Im a current resident. Our manager, Diana (Dee Dee), is holding folks responsible for their yard and homes. The park is getting better and better. She is sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a nice mix and diversity of people here. Pool is clean and kept up. I would highly recommend it.

Clean, beautiful looking pool, good looking manufactured homes. Close to shopping and Gainesville.

The park itself was very clean but the yard was full of water.

Way too pricy for the lot rent and the dilapidated trailers!

I have lived in Whitney off and on for years. Never had any major issues and I always feel pretty safe. The new manager is very sweet and always willing to work with you. The only bad part about this place is the price of the lot rent. if they mowed the grass or did any sort of maintenance in the lots themselves I could understand $500 but since they dont I feel that the costs are a bit much.

The general population is nice but lets just say after that, its not worth moving here.

Your casual mixed trailer park. Clean and most people are friendly. But you do have your old snoopers that dont have a life but want to live yours ‼️

Stopped in and spoke with Karen Jones. What a wonderful experience! She was most helpful and advised of another park (owned by the same corporation)that would accommodate my budget. She pulled up the website and discussed a few rentals.Thank you for your help!

Clean, quiet and well maintained park. Neighbors are kind and helpful when in need. Even my mother purchased a home at the same time. We are really enjoying living living here.

My brother and his wife live here and they say its really good and quiet, i think its just ok. Only cool thing is that there is a community pool and u can see deer around here sometimes so its very relaxing.

Drainage is very bad, floods easily.

I have not moved in yet. But I intend to. I was totally impressed with the professionalism of site manager Glenda and my guide. The brand new home is just what I want.Gainesville here I come

I would not live here. I do not plan on living here any longer than I have to. Glenda the one manager is actually the only thing good about Whitney Estates. All of the other managers are crappy and rude.

People are great and the houses are kept nice.

People that live in the trailer park are nice and courteous and helpful. They keep the park clean, and care about the safety of each other.

They are a very very nice modular home division. The office area is very nice

This appears to be a well kept mobile home park. It is a little far out for our purposes with no apparent bus service.

They need to fix the drainage system at the back of the park. So you dont need a boat to get to the trailers back there..its legit a lake.They pay rent for park maintenance. Otherwise its an ok place.
