My family and I rented for about 18 months. They were always responsive with the few work orders I had put in. When it came time to move, they worked with me. Brittany is very sweet. They did return my deposit in full. I have no complaints.
STAY AWAY! This business is so bad that I can’t believe that Century 21 would even be associated with them.We were looking for a rent house and when I went to the office to see if I could go look at the house I was told that we would have to pass their background and credit check and pay $25 a piece before we could even look at it. Cash or money order only. I then asked if it would be a hard inquiry to our credit and I was told “it’s a soft hit and it will disappear in two or three days “. So either the woman working there has no idea what she is talking about or she wasn’t being completely honest. So we filled out their application, emailed pictures of our dogs and paid $50 and were approved. When my boyfriend went to pick up the key he was told that another couple had the keys and were looking at the house also. We were also told it was a first come first serve basis. When we arrived at the house the other couple told us that they were assured the previous day that they could rent the house and the. told us that they were sorry. At least someone was sorry and it wasn’t Century 21.All this could have been avoided if Century 21 would have been upfront about the hard inquiry and the fact that someone in that office promised the same house we were interested to another couple.If you are coming to Gallup to work as a contractor this is the norm so good luck in your search.
I wish I could write -5 star review.(the property was filled with trash when we moved in, Pictures available upon request)We rented a home from Kerri, paid rent before it was due ALWAYS, any time a maintenance issue arose we immediately contacted her so the property was taken care of- because we loved the home we were in! May 2nd, 2020 our rental caught fire, and was no fault of our own. After I secured my family to a safe place (3 mins) I IMMEDIETLY called her to inform her of the situation. I had contacted her countless times about the homeless people living in the bushes on the property/ harassing our family, and not once did she take any action. (of course I called the police and took many photos of the instances previous to the fire & kept our texts) not only was she completely heartless, and not once ask if we were okay or if any of us were even alive- after we were cleared to enter the garage to possibly salvage something, she raced up to us in her vehicle and patronized us. (also have that recorded)Can you imagine such a sick human being?regardless of her lack of humanity, she was horrible at getting maintenance issues fixed, horrible with communication, and always REAKED of cigarettes.STAY AWAY! dont give her your hard earned money because she doesnt even earn her own! Gallup deserves a much better representation for family homes.I hope god forgives your nasty behavior Keri.Respectfully,Tayler May
Oh gosh!! Where do I start?? Since my move in last july. Kari has spoken to me like Im worthless. I paid 8000 dollars to move into this home. I pay 2500 in rent monthly and if I ask to have something fixed or report bug infestation Im according to her..crazy, hard to deal with..endless insults...rent some where else. Be treated like respectable person ..kari she is definitely beyond rude
If i could give negative stars i would. Jared Alexander is the worst realtor on the face of the planet. DO NOT use this realty service. He dropped the ball multiple times, closing date got pushed multiple times, he was late with paper work and has zero communication. i would recommend cedar and ivy real estate.
Jim, his wife and staff, were always very courteous and professional toward me during my rental stay at one of their managed properties. Hired maintenance contractors were also courteous, kept appts. on time, and very professional as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent in Gallup! Thank you!!!

No help at all..ask another Realtor in Gallup.. They lost my payment for upcoming rent.. Had to pay extra 30% for extra to pay the rent.. Not happy with the outcome.. 👎🏼
DISCRIMINATORS!!!!! Very unreasonable dealers!!! Rented me bed bugs in their house and tried to push it off on me. I am a foreigner in this country, never seen these bugs in my life and was bitten by them, I prevented my 19 months old daughter from being bit as I dont know what these things do. I got all my rent back and then I tried finding somewhere else with the same Century 21 as CLEARLY, I was not at fault. I was told by the manager that I cant because of the incident of bugs, IT WAS NOT FAIR TO THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE for me to rent someone elses property . It was fair to my daughter and I though to be residing with your bugs! . It was winter and I had to settle for less than I wanted just to get out of their place. Called back a few months later and was told because of the same situation I cant rent from them.I know its because I am black!! There was no act of vandalism or damage to the property as I am made of excellent moral fiber and would never do such but it wont make any of you better. To think I left my quality home in Jamaica to take up a job due to the limitations of your own people and your best actions are to discriminate against me and my little baby girl!!!!Funny how someone of your own kind said to me before all this....Welcome to the land of discrimination!!!
