Lawn Doctor actually damaged my lawn. After 4 times treatments within the six months ( from Aug- Dec 2020 ( 4 times according to them actually only come three times, then to April 2021 one time without my permission), the weeds in my lawn were even worse than before that I had a picture to confirm. It looks like the weeds are very happy without any disruption and rapidly growing anywhere on my lawn. The worst thing is Lawn Doctor made me automatically renew for the next year without my permission to come to continue the service. After service, they collect payment from you even though you do not know what happened. I sent an email to them told them I already change to the other lawn company and I never renewed with Lawn doctor with their bad service. Why did they come to my home without my permission for service? After that, They continually sent the bill to me, and alsoIntimidate that will be sent to the collection company to ruin my credit. I just made payment for them this morning. Just give all the customers experience what I experienced. Stay Away from Lawn Doctor!!!!The pictures showed after 5 times services from Lawn Doctor.

I have been using Lawn Doctor to maintain my lawn for a number of years. Recently, they applied a balanced fertilizer and i noticed the change in color of the grass, root development and increased density. No pesticides were used. I am very satisfied with their services.

Judging lawn care service is a challenge because I couldnt tell you exactly what my lawn would be like without it. However, I can confidently say my lawn is greener, thicker, and has fewer weeds than before.I appreciate the hang tag they leave on my door and the night-before call. My only area of dissatisfaction is that I feel in the dark about my service plan, whats coming next, why, and what options I have to modify the plan. In this day and age, too many other companies in myriad industries have raised the bar by giving me total control of my subscription on my phone.

Usually very good service but last time a new person came out and was not careful. She allowed the herbicide to drift over to my roses. Roses do not like herbicides! I was very displeased.

On time, polite, efficient and reasonably priced. Good company.

Lawn Doctor does a great job maintaining my yard. The best evidence of that is the divide between my neighbors yard and mine. His is full of weeds and crabgrass and mine is healthy thick grass. Its really quite amazing to see.

We have had a annual program for several years. Our regular renewal speaks for itself. Lawn Doctor is a service I recommend because they are timely with their service and they use quality products. Our lawn always looks very good.

I have spent years trying to improve my lawn. Last August I gave up as it approached around 40% weeds. On a neighbors recommendation, I called in Lawn Doctor. From August to September they treated for weeds and fertilized. In October they power-seeded (an impressive process). This spring I was truly surprised (and so was my skeptical wife) at the results. The grass is thick, healthy, and green. We are delighted.

Things look good so far.Would like better care with the tractor that spreads the fertilizer to not leave ruts in the grass when turning too severe.

So far theyve being working great! I started with them approximately 6 months ago and Im looking forward to see the changes in my patio in the spring. Ill keep you posted.4/18- front patio beautiful, back patio not so much! It has being 6 months. I talked to customer service and they said that they will take care of it.

Lawn Doctor has been an outstanding company to work with. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. When Joe comes to our property I feel like he is taking a personal interest in doing an excellent job for us. Im so happy that I found them!

We have been using Lawn Doctor for over a year now and our lawn has never looked better. The weed control shows immediate results and the long-term soil conditioning resulted in the greenest lawn we have ever had this year, including in a very shady area. Their service has continued uninterrupted and in a safe manned through the COVID-19 restrictions. I highly recommend them and they were significantly cheaper (and better!) than TruGreen.

My lawn was always in good shape and Ive had only 2 services by Lawn Doctor so I cant yet comment on the efficacy of their program. However, I do feel that their price is fair, and the 3 young men who have treated my lawn were very pleasant and went about their work quite conscientiously.

Timely and reliable services.

I have been fertilizing my grass since 1983 with so so results. So last fall, I decided to try a professional lawn service co. as I tried a different co. 15 years ago and was not happy with their results for 2 years. The grass is so full and weed free with Lawn Doctor, I should of started to use them years ago.

After trying several different lawn care services, I finally discovered Lawn Doctor of MoCo. Among the reasonably priced services (there are some who are priced outrageously) I found them to be the most dependable and responsive. Will continue to work with them in the foreseeable future.

I have used this Lawn Doctor for many years. They always show up on time and their program keeps my lawn looking nice. The pricing is reasonable and competitive. Their people are knowledgeable and friendly - both in person and on the telephone.

First off I not a customer but a neighbor to one. Had some questions for them and the owner Joe came out today in person to answer them. He was quite friendly and seemed like a honest down to earth guy. He took care of the questions I had. Appreciate the time he took to meet me in person. I may be the outlier in this group of reviews but that does not mean Im the only disgruntled former customer. Beware.Thank you for your email. I understand your role in all of this so I wont belabor my points with you. Respectfully, we are stuck in a loop. I keep explaining that I came to your company, in good faith, to resolve an issue with my lawn that I now understand is Japanese Stilt grass. You keep giving me a list of options to resolve the same issue almost one year later.We both know the issue is the very same one I had initially. Instead of your company telling me last year that nothing could be done to ameliorate the problem until the following August, you charged me for services (last year and this year) that were unrelated to the problem.Of course, as a novice I relied on experts to deal with me in good faith.I have waited patiently while we proceeded through three rounds of reviews of my lawn with the same outcome. I will not pay for additional services from your company now or in the future. What I will do is leave as a disgruntled former customer who will share his experience with friends, colleagues and anyone else who will listen.Again, I understand you are simply the messenger. I would have gladly shared this feedback with the owner or someone above you if they could have spared a few moments to speak with me. Clearly, my business was not important enough to try to save.Reply to the reply: Your company made me aware of the Japanese stilt grass, that is not a term I was familiar with prior to speaking to you. I was told you made the diagnosis at the time I became a customer and it is in your notes. I could refute every point but I will sum things up by saying my lawn looks EXACTLY the same as it did before I paid your company to help me. I trusted that the services you provided were necessary to eradicate the problem I had, clearly that was not the case because I am in the same place minus the money I paid you. I would have appreciated this responsiveness directly as opposed to in this public forum. You have my contact information, the onus should not rest with me to reach out to you. I was patient and reasonable. There was never any mention of a two-year period to remedy this issue. I dont feel like you acted in good faith. Lets stop the dialogue now because my impression of your business it getting worse with every subsequent interaction.

The maintenance man is pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficiently completes the time released application.
