Do not go here, absolute rip off. I went to renew my registration and upgrade to Chesapeake plates. They charged a $60 fee and that doesn’t include turning in the old plates, that’s an extra $15. Go to Motor Car Tag and Title on Frederick Rd where they charge a $20 fee which includes turning in the old plates.

Quick and easy. They were convenient and I was in and out in five minutes. Will definitely be using them again in the future

I had a wonderful experience the ladies there were really helpful really nice environment they have good customer skills I will gladly recommend it to anyone they will make your MVA process a little easier.

Came in sat down for 10 mins without any greeting as the two employees sat in the back office and carried out a conversation. They looked at me through the glass the entire time with their noses up. I left without service or even a hello. Not professional. Waste of time. Possible discrimination. I’m a black man.

Wow. The service here was wonderful. The woman took us into her office almost immediately, I told her that I wanted to have everything paid all at once, and confirmed that it was supposed to be in my name,And she let my ex add his info on the title (after its been submitted you can only add), BUT changed the registration/plates to his name. I have been out of state for almost a year now, and cannot get this situation resolved with my ex, so, I am scrapping the car, and filing multiple complaints against the chubby, middle aged woman who let a man make decisions for me. Fking, Sexist.I paid cash, and card, all in my name, except for insurance, the exact same situation that my other car was in. There is no excuse.DO NOT trust this place.

Young lady told me on the phone exactly what I needed to bring to insure that she could process my title transfer. When I arrived there was no one ahead of me. Had a small glitch since I needed to title in a company name. However she knew exactly what to do and together we got it done in far less time and what would have been multiple trips to DMV!and if you need assistance in Spanish she is bilingual too

I went here to get a title transferred to me and get tags for a car I just bought and it was already done in under 10 minutes. It saved me from waiting upwards of an hour at the Gaithersburg MVA which is always insanely busy and it didnt cost much more. Honestly I was very satisfied! :)
