Do they rent dresses out?

Everyone was very attentive when I went to get my Quince dress. They also helped me with all the decorations for my quince which included, al the center pieces, linens, chargers, utensils, seat covers, cake backdrop, and my paper flower wall. My dresses werent fitting my waist due tot he fact my waist is much smaller than my hips but that was not a problem since they did great alterations and they fit like a glove. If I am being honest the bad reviews are 1. Old 2. ridiculous 3. Unfair, the staff are very lovely and they have really nice stuff.

El servicio al cliente en este lugar es una PORQUERÍA!!! Visite este lugar con mi familia para buscar vestidos para niñas por mi boda. La señora que nos atendió se mostró muy grosera desde el principio. No nos dejaba elegir los vestidos y tampoco nos mostraba mucha variedad. Elegimos unos cuantos vestidos para probarlos, se miraban muy bonitos aunque un poco altos de precio también. La señora nos dijo que no le podíamos probar un vestidos más a una de las niñas por que ella “pensaba” que no era de la talla. Que ridicules!!! Cómo ella pretende saber más que la mamá. Y al final si le quedo el vestido pero queríamos ver otro color y ella groseramente fue y nos dijo que no y se llevó todos los vestidos. Nos quito hasta uno que queríamos comprar!!! Entiendo que por tiempo de pandemia muchas de las reglas han cambiado pero esta MISERABLE tienda no había nadie más que solo nosotros y ahora entiendo por que, si hasta muchos de los comentarios tienen solo una estrella. Su producto es bonito pero con la arrogancia que tiene la señora encargada de ese lugar se te quita todo el entusiasmo, yo pensaba buscar mi vestido de novia aquí también pero gracias a Dios que no cometí el error de llegar a decirle por que posiblemente solo me hubiera dejado medirme un vestido. No gasten su tiempo ni dinero en este lugar. No vale la pena

Desearia poder tener la opcion de 0 estrellas la señora que nos atendio nos dio un pesimo servicio y fue muy grosera ya habiamos elegido los vestidos y tuvimos que dejarlos por sus groserias que fue una lastima por que nos habian gustado mucho y deverda queriamos llevarlos en fin no pierdan su tiempo en ese lugar

I went with my daughter to look for her Quinceañera dress, she measured it with the skirt she wears below the dress, we were told that she includes it in the price of the dress $ 1000. When we went to look for the dress they told me that I had to pay $ 80 for the skirt and if I didnt want a dirty one to come, they have a rent of $ 40 deposit. I give it a star because there is no less.Truly very bad experience! Really I AREPIENTO much buying the dress my 15 year old daughter and the ladies too, duenas have no concept of what it means customer service, they treated very badly moms girls dresses girls were not perfect as they promised at the beginning and cost me 170 dollares each exsactamente pitifully saw them in the store and are worth 65 wheton and people very friendly I recommend NOT regret
