Highly recommend Mr. Bailes for piano tuning. He arrived promptly and was very kind to my kids and my dog. He spent about two and a half hours tuning the piano and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. He also fixed two loose hammers, which he definitely did not have to do is part of a tuning service. He definitely cares about his craft.

Kenneth Bailes service and expertise is superior. He is a lovely gentleman who came to my home and discovered a grossly out of tune piano - a piano I acquired sight unseen (and unheard) just a week ago. It took him three rounds of tuning to get the pitch absolutely perfect. He was kind and taught me the ins and outs of tuning and the piano never stopping a moment from what he was doing. He even fixed a few sticky hammers. His prices are fair - actually lower than what I feel his service was worth so I actually paid him MORE than what he charged me. Hes that good. Kenneth Bailes is amazing with tuning my wifes piano. It has been out of tune for several years. It took Kenneth 2 hours to tune the piano and only charged us a low price. Now she was playing all night enjoying the freshly tuned piano. Thank you Kenneth.

I contacted Mr. Bailes to make repairs to two broken strings and a broken hammer on the piano that my son plays. He had to order one of the two strings because it required him to measure with a micrometer. This in turn required him to make two trips but he included both trips in the original charge and didnt charge me for a special trip the second time.He also charged a flat rate for the tuning. His rates were very reasonable and he was prompt, professional, courteous and informative. He worked with me to set up a mutually convenient time.I highly recommend Ken to those that need their piano repaired and tuned. I will definitely be using him again.
