My husband and I shop here weekly. They have a great selection and it’s also great quality. If you go in the morning, it’s not too crowded and you can usually get in and out. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well kept. We’ve been taking advantage of their app lately. You can literally scan the items in your cart and checkout instead of waiting in line. Conveniently located and a great place to shop. They also let me bring my service dog while I shop. No complaints from me!
Good choice for warehouse shopping, not as crowded as the other warehouse store a few blocks away. Friendly staff, quick checkout options. I wish they sold gas also.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. I was told they could not sell a floor item by Liz. I asked to speak with a supervisor while there and was told by Liz that they were all in a meeting.I called on the way home and asked to speak with a manager this is right after I left the store. Liz picked up and instead of forwarding me to a manager as I asked, asked me if there was something she could help me with I stated yes a supervisor please. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and had to hang up and call back to be put back on hold. Deva a supervisor/manager answered and explained that they do not sell floor items unless there is two of them. She put me on hold and checked the item, came back to the phone and stated that she apologizes and that because there are two, that I was able to buy one, and that I could come back and get it. This was on a Monday I went back on Wednesday. While at check out Liz the women who did not know the correct information on Monday came up and began to repeat the same false information, I told her wrong and I would like to speak with someone above her. It took 10 minutes. Deva the supervisor/manager came and gave a whole different excuse for not being able to sell the item this time, so I again wasted my time at this location. They are misinformed and Liz and Deva should have some more training on Sam Clubs rules and regulations. We were at the store for an hour each time dealing with the same item. I will say that Maxwell who helped us was very pleasant helpful and was working with several people at the same time. Make him a supervisor/ manager he knows how to speak to customers. HE IS THE REASON THEY GOT ONE STAR!!
Love shopping at this Sams club, well organized and clean. Great prices and right off of I-270.
Its okay,. Feels like a cross between a Walmart and a Costco. Points for actually having labeled aisles unlike Costco. Points for potentially having ice for sale unlike my Costco. Doesnt have as much high end food stuffs but fairly good selection. Good meat and cheese selection. I hate how theyre middle section is set up as it makes it more of a pain to navigate the store. I was also disappointed that they were out of ice at the time, something I discovered after paying and checking out necessitating good to customer service to get a refund. I dont think Ill be cancelling my Costco membership any time soon.
We had just paid at a CASHIER, we walked to the exit to the lady who checks the receipts, she checked it and claimed we were stealing a pack of bananas. There was NO WAY we could steal a pack of bananas when the cashier was in eye sight of the receipt lady near the exit. The lady took our bananas away. It was not our fault. The cashier who I really don’t want to put blame on because it was a mistake, accidentally deleted one of the bananas we were paying for. The receipt lady treated us horribly and it was embarrassing. We did nothing wrong. While leaving the lady said to us “sorry or no sorry” FOR WHAT??? We deserve an apology. Embarrassing waste of time. Check the cameras, we didn’t steal ANYTHING!!! Do better.
This store can get crowded, but the scan and go app making shopping a breeze!Pre pandemic waiting on line to pay could easily be a 20 minute or more ordeal.. but with this app....Im usually in and out of the store in 20 minutes or less!My only gripe is they seem to be rotating merchandise.. and theres stuff I havent seen in months.When I ask folks in customer service...no one has a clue.

New to this warehouse and so far they do an incredible job moving lines along. Their self checkout is the most efficient and most effective self checkout Ive ever experienced primarily because they have laser scanner guns that you can zip through scanning a cart full of items in a flash, especially heavy items. I was with Costco for the past 5 years but enough is enough as Costco has been going down hill and Sams apparently have been improving. Kudos to Sams! Im glad to have joined this warehouse and look forward to my new shopping experience at Sams. Friendly staff and fast service with great quality product
Sams club is a great place to shop for groceries and other household items. I can go on the weekend, shop, and get home in a relatively short time. They have several self-checkout isles which helps make the shopping experience easier. But still not the same quality as Costco. Highly-recommended!!!
Love the ability to order online and pick-up. Instead of spending an hour there shopping and checking out, the most time spent is driving to/from the store. Typically we wait 10 minutes or less for them to bring out our order. As Plus members shipping is free so we have all our non-parishable items shipped to save car space.
Great place to change your car battery. Price and service were better than Costco. Good meat selections.
They are great. They had clean carts, hand sanitizing towels for the carts, fast check out and everything I was looking for. They are also a great value. Love my Sams Club!
Just alright. Not a great first impression.Wanted to sign up for new membership but ended up waiting forever at the front of the line before being called. Customer service rep was taking care of incoming calls first before minding/taking care of us in the store.Put enough staff at that desk and find a way to solve customers waiting on line vs. customers waiting in line issue
This store is located next to a big intersection and good location and has spacious parking lot. But this store is crowded during peak evening times with long checkout time.The parking lot car and pedestrian traffic along the front of the store is a safety problem. People pushing their carts who are walking out of the store are in danger of being hit by cars.Even after peak of Covid there are shortages of the best quality brands of items like toilet paper and paper towels.Some hand sanitizer items and nitrile gloves is not available half the time.The customer service at the Tire center is bad. Service time is slow and many good tires not in stock.Hard to find a store manager. When I found one I voiced my complaints.The prices at Sams Club are good. Good quality items for sale. But I dont like some of the store brand items.Seafood and meat departments are very good.I shop here because the prices are good and like the large selection of different items.
Love the check out app in Sams. Never waits for the check out! Also super good choice of fruits and meats.
I love coming here, even though sometimes is too crowded. But I have a big family and is very convenient for us to get bulk size groceries from here. We save so much since they have very good prices.

This outlet of Sam’s club is way more robust and with more variety of products especially frozen foods and vegetables although not so much parking spaces like the one in Sterling, Virginia.
These guys & gals are generally professional. They work cohesively 2 get customers in & out in as timely manner. The shelves are starting 2 look full again w/the familiar brands that people may be searching 4. I went on a Sun which looked 2 be restock day which could X-plain the fuller shelves. They seem 2 be a continuous work-in-progress as there are certain products or sections that are being moved around. .
Inventory was very low and same supplies that in the club were totally out of stock.
Sams club and Walmart are sisters as one of their supervisors told me ones. You cant beat the prices at Sams club either. You can get bulky products for the price of one at other stores. Thats why its one of my favorite stores!
Stopped to get m to Sams Master Card Rewards very happy camper lost of fresh foods civid-19 spacing nice pasted stepping on floors great forward shopping and lots of stuff available that hasnt been.

Parking was easy and store wasnt crowded. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Stock was plentiful and staff was helpful and polite.
Not too bad, used self checkout, dont like it..but its faster, when opened, than an employee on a register.

My wallet/cellphone were stolen while I was in the store shopping for Thanksgiving. I immediately found a team member who contacted a manager. When the manager arrived he was not helpful at all. He seemed more irritated that he had to come out to assist me. He offered me no suggestions nor did he even offer to contact the police for me. He just kind of shrugged his shoulders and went about his day. This was by far one of the lowest points in my life and it happened the day before Thanksgiving and neither the associate or manager offered me any type of empathy what so ever. With that said, since Sams Club was not there for me at my lowest with a solution or help, I can no longer comfortably shop here nor can I ever speak positively about this company ever again. I do realize there is nothing they could have done to prevent this from happening but how you interact with customers in any situation MATTERS and can contribute to making the situation better or worse. These team members failed as my last memories at Sams are being robbed before the holidays and no one cared to help.

I normally like this store but someone needs to fire “Razia.” She is the lady who can’t seem to do her job of checking receipts upon exit. Then, when she can’t handle the job, she curses at the customers. The manager needs to do something about her.I have memberships here and at Costco and because of her, I will spend more money at Costco.
It was my first time going to the Sams club and I had a wonderful time shopping. I went on Monday afternoon and it wasnt too packed and easy to shop around. They had everything I needed at resenable wholesales price. They also have self check-out which I utilized. But I made a mistake and scanned the same item twice and only noticed it after the payment was made. I went to their help desk and they sorted it out very quickly and I got my refund right away. I would visit again and recommend it to other people.
COVID/Montgomery County rules.Long line outside but very spaced out inside, plenty to keep everyone spaced out. Employees wipe stuff down constantly, self check out is a lifesaver and keeps things moving, cashier lines also move fairly quick.

The best bulk store in the area. Plenty of parking, clean, always stocked, friendly staff. What more could you ask for? The meat department has the best and freshest selection of meats in Montgomery County. Will remain a member for as long as I live in the area?

I really dont like this store. They dont have Kale. They have a lot of processed food with saturated fat.
Had ALOT to choose from. They had cat toys from sport drinks, juice... I even got a lunch box for lunch time or dinner for my externship.

Always a favorite go-to! Unlike Costco (another favorite), they have sales and excellent clearance items. Great for meat and produce. I always have their bacon wrapped scallops in my freezer!
Sams Club is mostly awesome. I realized trying to check out around noon on a weekday was a horrible horrible idea, the line was insane. Then I came on a Tuesday and got to check out around 4ish pm and everything was peachy. Practically no line. Love their selection. I miss seeing their cappuccino flavored coffee pods my few most recent visits. Id be lying if I didnt say its why I chose them over Costco when I signed up almost a year ago.
The process of replacing a battery took an hour. This was arriving to tire center cashier with a dead battery which was on a warranty and getting in exchange a new one staying next to the cashier for an hour when multiple people tried to make the exchange happen.

Sushi guy working on sat. 10/14 9am is rude af! Don’t go there when he’s there. We asked him if he could make us a big platter of sushi and he ignored us put his headphones back in and made a bunch of small platters.

Well stocked, neat and clean. Been shopping here for years. Beat the crowds and go mid-week.
During the pandemic, things are still being limited. The meat section still looks bare. Some of the toiletries are more available compared to the recent past. The crowds are way less. No lines on this memorial day. Checkout seemed to move slow, but that seems to be a trademark of Sams club.
Tried their order on-line and curbside pickup. Worked like a charm even with some freezer and refrigerated items. You need to plan ahead because you have to sign up for a pickup day and time slot. Currently running 1 to 2 days.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star their employees need a course and learn how to better help their customers they have terrible customer service..they are more worry about people stealing merchandise and not so concern of their loyal members.. as I was exiting the door one lady was not able to get my number of items correct there was a big line waiting for me and other people were been taking care of promptly I was the only one on hold the lady took 10 minutes after difficulties counting what was in my cart and looking at my receipt she decided to ask another employee for help the second lady was not able to get anything correct so the second lady asked me if I can have the manager count my items I politely declined told her that it was okay that I was waiting too long and that I was not happy about their service anymore I then went to customer service and return the 5 packages of water and kept some of the items I bought because I was so upset about their service then the representative that was helping me told me to walk back to the exit door with the new receipt and my items where the ladies were to count the items that I Decided to keep I told him that the entrance door was next to his register that I will leave from there I was so disappointed they didn’t do anything as a courtesy that I left through the entrance door and I felt attack by the employee at the entrance door and the employee that had helped me at customer service..because of the lack of service at the exit door and the lack of service with the customer service representative this place has lost a loyal member I am never coming to this location again!

There has only been one time where I have gone in and been met by a nice team member in the bakery department outside of that they are usually very rude. I placed an order for a vanilla cake for a birthday party at the party after cutting the cake realized the cake chocolate! We were already at the party there was nothing that could be done in that moment the birthday boy could not even have a piece of his own cake . I checked the order form thinking maybe I made an error BUT NO I selected vanilla as the cake flavor . I have called in multiple times over a period of several days and not been able to reach anyone .The one time I did a bakery worker said I needed to bring the cake back in with the receipt, ummm really ? I asked to speak with a manager in which she said I would need to call back in to the store and try to speak with one .I still have not been able to talk to anyone FYI.
Simply put; they always have everything we need for our 4 little darlings.

Try arriving as early as possible, especially during the weekends. Less shoppers and less shopping carts. You can view your selection without shoppers bumping into your carts. Kids running here and there as if they are on a playground . . . Otherwise, you will definitely love and enjoy shopping at Walmart . . . A fabulous store indeed ! ! !

Busy but not crowded. Went there to buy cake and a few staples. Staff were courteous and helpful. Their cake is not as sweet as other stores and is reasonably priced. I love that they have the scan and go as well as the self checkout. Makes check out a breeze especially if you have just a few items. Highly recommended.
I love it. I can waste my money on tons of good shopping idem. and it is great. some days you can get free food samples(it is really nice). and also there is this free sample machine, some times it gives food, cleaning products, and more. You should go to Sams club to get every day products. It may be far from some places but it is worth going there.

This place is always clean, the associates have the best customer service and most of all you cant beat their prices.
Bad I was doing scan and go and they had a problem with their equipment accused me of not scanning had to show them entire receipt that was on my sisters phone pulling her out of line and almost causing my ride to leave me (cab) . 1st time it was bad.

Despite the renovations, this Sams has really gone downhill so far as customer service. The ladies at the check out line were phenomenal which is why I gave two stars.However, there are a lot of employees that really need a class in customer service.The last three times that I went to the cafe, the food isnt fresh, condiments were not stocked and soda wasnt stocked. I had to try four different sodas to get one to work. The most recent time was 11am on a weekday and not many people at all. The ladies behind the counter acted like it was a hassle when I asked for parmesan. She said if it wasnt out there they were out. I have problems believing that.Also, I had the same issues with the counting of items. I had three orders. She dropped on of my receipts and left it for me to pick up. The person said I was done and then started rescanning my items like I was some sort of a thief. We spend a lot and I mean a lot of money for our businesses. She said there was one item, chips that werent scanning. Seriously? I understand preventing the loss of merchandise but the situation was handled unprofessionally. The line was getting long and I realized that there was one last receipt I failed to provide. As I fishing for one last receipt, I told her to help the others. She said she could not.So we will either go to Costco or take a trip to Sams in Frederick from now on.
