I called this shipping center looking for a very important package that is marked lost through FedEx. I spoke with Vanessa and she was so helpful and was telling me all the different things that she was going to do in order to help me find my package. I dont know if she can even find it but I appreciate how kind and helpful she was!! THANK YOU!

The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly, had the supplies I needed in various shapes and sizes. Prices very reasonable no doubt.

The wait for notary was too long & I felt misled. I ended up going elsewhere. I was told “she’s on the phone with a customer, it’ be just a minute”. I waited 15 minutes & when I pointed out that what I need will only take a minute, I was told “she’s still with customers”. I never saw the customers. I’m not sure why customers on the phone are more important than customers where are present in person.
