I had the company’s technician look at my vents/HVAC unit to provide a quote for cleaning. After being told I have mold and a lot of dust and dirt in my vents, I purchased the mold package which was quite pricey, but I figured they’d do the job right. The next morning, I noticed a piece of wood from my staircase was missing and some dents as well. I contacted the company and the owner Terry called and told me it’s not possible for their machine to cause it. Yes, it is very possible for them to damage the staircase because of their heavy vacuum cleaner that they have a one man pull inside the house (the tech was a small man). He told me that nothing can be done, he wasn’t going to compensate me for the damages, and to ask a flooring company if the damages were possibly caused by a heavy machinery. So I did, I had 2 flooring companies look and was told it is possible. With this issue and my mistrust with the company, I decided to have a different company come and look at my HVAC unit/vents to confirm all mold and debris were removed, and was told they were not. I even hired a second company to recheck to make sure. After being told by 2 separate air duct cleaning companies about the lingering mold and debris, and having invoices from them for proof, I called Terry about it. Once again, he told me it’s not possible to still have mold/debris since they use “high quality equipments” and that he’s been in the business for over 30 years. It doesn’t matter what equipment you used, it didn’t do the job right, and if they’ve been around for that long then the job should have been done right in the first place. After sending him the company’s invoice, he wanted his tech to re-inspect the vents. The technicians arrived over an hr late than the scheduled time, and when they arrived they asked me which vents have mold. I told them to inspect the vents themselves since it’s their job. The techs had offered to redo the job and I said no, I’m already frustrated and don’t trust this company with their work. Terry and I spoke on the phone to find a solution, he apologized that there was still mold/debris and told me the tech who did the job has been with the company for 15 years but cleaning ducts is not his specialty…then why would you send him out to clean duct without properly training him? I asked for a refund back since the job was not done correctly for the price paid, he said no and that it’s not fair for him. After a long time going back and forth, he offered to redo the cleaning without any refund or get partial refund and not a re-clean. This company is unprofessional and a waste of time. I’m surprised they’ve been in business for this long. A good and honest company would offer a re-do of the job and compensate for my time and hassle, but no the owner is stubborn and selfish. I took neither offers and is disputing the charge with my credit card company. I don’t care what the good reviews say about them, this has been an awful experience with them and I will never use them again.

I used this company to do a deep cleaning of my carpet. I admit the carpet was pretty dirty and stained up badly. Gerard and his assistant came and assessed the carpet condition. I will add pictures later. He recommended to get the carpet stretched but that will be something for my landlord to pursue. Otherwise the carpet really looks great!

The technician Juan is knowledgeable and professional. I called for an air duct cleaning. When the technician examined my duct system he found it virtually clean. He did however find mold. I wasn’t prepared to spend the amount of money required to remediate but I had to. With mold there’s really no choice. The tech was professional, helpful, and explained things to a T. He also gave me the option to split the payments in half which was really helpful. All in all great experience.

I called with a coupon for $249 vent cleaning service. They discovered that they were so dirty and had a lot of black mold. The vents had not been cleaned since built over 50 years agoThe customer service was top notch. I worked with one of the managers and she gave me a really good deal to take care of everything that needed to be done. The cost was $2,500. Now to upkeep the system will only cost around $250 to keep clean every couple of years.The amount of daily dust in the townhouse has been insane for decades. I only wished I had this service completed many years ago.

I had ProClean come twice- once for the air duct and dryer vent cleaning and the other time for my carpet cleaning. I was very fortunate that I had ProClean come for the air duct cleaning because they found mold which the other company did not. Both times they were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend ProClean.

Costly Service. I initially I called for the Basic Package ($249.95), however, when the tech arrived I found out that the price would only cover using a portable vacuum to vacuum the vent covers. If I wanted my system and ducts cleaned, the Mold Treatment Package would do it at a cost of $1,985.00. With that in mind, I am told about their Mold & UV Package and how much better it would be for killing bacteria at a cost of $2,699.00. Additionally, I am told the Mold Treatment Package would come with a 3-year warranty and the Mold+UV Package would come with a 5-year warranty. Nothing was clearly said about what the warranty covered. All the information was verbal and there was no hard copy of the information to read.Well, I opted for the Mold+UV Package. After all the work was completed, I found out that the warranty was only for mold buildup and the warranty was only good if I call in ProClean every two years to do the Basic Package ($249.95) Service. Additionally, there is no customer warranty for the UV light/assembly. Only ProClean gets warranty from Manufacture. Also to mention, the lamp is suppose to be replaced every year and ProClean has to be called in to do the work (at a cost). Hence, this initial cleaning is getting more expensive than originally thought.In the evening, I got the part number of the UV Unit. I Google the part and found it can be purchased for $220 to $240 on the open market.Overall, this day was an expensive day for me. I’m not sure if I made the right decision. If I had the facts and cost earlier, perhaps I could have shopped around and made a better educated decision.The reason I gave at least 3 stars was because of the technician who serviced my unit. Very polite and professional. If the cost was not so high, I would surely recommend ProClean because of the technician.

Our technician, Danny, was very professional and advised us on a number of issues regarding our HVAC unit. The unit had not been cleaned for some years, so it was time! The unit was thoroughly cleaned, including mold buildup in the condenser, where he installed UV protection at our request. He also cleaned out the dryer lint exhaust, which was partially blocked. Danny consulted with us on everything he did. He was at the house for a bit over 4 hours. The visit cost us more than we had been anticipating, but we feel confident that we have a cleaner system, particularly in light of the mold found. We are recommending this company to our neighbors.

I just purchase a new home and needed my air ducts and carpet cleaned. Juan serviced the air ducts and Gustavo cleaned the carpet. I am soooo happy with the service. The customer service department provided a message on the arrival time of the technician and a GPS tracking link so you could track the exact arrival time. The PROCLEAN Technician Danny Rivas not only provided an excellent service job but also provided excellent customer service explaining the details of the service and shared before and after pictures of his work. I typically dont use money mailer, but being newer to the NOVA area and having poor duct and carpet cleaning services done last year, I needed to find a new company. I saw a coupon for ProClean and called. I spoke with (I believe) Hayley on the phone. She was courteous and helped me easily schedule my appointments for cleaning services. I really appreciated getting a text message with confirmation and who was going to provide each service (also gave brief background on the technician). The work vans were clearly marked (no sketchy work vans), and the technicians were wearing company polos. Professional image was spot on.Jose Quintero performed our duct cleaning- and he was wonderful! On time, efficient, and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I did have a concern about some topical mold I had found on the outside of a duct in the utility room and showed him. He was able to check the ducts/vents, took photos, and (fortunately) there wasnt any mold other than what I had found. I felt comfortable and safe with Jose- as I was home alone at the time of his services; and thats very important to me. Jose was professional and friendly. We were moving out of a rental property and needed to clean carpet per our lease. We opted for the regular cleaning. Jose made quick work of it, got the stains out from my daughter’s kick drum. Will use again for future cleaning and maybe try the duct cleaning as well.

The technician arrived as scheduled, very professional and took all safety precautions. He took pictures and made recommendation for cleaning the system up including adding a UV light. They did a good job. However, it was definitely more than the price quoted and what we had planned on spending, so Teri did everything he could to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Still not sure if the UV light was needed in the upstairs unit.

I purchased a deep carpet cleaning for two rooms, originally a regular cleaning, but technician upsaled us on arrival for an extra $10/per room. He suggested such as the carpet hadnt been cleaned since purchasing new two years previous.One room was completely empty and seemed to get out stained area. Second room had some furniture, and technician was able to push bed frame around as it was on wheels. Was not as happy with that room as still seemed dark in traffic areas, and even after the deep cleaning. I wonder if a regular cleaning would do nothing? Tech. indicated that those areas were probably threadbare or threadworn and therefore harder to get out stains, however there had been a rug over those areas, and upon inspection, carpet seemed to be just as full as other areas.In any case, Tech. was friendly, professional, and did a good job. I was slightly disappointed the cleaning hadnt worked better, as the carpet was in good condition, without heavy stains.

Deep cleaning technician, Danny, blow air only on exit fins and specks of dust all over the place. He has to cover and should clean the entire system with an agitator, but he didnt. Also, he requested above the estimated price for deep clean $850; however, I told him that the manager told me the service fee was $640, and he said ok with that price. What unprofessional job that lasts for 40 min and asking you $650? Also, I called the manager while he is working here but, no response........... so SAD!

I hired them to clean the air ducts and the dryer vents in our 3 bedroom condo. I was quoted a price of around $250 for the air vents and a discount if I did the dryer vent at the same time. After taking some photos of the ducts, the technician cleaned the dryer vent and charged us $580 for the dryer vent. He also stated it would be an additional $2200 for the vents. These prices are about 5 to 10 times higher than the averages in our area. Bait and switch at its best.

Danny is the BEST!!! What a great experience. Called Proclean to do an air duct clean on my newly purchased home. Danny called 30 minute ahead to announce his arrival. Upon arriving Danny was very polite and professional. We walked to the HVAC unit where Danny did a full inspection of the unit and Ducts. He was very thorough and explained my current situation and recommend the best course of action. He believed it would be best to do a full deep cleaning service as my unit was new but the ducts were never cleaned which could lead to pre mature issues with unit and potential of mold in the ducts. He explained the pros and cons of the service I inquired about with Proclean and gave me his honest recommendation. I felt as if he was treating my home as if it was his own. Everything he explained made perfect sense, any questions I had he broke things down for me and made me feel very comfortable with his explanations. I spoke with my wife and it was a no-brainer, we would follow Dannys recommendation and got the Deep Cleaning. We rescheduled with Danny and like clock work, called 30 minutes ahead once again. Was really nice to have the same person come back to do the service. Danny was very detailed oriented. NO SHORT CUTS! you could tell he had many years of experience and took pride in his work. After he was finished, we walked through the vents, returns and unit and showed me everything he did. He showed me the before and after picture which I was so amazed by. First off, the gentleman did an excellent job cleaning our 13-year old carpet. The only downside was when he didnt use booties on his shoes when he walked into the house. We had to asked him to put them on, which he said he had planned to. He then asked me to move my car in the driveway so could park. I moved my car further up, but then he explained he wanted me to move my car completely, so I did. I didnt see any machinery, but I was in the kitchen the whole time. It was one of those after-the-fact that I wonder why I had to move my car into the street.

Danny and Jose were very professional, attentive and kind. They did an amazing job! I was a little afraid of having people over because of the COVID situation and because it was my first time cleaning the ducts and vents but I had a great experience with them. I hired ProClean for a fairly standard package deal on carpet cleaning. Their rep was on time, professional and did good work. He offered me additional services but did not give me a hard sell. It was a good experience and I would hire them again.

I’m pretty disappointed in my experience with this company. I was excited to have my carpets cleaned and even paid the additional money for “deep cleansing”. Not only did quite a few spots not get cleared, but a month later it doesn’t look like my carpets were ever cleaned. I did a better job renting my own rug doctor. In addition I requested someone to contact me a few weeks ago to go over my concerns and no one reached out, which is why I’m now writing this review. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they were easy to make an appointment with, on time and the employee was very pleasant.

Very good professional service & cleaning of all vents & hvac system in just 2 hours, but it will cost about $1000 an hr for the most thorough cleaning in a 40 yr old system for the 1st time.

I used Pro Clean Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning for all of my interior carpets this weekend. I can no tell you the last time my carpets looked so good and smelled so fresh with two very messy children and two very hairy dogs! On time, properly distanced and masked, very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend them to come into your home and do a fantastic job!

Used ProClean in the past. They offer quality duct cleaning, however they need to address the finishing touches for the price paid. For example, dust clumps from vents were left on carpeting and furniture from nearby ducts which I personally had to clean up. Also, a duct vent screw that was taken out for deep cleaning in one of the duct vents was left standing upright on our basement floor. Good thing I caught it before my child entered the room. For the price paid, I expect a higher attention to detail in service.Update- since I posted, Proclean has contacted me to see if there was anything they could do to fix my unsatisfactory situation. They took my inputs seriously and seemed dedicated to improve upon the quality of the service they provide.

I made the appointment over the phone with the owner and he was very respectful of my time. He was able to schedule me in pretty quickly and quoted me the price of $249.99 per unit. When the technician showed up, he looked sat my units and sold me a package that was $1100 per unit. Until now I don’t really understand what I paid for with the upgrade and feel a little cheated. With that said. The technician was very respectful and told me he had worked with ProClean for 21 years. There has to be something said about that! So I’m trusting that I got the best service and a good price.

SHAMEFUL!!!!! Zero stars, Technician completely scammed me! He showed me pictures of mold in my vents and gave me an outrageous quote for remediation. I got a 2nd opinion from a reputable company who said I have no mold in my ducts. In addition they said its very rare to have mold in ducts. He said he has only seen it 2 times since 1987.

Awful odor was coming from the vents. The first company I called to clean the ducts lwas a complete waste of my hard earned money. ProClean came quickly and got it right. I am very pleased. Take it from me - make ProClean your FIRST call.

I was asked to choose between two options $1,985 or $2,465 although the flyer says one air duct system, includes cleaning of all main ducts & access panels, any combination of return/supply vents up to 14 vents, each additional vent $15, expires 6/30/21 for only $249,95 reg $349,95 The Proclean technician refused to honor it and left the house although I offered to pay regular price of $349,95

Needed a same day cleaning and the person to took my call was great and amazing they put me a quick hold to see if a person in the area could come out. With in 2 hours I had a person here cleaning the rugs and they were amazing!Jose was the person that came out and he was amazing and explained the process and time frame!!!I recommend using this company and I will be using again in the future!

The service man broke my shredder when he moved it. He left without telling me that he had broken it.He also quoted $100 more when he arrived. One bedroom did not get cleaned. The quote was $190 he changed it to $290. I could not pay that much so he left off one bedroom which I will have to do at a later date.My shredded needs to be repaired or replaced by Proclean.

I needed to get my sectional, chair and chase clean because they were gross from a family of 6 being all over them for the past 3 month with Covid. ProClean were able to get me in the next day! The price was very close to what I was quoted on the phone (I went with the upgrade foam cleaner). The technician was very professional and did an amazing job. My furniture looks great! Juan did a fabulous job in my carpets. He was very fast and professional. I had a few paint stains that I knew couldn’t be removed but they were lightened considerably. All the regular stains were removed nicely. The price was not bad at all. Around $250 for five rooms with deep cleaning. I will definitely be using ProClean again in the future and will request Juan!

He was very professional, called when he was on his way, called when he got to the site, was thorough and provided an honest estimate of what he saw plus pictures, we felt confident and trusted him right away and once completed he waited for my husband to explain what was done, etc. Jose made us feel that we were working with a trustworthy company in the manner in which he vouched for his and the teams work. This helped us make our decision to do the work immediately without hesitation - despite not being there to oversee. Thank you Jose and Proclean! Danny was amazing, both knowledgeable and friendly. We needed some deep cleaning of our vents and Danny helped guide us through the different options. We had a great experience with Pro Clean. The techs that came out were very professional, hard working & explained everything thoroughly. The techs actually found mold in our duct, so we were disappointed but had to take care of it. Well definitely be using Pro Clean in the future for services.

The carpet looks brand new. This unit has a lot of steps (2 stories) & the technician Jose did an outstanding job. Even though it was a little pricey, I couldnt have been more pleased. He worked really hard & the carpet looks amazing.

I EXTENSIVELY researched air duct cleaning (and mold remediation in case we had this as an issue as identified in our home inspection report). The technician who came to our home was kind, knowledgeable, patient, diligent, respectful, and highly professional (+ over 20 years of experience). He provided photos of the significant mold throughout our system, showed the leaking cracked pipe & therefore the source of moisture for extensive mold growth, likely over several years, as evidenced by the amount of rust on other pipes in the vicinity of the leak. What was estimated to take two hours to remediate, in actuality took closer to four hours. We were not charged additional fees for the additional time. We opted to have UV lights installed at both air handlers and he knew not to install them too close to the air filter, which would damage the filters.

Excellent carpet cleaning service!!! They don’t use water and instead they spray a formula that sanitizes and they got rid of cat dander and any left over pet hair that my vacuum did not pick up - Service Rep was on time fast, professional and carpet looked like new again, highly recommend - I am retired military and have had lots of moves involving carpet clearing - trust me - this Company does an exceptional job :)))).

The technician who came out was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient! The job (Dryer Vent Cleaning) only took 5 minutes itself to complete but being able to dry a load in 30 minutes instead of the 2hrs it was taking me to dry one load made $180 for 10 minutes top (including inspection and cleaning) worth spending! For $750 I would expect more than what was done and spending more than an hour and a half doing everything. The extra money spent to have the technician drill 2 holes for the extensive cleaning was a joke. One hole was drilled into the return and did absolutely nothing because he had the grates off and there was nowhere for the air hose to go. The second hole was into the supply line and only allowed him to go in one direction. The dirt that was shown to me looked like everything that was in the return that I saw when I inspected before their arrival. The only difference I got between the $250 clean and the $750 clean (was quoted $650 over the phone) was a lighter wallet. To do the deep clean which included cleaning my coil, blower, and any mold remediation was $2000! I really dont know how these people can sleep at night charging these flat rate prices for the lack of results.

The Carpet cleaner expert did an amazingly thorough job by “reviving,” my mature carpet on my stairs & top floors They were whiter & plush again!

I had used Proclean a few times ago, and thought the cleaning they did was superior. JR arrived on time, showed me the alternatives, and went to work. Mainly the stair carpeting may be wearing out, but after cleaning they look great! The living room and hallways look very close to new, despite having a lot of use. I think their charges are worth the good work done. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. This is a shot of the living room after the cleaning!
