My wife and I have been shopping here for quite a while and normally have a great experience. Our first interaction with a manager or supervisor named Callan made us rethink where we get our vape supplies. He was unfriendly and snippy for no reason at all. Also, we were told masks were required still(no problem, its the businesses decision), but he was stocking 10-15 feet away without one. The young woman working up front was very friendly and professional, but we didnt catch her name. Im not one to cause a scene or Karen out about small stuff, but that guy has no business dealing with customers.

Sold me a defective product and refused to replace it. Purchased a vape and it was leaking, not even two mins after purchasing the device I noticed the defect and showed it to the representative at the store. He pretty much told me too bad and that I had to deal with it. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while.

Was not very good at all. Twice I went at 8:30 and was told it was already closed(This was on Thursday) and one time I arrived at 8:00 and they let me in. Honestly speaking, Ive been to most of the vape shops in the area, and only for these guys Im writing a review since they deserve more credit than people like to give them. These guys will go out of their way to make sure you get a device and flavor of juice you want. Even though sometimes they dont carry certain companies or flavors its not really their fault. A lot of people dont realize that some companies who produce products tend to be very particular on where their juice or devices are sold. That being said, the guys and gals here at this shop will help you find just what you need, order it for you, and if they cant will point you in a better direction than most other shop will. I have never seen as much dedication to customer service than Ive seen here. Especially coming from my three favorite people, Mattie, Aaron, and Eric. These are the people who make this shop great and have been ever since Ive been going. Now to be a bit more detailed, the environment is very relaxed but professional, which is hard for most shops to carry in this business. As for their price, its honestly the best you can get for the premium products they sell, and trust me when I say if you can find it at a cheaper price at another shop other than this, best check the quality since Ive gotten knock offs and B quality items from just about every shop besides this one. As for being satisfied from a customer standpoint, Ill say this one more time. I have never seen as much dedication to customer service than Ive seen here. Wrong information for both transactions. Spent over 200 here and was told twice over the phone that I could return an item that they said worked for a battery I had at home, but it didnt. Came to the store prepared to do a return and got unprofessional customer service from the sales manager, Matty. Saying things like its not our problem and even though I gave you the wrong info twice, we cant accept the return.What sales manager doesnt know their own store policy and doesnt make it a priority to keep and retain loyal customers.Very disappointed here. I run a business and solely focus on customer service.

I adore this little shop. Seriously I found it randomly driving and saw they sold CBD products and I was always curious about it since I have high anxiety and heard such good things. I tried a couple different companies and different cbd products from other places but I gotta say this one really works. I get the same tincture and sometimes I get the gummies or caramel candy As well and both work great but my favorite are the tinctures. They have such a wide variety of products they will definitely have something for you. Matt is my favorite. He has helped me sooo much and had taken the time to explain everything to me and is such a kind person same with most of there staff, everyone I met as well. And mike is such a kind soul and very very helpful. I just met kelly today and she really took the time to help the guest I had brought it to answer any question she may have had. I have chronic pain in my hands from arthritis. My hands are so stiff and painful that I couldn’t even turn the lid on an open jar of peanut butter. I would drop glasses and dishes when loading the dishwasher. Advil helps but my liver tests weren’t so great and I was advised not to use it. Products like IcyHot and other creams smell strong and the effects didn’t last. I had no idea what to try. An employee at Vapor recommended cbdMD FREEZE (750mg). I used it and could feel the menthol immediately and it offered some relief. Within an hour, most of the stiffness was gone. I was able to play a card game with my daughter without wincing when I picked up a card. I didn’t drop anything. But most importantly, I had the best night of sleep since I can remember. The pain always wakes me up two or three times during the night. Last night, I slept straight through. I’m so grateful that this product was recommended to me. The employee, Kellen, asked lots of questions to match me with the right product. I felt like he was very knowledgeable about the different options. I’m so glad I tried this product. Although the staff here is young, like most vape shops, this is one of the few places that doesnt feel like your crashing some poorly ventilated hipster party when you walk in. Very attentive staff. They stock a pretty good selection of both liquids and hardware, with competitive pricing, despite local governments attempts to tax them into oblivion.

I travel from DC just to come here! Ive interacted with several employees and they have all been super knowledgable, friendly and genuine. I have been vaping for three years now and I discovered vapor worldwide about two years ago. Of the many Vape shops in the area, there is not one that compares comprehensively to vapor worldwide. Aside from a vast array of products, specialty items, and what is clearly very thorough quality control, the staff is the icing on the cake. Each and every person, from the owner to a new hire, is knowledgeable, humble, open-minded, genuinely interested, and uniquely helpful; in an industry plagued by ego, judgment, and ignorance, it is refreshing to see the collective mindset of superior customer service and an overall feeling of safety and introspection for both the product lines sold and a relatively young industry that requires continued education and awareness. Despite the fact that there are shops that are much closer to me, I have not once chosen another Vape shop when I am in need of supplies or an intellectual discussion about potential dangers that may or may not exist In parts of the vaping world. I might be involved in one such conversation with an employee and a clearly novice customer will enter the store and I get to see firsthand how the staff handles the person. The focus, in this case, is not about sales but rather about education, goalsetting, and smart decision making; I watch that person transformed from a nervous newcomer to a welcomed guest ready to get answers and much needed education. There is no stigma or, at various other shops, a feeling of superiority by the staff who upsell because they simply can. Lastly, I have watched vapor worldwide change drastically in the two years that I have visited regularly. There’s a clear focus on having something for everyone and open-mindedness to new and different product lines that may serve a purpose for some, but not for others. Bottom line, vapor worldwide has only improved since the first day I walked in and 100% of my business goes to them, for very good reasons.

I just went there the other day and came out with four bottles of vape juice with an awesome discount! Another thing I have to mention is if you have no clue about vabing, they are patient to answer all your questions. Provide you with what they think fits you best. As background, I have a herniated disc and severe related leg pain. I have been prescribed opioids, but the doctors are insistent that I get off of them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, other medications arent doing much, if anything, to help.I stopped in to see if they had any suggestions, and the staff was very informative and answered all of my questions. They didnt push anything specific, and I ended up buying a bottle of the hemp oil.Following their advice, I took half a dose. I literally had tears in my eyes five minutes later as I could feel the pain significantly decrease, on par with having taken a Percocet.I truly wish I had known about this weeks ago.And I would totally recommend the store and staff to anyone who asks.

I got the pleasure to sit with Gabe and he showed me all different flavors to narrow it down to two juices I fell in love with. (Bombsicool) and (Dewcucumbermelon). I felt like a home feeling here. From a vaper that started vaping when no one vaped. several issues with this place. They have bins of tons of juice at big discounts.... in my personal opinion Dont buy them.... most times this is NOT a case of juices they are having a hard time selling so they go on sell. This is a case of them getting juices that are of the worst quality I have ever tried and I am not talking about taste I am talking about quality of the ingredients in the juice. I would not recommend people put that stuff in their lungs. If someone did a test on what is in the juices they would be in trouble for selling them. They do have other juices, of decent quality but in general terms the store is simply over priced ( and stock issues) compared to other stores. 4 times I have been in this store 4 times the service was bad....I walk in and people are in their own world and its sort of a what do you want, type of service. Never again....

The new team running this place over the last couple of months. Have completely turned me off to coming to this store. When i walked in to the store, they were playing trap music on full blast. The manager had to turn it down just so i could hear him ask me what do you want? what do i want? Some freaking juice.... Vape Ink at 765 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 has a much more knowledgeable team, super friendly, and they have some really amazing in house juice.

This place was nice but now you sample flavors or have previous favs that arent available because they have no inventory and no clue when it will come in
