Jason at the Gaithersburg location is amazing beyond words. I make the trip past closer locations just to deal with him specifically in Gburg. His communication and transparency about everything is top notch. He’s a great guy and true credit to the Draeger operation. Thanks for everything Jason!

I want to thank Marsham, Daniel, and Jason. While going through the DUI wasnt the most pleasant experience they were always very kind, helpful and professional during all our interactions. The few issues I had with the device were quickly sorted out by them.

Daniel and Marsha were so patient, kind, and thorough. I was really anxious about this whole process. They set my mind at ease and even joked around a bit with me. This is the first time I have had the interlock, and was very nervous about my first appointment. Marsha and Daniel were AMAZING! I had about 100 questions and they answered them all. They made me feel better about my shituation. Daniel was a rockstar with how quickly he installed my device. They have amazing customer service. Overall awesome experience. Best interlock service In Maryland hands down. Daniel S. Has been helpful with my concerns throughout the whole program. Mind you we are talking a year and some change here. Not saying I’ll have the interlock back in my car but if you need one in the vehicle and are in gaithersburg I do recommend Draeger
