WORST PLACE EVER! I was treated so poorly by the staff. The entire staff violates every aspect of HIPPA. I had an extremely unsafe discharge as I was put in an Uber and sent home. My discharge plan was not to go home, but go to a sober living house. Since they didnt set up the arrangements with the Sober Living place and were so eager to discharge me, they sent me home. My mother wasnt even notified that I was coming home! No one contacted her.I came with 5 medications that were prescribed by my doctor. The doctor there decided to only give me 2 of the 5. You just dont stop taking anxiety and depression medication cold turkey. One should be gradually weaned off. BUT, why would they stop those medications? When asked, I was told they have a right to stop and start medications as they see fit. That is ridiculous. To top it off, when I left they refused to give me my left over medication and the 3 untouched bottles that I came in with.Since leaving this unbearable place, I have tried at least 15 times to contact the Clinical Director, Executive Director and The Director Of Operations. NO ONE returned my calls. I needed a discharge letter and they wouldnt provide me with one when I was discharged. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the facility did not respond back to them. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.They also dont give patients their mail or packages. I have prof( pictures from the post office) that a package addressed to me was left with the receptionist .I never got my package. I was told they facility never received it.I surely hope after reading this review, you choose not to use this Rehab facility. There is still so much more to tell, but Im out of room.Just think about what I have written and please choose your Rehab wisely.

This is the most caring group of people I have ever encountered. From the smiling faces when you arrived it made me feel like WOW! they must be expecting someone famous. However, they treat everyone like they are somebody special. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that needs shelter from the storm and a safe place to work on core issue resolution and embark upon healing. FREEDOM CENTER where you go to get free of the chains that had you bound. Here you get the keys to unlock many/any door.

I have been to a few inpatient/ outpatient recovery centers. My sobriety date is 06/21/2019, and The Freedom Center has helped me achieve this!The staff is friendly, understanding, and also caring. They will work with you but also keep you focused on the path to sobriety. Even after completing the program, they do their part to keep in touch with alumni with events/groups/ meetings/ etc.I stayed in one of their sober houses for a few months, and that made all of the difference this time.I am thankful for The Freedom Center! They helped me to get my life back. I was ready, and they provided everything I needed. Also I want to thank my therapist, Vincent.If anyone is reading this review and still struggling, I hope you never give up. We do recover!

I have been to a few treatment facilities, dealing with alcoholism and addiction. Freedom Center stands out for me, because the people there went above and beyond, in helping me. Spiritually, MENTALLY, and EMOTIONALLY. I would have never made it, without the Freedom Center. I remember before going to Freedom Center. I didnt have the will to live, today I live, because I learned how to love me through the Freedom Center. Thank you to all at the Freedom Center, for showing me our to love me.

I really enjoyed my time at the Freedom Center and really benefitted from treatment. The Freedom Center staff is all very kind and professional, and makes you feel welcome whether it be at the center or at sober living. Im incredibly grateful for my sobriety which was achieved through treatment at the Freedom Center, and would highly recommend the center to anyone who may need help in their addiction battle.

Highly recommend the staff genuinely cares about you and wants to help you.

It was okay but when it came to psych meds I went without them for 30 days when I asked to speak to somebody in charge I was told his name was James they just transferred me to someone named Max who wouldnt give me information about James if youre going to need meds I would be very careful have somebody else that could prescribe them I am up for responses so I can defend myself

This is a brand new facility that is putting seasoned programs to the test. They have built a foundation based on loving the addicted back to life. The program has the home like feel that pulls you right in and makes you feel good enough about yourself that you are empowered to want to participate in your treatment and go all the way. I give this program become a 10s across the board.

Would definitely recommend this center for anyone seeking treatment! James went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The facility was very clean and every single staff member was compassionate and understanding. They were attentive to my needs and helped me tremendously with my recovery.

I have been a social worker for over 15 years and I have seen some good workers and some not so good workers! James and Dan went ABOVE AND BEYOND for one of my clients today. Without them he would have ended up in a shelter with no hope but now he has hope and a great support system! No one ⭐️ For these guys and this agency, they are 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!

Best rehab ever

They are people who treat others like people. The staff here are so involved. The thing you start to realize when you’re here is that they care about the little things. And then the little things translate into the bigger things. I highly recommend checking them out. The people there have the ability to change your life.

The best treatment center I have been too. Most of the staff is in recovery themselves. They will do everything they can to help you in your recovery. They treat you like family which is a great thing in my eyes.
