that area I guess. Needless to say I waited the 20 or so minutes for him to treat gas and was on my way. Such great service, if I lived in the area the age no doubts this would be my go to shop....

My sons car started running rough and Check Engine light came on. Took it to Patricks. Called a couple of hours later with diagnosis, then promptly fixed it.When we went to pick it up he took time to explain the problems and how to avoid them in the future. I have gone to Patrick 3 times over the last year. My car is old and has over 190,000 miles on it. And with every problem i have had with the car, Patrick has been able to fix. I dont know a lot about cars but he simplifies it for me and shows me what is wrong and how he fixed it. He even help fix my car right before Harvey hit. I honestly dont beleive I would have a working car right now if not for Patrick. If you are new to the island and is looking for a honest, trustworthy, great price mechanic, then I highly recommend Patrick.

This guy is awesome. Came to Galveston on our Anniversary. Before leaving East Texas I had noticed my serpentine belt was making minor noise. So I stopped into ORilleys to grab a belt just incase... well the long trip down took a toll on the belt and it was squealing pretty bad. Called up several Auto shops who quoted me $120 and was told they wont use my belt.. The belt only cost $15 so these guys wanted to charge me $100 for a 10 min. job. So a guy refered me to Patrick and this awesome guy hooked me up. $45 and he used my belt I had purchased. Took the guy 10 mins. Really nice and never once made feel as if I was wasting his time. Id give hime 10☆s if i could.. highly recommend. Thanx again Patrick
