We initially hired Luis Ortiz to pressure wash our inner-unit townhouse, but the siding is over 30 years old and is weather worn and stained, so although it was certainly cleaner, it really didnt look a whole lot better. So, we had him paint the house both front and back and he and his crew did a fantastic job! Luckily, the weather was warm so it only took them one day to put on two coats and it truly does look absolutely beautiful. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to comment on what a difference it has made in the appearance of our home. Luis and his two men were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would not hesitate to engage their services again or to recommend them to someone who needs their help.

I talked to Luis about getting an estimate for power washing my rental property in Brandywine. He quoted $350 over the phone and said he wouldnt change the price if I go with him, even telling me hes been in this business for a while and changing estimates is not something he does. It sounded reassuring at the time so I chose him over the other vendors I talked to.The date of power washing came, when he arrived he immediately decided to ask for an additional $100 bringing up the price to $450. I didnt want to send him back without doing the job and because we needed the house washed immediately, I decided to pay him the additional $100. The house was washed good, no complaints there. But Im leaving him this 1-star review because he essentially lied when he said he wouldnt change his estimate.

If you want to waste your time and money, I say go ahead. Definitely a non-professional business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am very pleased with their work. They did a fabulous job on my house and vinyl fence. They are very reasonably priced too. I have already recommended them to family and friends. I will call them again the next time I need pressure washing done. 5 stars for sure
