I called do the the pandemic thats going on now. They will not give you a leeway on your job letting you go and deal with the national problem. All they care about is making money. My job will be shutting down soon. So Ill have no income soon. I asked to see is they could help, instead all I got was nothing I can do. When I die from starvation, the sickness, or what ever happens . I hope they can sleep at night knowing that they got my payment. For some of the natives, thats paycheck to paycheck. Treat us better.

I was in awe of the staff at Gallup check n go. The 4 where so busy and had a lobby full of people. They worked as one to get to all of us, well answering the phones. It was great to watch well I waited. Vanessa helped me with a new loan and didnt make me feel rushed. I laughed the entire time. I really enjoyed myself, I felt like they really wanted to help. I highly recommend this place.

If making a payment, better to do face to face. IF over the phone has issue or not working when trying to make a payment and it says to try again lateryou best get to the store with their money. They dont care if its working or not they will with draw from your checking 3 days later.

Called the store today to make a payment using the automatic payment system but for some reason it was just sending me back to the receptionist and she was unable to resolve the problem and she just hung up on me. I called a few more times still she was not a very helpful. I asked to speak to the manager but someone else told me theyd called back and hung up on me again. But I was able to get help from another store, Grants Check N Go were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Grants..

Disappointed, went in, fast service, got more than I was expecting and thought things would be great until 13th of December, tried making a payment on their automated system glich,tried again glichc, store, told busy, will call me back and nothing,had to call back again and told we will call you back, nothing, daughther went into Gallup the 14th, posted payment, today, Im hit with a double payment and overextended on my bank account,guess the system took payment and they didnt see it at the store but did say at store the automated system was having problems.Now have to wait to see if Ill get helped or not

Horrible! Came in to get a loan...come to find out I had a balance for a check that returned. Pay that off, had to wait three days (which I didnt mind); today was Friday...come back today (Monday) turns out the lady didnt close my account right, had to close out account again, now I have to wait ANOTHER 3 days...omg!
