I needed simple hair and makeup done for a maternity photoshoot and was happy that I went with PriscillaM Beauty. I dont know much about makeup, hence, the need for service. But, Priscilla and her team also made the whole experience relaxing and stress free! They listened to what I had to say. At every step, they asked if I liked what they were applying on my face and asked for my feedback to make sure they were not doing something against what I wanted. The curls were wonderful and held up well! I even kept it for the next day and took some more photos with it! I had the hair and makeup done at their studio which was clean and spacious. Overall, I would recommend Priscilla and her team!

She was very attentive, listened to all my concerns of what I wanted for my makeup look, and beautifully executed the look according to the picture I showed her. Highly recommend! The make-up artist have a passion for beauty and their talent shows in their work. First time I called Priscilla was for a headshot and she did an excellent job with a super natural, professional look. She knew what products to use so my face looked radiant in the photos. She did so great that I called her back for an event I was going to. She was unavailable, but referred me to her operations manager who made sure a make up artist on Priscilla’s team took care of me. Eunice did an amazing job! She knew exactly the look I had in mind and I again walked out of Priscilla’s beauty bar looking flawless!

I recently booked Priscilla to do my hair and makeup for a boudoir shoot and Im so glad I did! She and the hairstylist were on time, friendly, and so talented! They both nailed the looks I wanted and even made suggestions I wouldnt have thought of to make them better. The makeup looked flawless and never budged! I got tons of compliments on it that day and the hair and makeup photographed beautifully. I will definitely return if I need similar services in the future! Priscilla is great and so talented! Her and her team did my makeup and hair as well as for all of my bride tribe, my mom, mother-in-law, and two flower girls. Even with such a wide range of ages and skin tones, she took the time and made everyone happy, especially me! I threw her a curve ball on my wedding day and went with a slightly different look than what we did at my trial run and she knocked it out of the park! She did a fabulous job at making me feel beautiful on the most important day of my life! It doesn’t stop there. With my husband being military and overseas, we weren’t planning on having an engagement shoot. He was able to come home for 2 days and with very little notice, Priscilla made herself available SO early in the morning to do my hair and makeup for our photo shoot at 6 am. AND again, my hair and makeup was gorgeous! I would high recommend her to any bride and her bridal party!

Let me start by saying that picking a make up artist was one of the harder decisions for me for our November 5th wedding. I went back and forth between so many make up artists until I stumbled upon Priscillas work. I was just so happy I had found her! Her work is absolutely beautiful and this was just when I was searching her website and had not met her yet. I quickly set up my bridal trial and was truly blown away by her attitude, her heart, and just her in general! She is so kind and humble. She listened to exactly what I was looking for in regards to my make up and just made me feel absolutely gorgeous. She listened and made sure everything was what I wanted, such as eyeliner, eyeshadow, foundation, etc. She executed it beautifully! Our wedding was just 2 and a half weeks ago and I was so honored to have Priscilla do my make up, as well as my bridal party and family members. Everyone looked beautiful -- of all ages! I was worried that Priscilla was not going to understand how I wanted my makeup or not give me what I ask. when I spoke to her I was relieved, she was patient and listened to me . she gave some ideas and I absolutely loved how she did my makeup.

I can honestly say Priscilla is one of the most unprofessional people i have ever encountered. After setting up a telephone consult the same day, she never called me. Then i gave her another chance, my mistake, and finally had a telephone consult with her. That went well and she said to contact her again if i wanted to set up a trial date. I emailed her the next day which was june 9th and i still have yet to hear back from her. Dont make the same mistake i did!!!! She will blame her professionalism on tech errors or her misreading emails and i would not want that anywhere near my wedding day so beware!!

Priscilla is very kind, professional and shows attention to detail. I was helping a friend on a photoshoot and priscilla took her time doing my makeup, she did not rush. I’ve had other artist rush and then not execute the look I wanted. NOT priscilla, she was meticulous and made sure I was happy with my look by asking me several times if there is anything I would like fixed or adjusted. I have uneven eyebrows and they are naturally not full. I specifically asked for arched shaped eyebrows and she did exactly what I asked. The makeup was flawless and still had the contour I wanted. I would highly recommend Priscilla not because of how kind and funny she is but MOST importantly because of her professionalism and her makeup technique. Hired them for my cousins wedding. It was money well spent.

I was extremely pleased with all of my wedding vendors except for this one. All feedback has already been provided to the vendor. -The makeup artist did not have foundation dark enough for one of my bridesmaids. Instead of being honest about this, she tried to make do by caking on makeup that did not make her skin tone. We ended up just having to wash it off. -My maid of honor’s eyelash began falling off before she walked down the aisle. She ended up ripping them off just before walking. -The hair and makeup artists were both about 30 minutes late to their individual trials with me. -I had to ask multiple times for the hair and makeup schedule for my wedding day. -I paid in advance but Priscilla did not tell the artists this so they asked everyone for payments on my wedding day. Nobody thought they would ask for payment if they were already paid so we ended up paying double. This money had to be collected from the artists and reimbursed to me days later. -The makeup artist didnt START my makeup until everyone was scheduled to be finished. This caused us to be late with photos and to be late arriving to the venue. Despite being behind schedule, the MUA took breaks to take several photos for her portfolio. After the fact, the MUA blamed running behind schedule on people coming into the room. However, she never mentioned it being a hinderence while she was there. She also tried to blame her lack of time management on the MOH texting on her phone while having her makeup done. However, she didnt even start on the MOH until 12pm, when she was scheduled to start at 11:30, meaning she was already well behind schedule. -Priscilla tried to blame the delay on me not responding to the MUAs 7pm text the night before my wedding. She claimed she was texting to ask for what makeup looks we wanted. All the MUA texted was that she was looking forward to working with me again. I was in the middle of my rehearsal dinner so I was unable to text back. She never asked for makeup looks, but even if she was planning on it, the night before my wedding is not an appropriate time. Also, we already discussed looks at the trial. -Priscilla also tried to blame the delay on the MUA not being able to set up early. This is a lie because the MUA texted me asking for the address 30 minutes before she was scheduled to arrive. I provided the hotel information in advance to Priscilla, but this was not communicated to the MUA. I was outside waiting for both the hair stylist and the MUA with parking passes when they arrived. -The contract has typos that make sentences illegible. -When given feedback regarding the poor time management, Priscilla looked for any possible way to blame us instead of trying to make it right. Even though none of these excuses made sense. When given feedback about the makeup not matching, Priscilla said that because we paid, we agreed that we were satisfied. She takes payments in advance, which means you must agree to satisfaction in advance. Her responses only worsened the experience. -Despite being 45 minutes behind to BEGIN on my makeup, the MUA made sure to stop and take several photos of bridesmaids for her portfolio. -If you want a stress free wedding day, this is not the vendor for you. If anyone needs text/email proof, feel free to reach out.
