My twin granddaughters had their ears pierced today at Piercing Pagoda. Lily was fantastic! She did a great job with the piercing; it was spot on! My granddaughters had a very memorable experience! Thank you, Lily!!

The customer service representative or jewelry consultant was very nice, friendly, and highly professional. She is very knowledgeable regarding what to expect from newly pierced ears. Overall I recommend piercing Pagoda to ALL my friends.

The attendant was professional but a bit hostile for reasons I am not sure.
