Stopped in and asked about a noise shaking in my door. Turns out my aftermarket speaker was not installed correctly. Don was extremely helpful in getting my door speakers installed perfectly. He also was very informative about upgrading installations for a subwoofer and amping the sound in the four speakers and a subwoofer. I will certainly be returning to Don for the installation of the speakers and without a question his professionalism. Thank You!

I booked a Grand Slam Detail 2 weeks out. When I showed up for my appointment they told me someone dropped off a car that day and they would not be able to do my car. They gave no other options or times to reschedule.

Trash, zero stars. Do not recommend.

Went in for a simple question about my car stereo. The guy working the counter not only answered my questions, but tested my stereo for me. He not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. To top things off the customer service was amazing. Definitely will be coming back for more stereo needs and car washes. Thanks a lot for all the help.

Very good place to get your car fix

Paid for the grand slam. They didnt clean engine, didnt even vacuum trunk. Didnt clean headliner, left black smear on backseat headrest that wasnt there before I dropped it off. Didnt clean steering wheel. Didnt clean wheels. And left so much water everywhere that it took 4 days to dry and smelled like mold by the time it was dry. Save your money and at least downgrade to a lesser package.

Went in to see if they could help me out with my radio come to find out i had the wrong cords, instead of turning me down they helped switch stuff around and got my radio to work within 20 mins great customer service Ive gotten my oil changed a few years ago it was fast and quick with no I would recommend Auto care express if you need your car detailed, oil change, need your radio fixed or to add speakers and better sound this is the place to go.

They made my truck look like it was brand new again! I travel across the country for work as a travel nurse. I live in the midwest. I had driven to California and back, then now out to Gallup. Road salt, dirt and grime was so built up on my truck. Now it looks new again. Staff very friendly and professional. The different cleaning packages are very reasonable. Please dont use this place! I purchased the top package! The inside perfect outside looked like they ran it through a car wash. Spots every where. Chrome not polished. Drit in wheel wells. Horrible job and it took 4 hours!!!
