Most of the high capacity washers are inoperable. Its also crazy expensive. Highly recommend you go elsewhere if you cant wash at home

After wasting $$$ and time in a dryer that has no heat, I moved to the next one, which ate more quarters without adding time. Broken machines, no attendants. To ownership: fix them or give it up.

Very nice and clean establishment. I recommend this laundromat. The washing machines do a great job in cleaning your belongings.

I will never come here to wash my bedding ever again....I’ve spent $10 on broken washers and dryer’s!!!! No label to alert you that the machines are broken. The owner should be ashamed to have this dump opened!!! The contact number is disconnected and there’s no way to recover lost money!!! I’m gonna write the BBB a long letter.....it’s only $10 but it was mine!!!!!!!

On here, three stars means its okay and thats about right. Not liking it or disliking it. I try to come here on days I know there wont be a lot of other people washing so I can have easy dibs on the machines I know work. The business owners have gotten better about marking which machines are out of order compared to how it was a year or so ago. While I kind of enjoy the fact that there isnt an attendant (due social anxiety), that fact is simultaneously lamentable due to the mediocre upkeep this place can happen to be showing on any given day. Overall, about net positive.

Change machine worked for me the few times I’ve been here. Machines are frequently out of order, and it is more expensive than it should be. There is no attendant on duty, no air conditioning, and the place isn’t nearly as clean as it should be. It is in desperate need of an update. The last time I was here, a homeless man was basically taking a bath in the bathroom, and laundry sink. All that said, the location is convenient, and there’s nothing better in the immediate vicinity.

I have been here several occasions when beggars from the street come in to smoke, sleep, and drink beer in here. They are not paying customers.Posted email address for refunds does not work. New security cameras but the rest of the place is not serviced regularly. Dryers do not dry well. Ugh.

Convenient location but filthy. Machines are questionable. Top loaders are all either out of order or rusted so bad inside you dont dare put that small set of white clothes in🤷🏿‍♀️ Dryers are scam. 2 full size sheet sets and 2 pillow shams took 15 minutes and .75 cents to dry! Dont even ask about the clothes. They have front loaders big enough for large loads BUT the trays are full of gunk! No attendant! Floors are dirty so dont drop anything you washed by accident! Funny place. You come to clean clothes but the foundation of the process is dirty.

We were fortunate to get washers and dryers that worked properly. The place isnt taken care of. One washer that was being used had water pouring out of the bottom of it all over the floor. The spin cycle didnt work so people were pulling out saturated laundry.

This place is a good place to wash clothes because it’s not to busy. But the machine has took my money or if I wash my clothes the dang washer don’t drain and there is nobody on the premises where I can either get my money back or give me a free wash which is ridiculously unprofessional. Which is why it’s probably not that busy most of the time. They should probably fix there washer or buy new ones and they’ll probably have a lot more business. But this laundromat is the last one on my list.

The drying machines here work very poorly. I spent double what I spend at a typical laundromat drying my clothes and I still had to take them home not fully dried :(

No a/c...purposefully small washing machines to maximize their profits...industrial without care for the women and children who will frequent it. No baby changing station. Video camera...not sure if thats a good thing...I felt like I was back in 1976, honestly...that wasnt a good year for laundromats and even then this place would have been 1 star among 1 stars. Enjoy!What saves this place is two things:1 the doors were open2 ...never mind, no smoking is a state law.I recommend ANY other establishment.

Someone stole my clothes 2 days ago and theres no way to report it or look at camera footage and the phone number registered is out of order 😠

So uh this place threw away my towels and bath mats at 10:01pm and locked the door. Thanks for taking my belongings & the 14 dollars I had to put into hot tub washing machines. Unprofessional, can’t wait to have you audited.

Waste of Space. 90% of machines are either broken, dont work or just take your money. Nobody bothers to replace the machines.Dont bother going here. I wasted hours here. Only gave them a star so I could review them.

No attendant on duty, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no change machine, blazing hot - no ventilation. Plenty of room to fold and move around but overall a very unpleasant experience.

Machines always down, dryer lint drawers looks like it has never been cleaned in 6 months, by the way this make you have to spend more money to dry your clothes.

The quick and dirty is that this place needs either a complete overhaul or a demolition. Theres never an attendant there, the machines are horrid and small, and the seating is sparse--unfortunate if you have to be there for a while. One of the top-load washers I used didnt spin well enough to drain my laundry, so I had a large load of clothes that was just SOAKING wet. I mean my boyfriend and I had to stand there and wring out every single item by hand. The dryers couldnt keep up with clothes that wet (we spent about an hour trying to dry the soggy clothes) so we had to take them home and drape them over whatever surface we could find. Plus, one of the front-load machines was leaking water everywhere, and the front-loader I used didnt close all the way due to a broken seal or something. Itll save you time and effort to just take your laundry elsewhere if you can.

I like it because its pretty clean and is quiet its not a lot of drunken people walking around not a lot of bums walking around I feel safe at this washer

This place is clean and not always crowded. And it dont take long to wash and dry your clothes.

Its a basic laundromat. All but one of the machines work. No A.C. never crowded. Its a decent laundromat.

Frequently machines are broken with no indication they are out of service. There is zero staff here so if you want your money back too bad. I’ve wasted so much time and money here. Sorry to say. Like going to unload your laundry and it’s DRIPPING wet. They also frequently open late. I don’t know how this is a business I think it’s just a group of busted washing machines.

Some of the rudest owners you will ever meet. Yes we were in there after close by a few minutes, mostly due to their dryers drying half ass. So as we are having to fold our stuff in the dark, the owners show up and say get out, its closed in broken english. Not hi, not thank you for spending 20 dollars, but that. We were one bag away from being gone. Soon as I get my part for my washing machine, I will be a happy man. And as for the time it takes till then I will not be going back there. Nor will I be telling any body looking for a place, to go there.

The place is a dump.They have washers tied up as if someone was going to steal those nasty washer. Some of those washers dont work, the bathroom has to toilet tissue, no machine that bends out fabric softener sheets if you needed it. Total dump. Never coming here again. They need to fix it up a bit...

Just to wash cloths. Nothing fancy. Veryyyy hot, dont plan on waiting inside unless uou want to sweat it out.

There are only a few coin laundry choices in Gainesville, and this place is a quarter thief. Im here now, and the machines just lock up when you put in quarters. No way to get them back, no number listed anywhere inside here, and it is definitely a run down and slightly dirty location. Also, be wary off the tables, as some of them are broken our missing bolts.

Been using this place off and on for the last 2years. My only complaint is the fact during the summer its roasting in the building and the coin machine is down half the time. Otherwise hardly ever busy and always an open washer

I absolutely hate this place. First time i went here the change machine was broken. Second time the machines are broken ive lost $2.00 in quarters trying to get them to turn on. And if there was a damn sign i wouldnt have wasted my money!! Absolutely disgusting in there. Theres an old homeless lady who comes there and goes through the garbage and the dryers!!! Is that even legal!? I will be finding another laundromat.

Its an ok basic model laundromat, but a washer costs $1.75. For that price, youd expect a comfortable seating area, a tv and a fan big enough to move some air around.Nope. Its like being outside in Gainesville--sticky and unpleasant, and youre being over-changed for the privilege.
