Poor communication skills especially in a timely manner. I’ve had to redo Tca so many times because of it and including the department of Human Resources have poor communication skills if I apply for Tca I should expect to hear back from them within 3 days. If you guys can’t handle doing things online or remotely they need to do it like they used to. I had 1 week and 3 days to handle so many tasks it’s ridiculous.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Got a very good job by being here. Got great courses with certifications and really helped with jobs.

Best place in workforce Devp. and free courses with certifications. Best people!! Michelle and Will should in fact be promoted or given raises..they are the best mentors...

Great organization I work there

When first attempting to get to the ResCare office (on a time crunch to get to the orientation on time, because they will not allow you in after a certain time) located in the building, I looked at the board in the lobby and they were listed as suite 240. However when I got off of the elevator the label on the left side of a pair of pretty glass double doors said Arbor E&T, a partner with Montgomery County so I had to wander around till I found out they are the only office in use on the level. (I then had to Google it to know that it was formally known as Arbor Education and Training but is now ResCare which stands for Respect and Care). They provide workforce development services to job-seekers, workers, employers and communities. They also are a requirement to be able to qualify for and begin receiving TCA. The number for the gaithersburg location on the website is incorrect. Just fyi. Other wise, all the staff we extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. I look forward to getting to learn more about them.

I really disliked having to go here. Some of the employees are nice.
