Gainesville Prosthetics has fitted me twice for Plantar Fasciitis insoles. No other company or doctors office ever spent the amount of time fitting my insoles. This company looks at the way you walk and stand. They discuss with you how your feet feel. They then make a mold of your feet. Once the insoles are made your next visit consists of a custom fitting. Their entire approach is personable and customized to your individual needs. Highly recommend them.

I had a very positive experience recently at Gainesville Prosthetics. I have chronic foot and ankle issues due to years of climbling/jumping off things and sports; primarily basketball and volleyball. In my early 40s, after one of many lower leg injuries, an Army Orthopedic Doc said to me You know, you maywant to alter your lifestyle somewhat with less pounding on your feet. You have pronounced high arches in both feet thats not conducive to the things you are doing.??I guess theres limited space here to comment.. So let me conclude, they were great!!!

I highly recommend Gainesville Prosthetics. We are from Orlando, but we preferred to make the commute to use their services due to exceptional patient care. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They have exceeded all our expectations and have made a difficult situation so pleasant. My infant son was under their care with a helmet. Jorge was outstanding, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. A very pleasant experience.

When we brought our daughter here for a cranial helmet the entire staff was so amazing and helpful! We had a very difficult time getting paperwork from her referring physician and Jorge personally called over there numerous times and called/emailed with me to follow up. When I had an urgent question outside normal business hours a staff member called me on her day off, as well. I can’t tell you what that meant to me! The staff have been so supportive. My daughter just started her helmet so I cannot comment on the outcome, but the customer service is 5 stars!
