I was coming back from a trip to the Grand Canyon when my two passenger side tires blew out I had to be towed to the nearest town which was Gallup and I went to the Goodyear store they were so helpful they went above and beyond to help me so that I could get back on the road the same night instead of having to stay here while they ordered tires Armando Espinoza and his crew were great they were helpful courteous and very kind to me and my sister and I really really appreciate it and I want everyone to know that you get great service if you go to the Goodyear at 307 West Coal Avenue Gallup New Mexico.😀

This is not my first trip to this location. In the past I’ve received excellent service and been well taken care of. Trust them to continue. Today I brought my car in and they could not locate my appointment- no problem. Added me informs oil change and tire rotation and they agreed my car would be ready. I spent 2 hrs walking around and when I returned to wait the final hour my car hadn’t moved. No problem right? WRONG. 45 min later my car hadn’t been taken and clearly would not be ready. “We were busy “. WHAT????????????? I took a morning off for this and am leaving without that service and now need to do this AGAIN. I asked that they not promise others what they cannot deliver. So disappointed in them.

Had to get the brakes done. Mondo and company did a great job. would recommend this establishment to anyone needing work done on a vehicle.

Worst place ever! Unfriendly staff, long wait time. Just a horrible experience, I would never take my vehicle there again! I had to wait 4 hours just to fix a flat tire. Unbelievable!

Great tires Goodyear tire. And pay the extra for 3year alignment. If u want your tires to last Gallup roads a bad

Poor customer service. Dropped off a loose tire and waited 3 hours to get it repaired. The front desk guy acted like it wasnt his problem and didnt apologize. Will not come back for any service here. Dont waste your time here.

Manager & employees were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Really helped us out as we traveled through there state. Not sure what we would have done without their expertise.Our van developed a nasty growl & we still had 20 hours to travel home. They quickly diagnosed our problem & efficiently got us back on the road. Big kudos! Highly recommend

Driving through on our way home to MN. Picked up a nail somewhere and tire pressure was going down. Drove into Gallop and found the Goodyear Tire repair. Honestly dont even know if we have Goodyear Tires. They had it fixed and we were on the road in 20 minutes. No charge! What an awesome place. Gave them a tip - make sure you do too!!

1. They didn’t have the tires I requested for an appointment so I had to by a different set. Let me drive 60 miles and didn’t bother to call to say tires were not in...saying well it’s a busy day.2. Sold me a faulty tire so the very next day I woke up with a flat3. Made no effort to make the situation rightDon’t use them worst tire buying experience ever

This company is horrid! Half the work they did on my truck was done wrong and had to be redone. After spending, literally over thousands, they refuse to not only honor warranties but service plans. After having problems with one store... another was supposed to help but we were told things were on order. Turns out our truck needed to be seen, somewhere else for the warranty and they were wasting our time! We missed our businesses big day and lost out on hundreds to a thousand plus. That is a lot to a first year business and a family! Now their employees are making false allegations to keep from honoring warranties. We cant even get our $1500 tires rotated with the rotation plan we paid for. It was one thing to experience what we did at the shops. But corporate....? I know they record their conversation, I do too... so why cant we get resolution? Horrible company where workers feel free to yell and make racial remarks in AZ but the company stands behind them... watch out.

Always a great atmosphere and very polite customer service. The very best autotechnicians in town by the names of Manuel Garcia and Brian Huskett. They do thorough inspections to ensure the safety of my familys travels. I sure do appreciate the whole Goodyear team. They work as a team and I feel thats a big part of a good business system. Talk about very poor customer service!!! No communication!!! I called prior to taking my car in, I was told a couple of cars are a head of me. 2 hours later of waiting, I checked to see when are they getting to my car. I was told they won’t look at my car until 3pm!! I was there at 8:30am!! I wouldn’t take your car there!! Who knows what would’ve happened if I did have them service my car!! I would probably be stuck with more problems!! Good luck if you take your car here!! Thumbs down!! 1 Star!!

We were on a road trip and started to smell gas in the car. Oh no! We swing by Goodyear in Gallup, and they checked out the car top-to-bottom and thoroughly explained what they checked. Turned out nothing was wrong with the car, but they assured me that if it continued/got worse to get it checked out. Great service, fantastic customer service. Whole-heartedly recommend!!!!!

I was on a road trip with the family this past July. As we were approaching Gallup our van started to shake and vibrate really bad. I immediately pulled over and did a quick inspection. I couldnt see anything noticeably wrong and it didnt help that it was in the middle of the night. We made it to a hotel and based off of a recommendation I headed to Goodyear in the morning. The staff there were polite and most of all honest. I was expecting the worst and they came back with two bad tires and an alignment. Additionally, they were able to squeeze me in ahead of some scheduled appointments so that I could get back on the road. 2,700 miles later we had no further issues. These guys are aces in my book!

We woke up to a flat tire at our hotel while traveling back to Colorado after Thanksgiving. We are here right now getting our tire repaired. Kyle and the team at Good Year IN Gallup, NM couldnt be nicer. They got our car in right away and well be on our way home shortly.Thanks guys!

Excellent & friendly service.. My wife and I were on our way cross country when our engine light turned on. Though probably not a big deal we didnt want to wind up stuck in the middle of nowhere New Mexico. They took us in right off the street on a saturday and Wendall cleared our code and sent us on our way. They did not charge us. Just a fuel sensor but it was good to get the peice of mind for our trip back to the east coast.

Charged $25 for mount & balance & install with new valve stem. They didnt put new valve stem, didnt balance, and I installed the tire. I was in a hurry else Id of insisted on better service

I have a nail in my tyre and i find this store 2 blocks away from my hotel. So the price was 15 $ to fix it, after 20 min the tyre was fixed and the price was 0(zero). Yes they do it free, was amazing, thank you to all the staff. This is wonderful and in all my life i never find so kind people. Im from Italy and thank you again

Ordered tires and made an online appointment a week in advance, only to find out there was no appointment scheduled and my tires weren’t even there. Waiting a long time just to Find out the tires were still in transit

Wasted my time and money having the technicians try to fix my camber and caster plates with instructions. Had some auto tech students at my college fix my problem instead, which they did. No thanks to you, Goodyear.

Was told to move and unhook my camper in an area of the parking lot and told the tire with a nail would be looked at. Once I unhooked the camper and went back in I was told by a different gentleman that I couldnt park where I did and it would be over a two hour wait. Needless to say I called a local competitor down the street and they fixed the tire immediately. Take the time to go three blocks up the street.

As always, the gentlemen treated me well. Quick, good price, and work well done.
