Ive been a customer for years, recently full paperless has been put in place as long as you have a debit/credit card. My last visit I had money placed directly into my bank account, and received the balance in cash. This was most convenient and time saving for me. They truly have become a full money service.

Everything was great when we went in to get our loan. Three days before it was due we went in to get an extension (which you are allowed to do according to the paperwork) until the following payday and they said yes so, still a good experience. Well, now we are 10 days before payday and they put the check through. Now we are in the negative for the next 10 days and we will be charged an overdraft fee AND an extended overdraft fee. Not very happy!
