Shannon answered my call my call & put me down for 3:30. Girl came in shop UNTIL 4PM. I waited 30mins. NO apology. My cut was choppy. Deep condition was icky! I re washer my own hair & blow dried it. & It still came out better than hers . BYE,!!!!!!

I got a hair treatment which felt amazing and I got a layered cut, Juliana was my stylist. She was awesome, my haircut came out exactly how I wanted, my hair is also feeling super healthy and hydrated from the treatment . Will definitely go back!

First of all, the owner was 15 mins. late and when she did show up she was super rude. The stylist I made an appointment with wasnt even there until an hour later. She never apologized and tried ignoring me. The service was so bad, I didnt even stay for the haircut.

Called for [email protected] said no room...called week later girl was rude..basically had every excuse NOT to give me appt..even while calling at 10am...NO THANK YOU!!..w/ service like this!!...CLOSE UP ALREADY!!

Got my haircut by Valencia and she is great! Did a great job cutting my hair. The atmosphere is a “great clips style” but the stylists are kind and they worked me in. The only thing that could be better is if the shop were a little cleaner but overall good experience!
