Had a scheduled appointment, drove right in a a few minutes to sign for a oil and coolant change

I was seviced right away when I got there for my appointment. It took the time I was told to do my vehicle servcing.

Sheehy did an excellent job on their initial body shop estimate and it had no changes between the estimate and the final result. Further, the work was specifically what I asked for and looked great. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team, and the timing of the work being completed.

I visited Sheehy Ford on Friday, June 30th, 2017. I was helped by Mr. Edward Teddy Olson. Mr. Olson provided excellent customer service! He did everything he could to get my car repaired as fast as possible, and he found a way to save me money. I greatly appreciate Mr. Olsons dedication to great customer service, his thoughtfulness, and his commitment to excellence.

I highly recommend David Oseguera. He is a Service Writer in the service department. He is knowledgeable, friendly and a good communicator.
