Technician not willing to wear a face covering into my inlaws home to service their dishwasher. Covid has increased in Knox County and they want precautionary measures to be taken. So disrespectful.

The staff at Lindstroms is always so helpful and they really stand behind what they sell. They have excellent repair and service. Ive used their service technicians for appliances that have not come from their store and they are always honest and do the job well. The sales people have been great at finding exactly what Ive needed (and Ive had some pretty specific requirements) and getting it delivered and installed in a timely manner. I go to them for all my appliance needs.

We recently purchased a property that Lindstrom had installed a dishwasher after the owner put it up for sale. The first time we ran the dishwasher it leaked at both the drain line and water supply causing damage to our flooring. After two weeks of investigating and finally a visit to the site by a service rep, it was explained that they were only responsible for connecting the dishwasher to existing lines and since the leak was on our side of the connection they were not responsible. We were told that the unit was tested after being connected but with the volume of water leaking from the supply line that is hard to believe. Regardless, when connecting to lines that caused the plumber we hired to redo the installation to say I can see no reason anyone would connect a dishwasher this way, we should have at least been informed that the connections were not good. It is frustrating that anyone would walk away from connections that look like those in the pictures below and say nothing.Just keep in mind that installed (as stated on the receipt we got from the previous owner) at Lindstroms only means connected.

I have bought several appliances at Lindstroms over the years and have been very satisfied. Yesterday for the first time I had some service work done on an appliance and they fixed the problem in short order and at a reasonable price. Nice people to do business with.

Very informative when I asked about TV antennas, specifically ones that would bring in Peoria stations.

We have purchased a refrigerator, a microwave, and 2 43 inch TV (1 a smart) from them over the past several years.Excellent service; pleasant staff, especially LuAnn Johnson and Jack. We will buy our next appliance from them also.

Great, friendly service and knowledge of product. Bought all new kitchen appliances and a TV.

Horrible customer service and horrible performance. They told me false information about my dryer and advised me to buy a new one. After I bought a new one, it still didnt work. Come to find out the only problem was the wall outlet. They lied about parts being broken in the dryer and then charged me an $80 service fee even after I explained what happened. They will not have my business again.

Great people, great prices. Please support this 80+ year old family business.
