I just had an unfortunate incident with this company. They operate a brokerage authority under Shoreline Transfer. We set up to haul a load for them just after 10 am. Shortly after, we got the required paperwork to contract with them and the operations department started working on it. Credit was vague, but we pushed forward with it anyway. Approximately an hour after the paperwork was received, I attempted to contact them to make sure they had everything they needed. I sat on hold for 5 minutes, but nobody came to the phone. When I spoke with them about 30 minutes later, I was told that they we going to use someone else. Normally, in trucking, you dont get too upset about things like this, but in this case, he told me that he tried to call AND left a message. Since there is no missed call on Caller ID, all lines would have been in use and the call must have rolled right to voice mail. After going through the voice mails with no message, I found a two second message attributed to this company, but nothing was said. During the call, he gave me a lecture on ethical business practices. This last part is the main reason I am writing this review: You cannot lecture someone while you are committing the same violation.

Had an appointment to pick up their load in Albertville AL at 8 pm. Got there on time. There was no load. After few hours of waiting games figured out that is a work in load. They called me in the morning with the hope I got loaded. After rasist remarks hang up phone on me.

Horrible they let you sit in a dock and let you believe you are going to get detention then after its delivered they tell you different. Will never haul for them. After posting this i was left a nasty voice mail on my phone that anyone can hear. As far as only giving them 10 min my driver hauled the load like six days ago so there had been several emails including the one that came from their company saying there is nothing they can do that I would be happy to forward to anyone that would like to see it.

This broker doesnt load single truck owner operators.I have been an owner operator with my own authority since 2001.

They blocked us for asking TONU, which was caused by their mistake. They do not care about carrier, or your freight . AVOID AVOID AVOID One of worst companies ever

Shoreline is a bad company to work they took long time get me a rate con for a load I was suppose to pick up for them and then my truck broke down and there telling there requesting a bill for my truck that went into to shop but we work on our own trucks and they even put a van guard on my company because my truck broke down and do not work with lee or patty there they are bad for carriers and they don’t care about us don’t do no work for them they will screw you in the end

They are rude idiots. Will never call or do business with them again
