Honest After Hours Repair by Ricky - Saved Thanksgiving HolidayWe bought our Historic East End home in Summer and knew the upstairs Split Air Conditioning system had trouble keeping up. We hoped to nurse it along unit Spring, but days before our family Thanksgiving dinner the upstairs was not bearable. One Calls website said 24 hour service, and they had good reviews. Why not try.Ricky returned our call within minutes and showed up within the hour right as we also arrived. He was quick to diagnose the problem and offer a fair estimate for such quick after hours service. Our worn out condenser fan was replaced in less than an hour. Our AC went out on a Sunday. Called Ricky and he responded within 30 mins. He came out that day by 11am and quickly diagnosed the issue as the coil. After discussing the fact that the outside unit was only 3 years old he contacted the manufacturer and was able to get us a replacement coil on warranty. He then came back on Monday, removed the old coil took to the supplier for replacement and returned to install all on Monday . Great and friendly service. Thanks Ricky!
